Extremely fast and best pricing I was able to find for chip repair after finding out my insurance wouldnt cover it for me. I was even able to get in same day. Pulled up at 5:05 PM after I got off work and I was driving home by 5:50. The only issue I ended up having was that the chip was still slightly visible after being repaired, but Ahmad was upfront from the jump that this could be the case, especially since the chip was directly in my line of sight. Overall, very satisfied with the service here and their pricing.

For the price I was happy with the windshield I received. Very little distortion and has the proper fit. I initially had some problems with my install, and after a quick phone call with the manager he took car of everything for me. This was such a positive look on customer service that I will come back to have more work done.

They did a good job replacing my windshield..but they didnt hook up the washer fluid, put the wipers on wrong and there was 3 loose parts under the hood!!!Prices were good but putting the car back together was very disappointing!!! They are quick and professional. They will give discounts to returning customers if you bought a windshield from them to fix a rock chip. They take walk in for rock chips and appointments for windshields. 10/10 recommend!

They tore a hole in my leather trim and didnt even tell me. As I was driving home I noticed tar on the steering wheel and side trim. The only thing that removed it was nail polish remover which damaged my interior. I would never recommend these people.Edit: Frank was helpful in repairing the damage; however, this place lacks the quality control that would have noticed this in the first place Im not sure Ill go back.

Bright Auto Glass was the cheapest quote I received to have my windshield replaced and they worked with me when I needed to reschedule due to work.They were super friendly. I came in after a phone call with the shop. I had my passenger side window broken out after a break-in. They helped me arrange to have the new glass tinted to match the rest of the Windows, and the technician made it a personal mission to diagnose the fact that the window would not roll up, even though the manager did not charge me for the diagnostic time.Above and beyond the call of duty, so I have to recommend these people for all your auto glass needs.

Went here to replace my windshield on my 1997 Nissan Maxima and they did an amazing job. Fast and friendly service at a great price. Ended up going back for a rock chip on my 2019 Kia Forte. I had my windshield replaced here a few weeks ago and they did an amazing job. The owner and operator is a great guy and is very very nice. The receptionist was amazing also and did a great job setting us up in there system to go forth with our insurance claim. They offer a lifetime warranty on the windshields. I highly reccomend them.

Replaced windshield on Jeep Liberty today. The glass is nice. The installation was lacking. Was told I had rust in the gutter and they “treated” it. Was told it would be removed and primer put on the spot. I don’t see any primer in there and the interior of the car is covered in rust chunks and dust when I drove home. Employees seemed lackadaisical in their office. Ended up paying 80 dollars more for pretty much nothing.

I had a full windshield replacement do to many chips and a large crack coming from the side of my windshield. I called 4 companies in my area and none were as reasonable as Bright. One company wanted to charge twice what I was quoted from Bright. I called, set up an appt and went in. The office is tidy and clean. There is a tv, beverages and places to sit. I was the only person in the waiting area. I did not have to wait long and my windshield was finished. The service was fast, professional and all around a pleasant experience.
