My car was transferred to this location from the Arvada branch, which concerned me initially given I am not familiar with their work. Once they had received my car, they called me to let me know of all damages they found from the car accident. Throughout the process of them fixing my car, they kept me updated every step of the way and dealt with all of my questions and concerns. When I got my car back from them, it was cleaned inside and out, the paint on my front bumper (which had been replaced) matched perfectly to the neighboring panels and looked flawless. Also, after I had my car back for a few days, Tammy from Broomfield location reached out to me to make sure all of the work done was up to my expectations. I am happy to say that I now have two collision repair shops that I would strongly recommend (Colorado Collision Broomfield and Arvada)(before and after photos attached. Disclaimer: after photos were taken 3/2/21 I got my car back on 2/26/21 and that is why it is slightly dirty)

Went for an estimate on a dented fender and they wanted almost twice as much as any other repair shop. 10/10 garbage. Would not recommend at all.

Great and honest people at Colorado Collision! Tammy is wonderful, she made the entire situation easy to manage, they fixed my car is a timely manner and kept me abreast of the situation the entire time, the work they did was amazing, my car has never been better!

They did a great job on a car everyone else wanted to total out. Tammy and the crew were willing to work with us and kept us in the loop during the repairs. Happy we brought the car here. Definitely would recommend them.

Tammy and the staff was amazing. My bumper was damaged and they were $2100 LESS than the place I took it first, ( rhymes with bender genders). It took a cpl days longer than I expected, but they had to get a part from Dodge to finish. Extremely satisfied with thier work. Highly recommend.

Colorado Collision Repair was timely and easy to work with. They worked with the at-fault party’s insurance to make sure everything was fixed on our vehicle. The work was done in a timely manner and blends in well with the rest of the car. Jake communicated with me frequently to keep me updated.

Courteous. My only disappointment was the wait list they have for hail damage inspection. Guess this means Im not the only one who waited to get it taking care of, lol. Of course, being booked out in advance means their popular for a reason...Drive safe ya all.

Customer service has been very good

Positive experience all around.My truck was backed into and I was using these guys because they were close by and a the other partys insurance company had them on their list of preferred shops.They were polite, professional, and even though I didnt have to pay for the repair, the estimate seemed super reasonable.The work was top notch and was done in a reasonable amount of time.Not a single complaint.

They did a good job on my sons truck actually found out that the frame was bent after being rear-ended however they claim that there was hail damage on my sons truck and there was obviously no hell damage we have pictures to prove it. In my opinion they should have gotten a insurance adjuster to come evaluate the pickup look for contacting the insurance company and discussing hail damage also there were other things that they said that was wrong with the truck or the truck didnt have my son caught these errors and had to contact the insurance company could get them to add more money

Someone bumped into my car, and a mechanics recommended this shop for body work.Colorado Collision & Repair went above and beyond to get the job done, even fixed some old scratches (no extra cost). My 3-year old car is now like brand-new (well, exterior at least).Definitely positive experience. Thanks.

Two vehicle is less than one month. Nissan Frontier truck multiple dings, dents, and bumper bents. A semi-new Ford Escape... with a long deep scratch from front to rear end (looked like it had been keyed by a very strong ape). Not keyed just a bizarre accident. One was outta pocket and one was insurance. Both jobs were done so well, affordable, straight forward estimates, fair time lines and very upfront personable crew.

Horrible experience!! Took my car to have some body work done from a hit and run accident. After a month of excuses, my car was returned to me completely ransacked!! I questioned why everything that was in my car, including my glove box and console was thrown in my trunk. I had personal item missing as well, I was told that a manager would get back to me. The manager called me back and admitted that my car was broken into while in their lot and things were damaged and stolen. This is why they had my car for so much longer than I was promised. They were not even going to tell me that this happened??? I was told that they would do nothing about the stolen items as they are not responsible. They also refuse to fix the door lock that was broken during the break in. I now have two different keys, when I had one before. I find it completely WRONG, to not inform a customer that their car has been broken in to. I now have stolen identity issues due to the items stolen from my car. If I would have not questioned the condition of my car, Colorado Collision would have never told me the truth!!! I have placed several phone calls asking for a return call, and never heard back from them! Do not use this shop, they are so far from good customer service it is ridiculous!! I am filing a police report!!!

I was in a little fender bender a couple moths ago by no fault of my own. The other guys insurance provider had Colorado Collision as one of their preferred vendors so I decided to give them a try. I took my car in the week before Memorial Day weekend, and after the big hail storm that hit. They were slammed with business but took my car in the same day, and got it done in 2 short days, BEFORE the holiday weekend! They even vacuumed and washed my car for me, returning it in better condition than I left it! I highly recommend Colorado Collision. They are very professional and will do a great job!

They are wonderful! Everyone was nice and very helpful. An added plus they got my car back a week early.

I will never go back to this place for as long as I live. Horrible customer service. When they say they will call you back they will not. When you call them to find out they say they will look into it. The receptionist was rude on the phone. Missing items from my car and some broken items, was told that they were not responsible for it, so if you have anything you dont want to lose or get broken do not leave it in the car when you bring it to them. Honestly go anywhere else besides this place.

This place is a joke. I was rear ended on 4-23 I was at a complete stop the lady never hit her brakes. My truck had a small dent in the bumper I didnt even notice and a wobble/vibration after this accident. My truck had never been in an accident before and drove perfectly. The shop tried to claim that the wobble was due to wear and tear that the rotors were wrapped and thats causing the constant vibration in said vehicle. The shop is still insistent on warped rotors. Im not ase certified our know everything but warped rotors will only cause vibration during braking not acceleration. Left the truck next to the road unlocked with keys in the visor to top it off. I will not ever go back to this shop nor recommend it to anyone as they have no mechanical knowledge and they are horrible liars to their customers.

Extremely rude, unprofessional,, and poor communication with insurance companies and clients. I was in an accident over a month ago, and while I have great insurance which is covering my rental for the most part, they have refused to give me any updates on how long I will need it. I have called and spoken to three different people, who told me three different things. One man told me a bunch of information, regarding another persons car altogether. Found out today my car has been at the Subaru dealership since Monday,, and they have offered to give me their loaner so I don;t have to keep waiting and paying for one, while my car sits waiting for a part when my car is driveable, and has been since last Friday, before they delivered to Subaru. As a professional, this is unacceptable. PERIOD. Id give no stars,, but was required to at least give one...

I got in a accident in my car and was referred to this guys and man I am impressed the day I dropped it off I walked around looking at the damage and explained what I would like to happen! Then while it was getting fixed I got up dates and process they showed me estimate and had great contact with me! It got done way sooner then I thought and man the work that was done is great looks brand new everything works and I am very very happy with the work I would recommend anyone to go to Colorado collison to get there car fixed they are great with coustomer service and do great work!! I would not recommend this place I had to take my car back twice to have the spoiler put on the right way got my car back my trunk is all scratched and looks like they hit something because there is a big white scuff over spray of white paint along with scratched all around the door handle but it wont do any good to call and have them repair it because in between time Im sure something else would happen the auto body men definitely need a training on how to respect peoples cars that they work hard for not repair them and scratch them up and over paint along the way defeats the whole purpose
