We bought an Eclipse Gold Series Hydro Massage in 2015. I have used it EVERY SINGLE DAY for at least an hour (unless I have been out of town on vacation, so lets just say it gets used 350 days of the year). That is 350 days per year for 5 years and it is still going great. We have had not the first issue. We are so thankful! If this thing broke down, I dont know what I would do.
Doing a bathroom remodel for my handicap son who is deaf blind brain injured and autistic. We ordered a 5.5 ft bathtub from this company, they shipped a 5 foot bathtub and insisted that was the one we ordered, however I have a printed copy of the item in my cart that was ordered which was a 5 1/2 foot tub the company won’t honor the order. The company states if I would like to return the tub that there would be a 70% restocking fee plus shipping and packaging charges to send the tub back. I paid $3600 for the tub, so it would cost me $2600 to send the tub back and I would still have to order a new one for an additional $3600. The entire purchase for the correct tub would end up costing me $6200. Additionally we spoke by phone before the order was placed and the company verified all the options but evidently not the dimensions of the tub. I was never considering a 5 foot tub the bathroom remodel was to increase the current 5 foot tub to a 5 1/2 foot tub and we took out a wall to do this.If you buy from this company make very sure they are shipping you exactly what you’re ordering! Don’t end up $2600 in the hole for something you didn’t order.
Customer is always wrong with this company!! Dont buy form them.
In a plumber and a standard restocking fee is 15-20%.Thats horrible a mess up on their side and they charge a 70% restocking fee,I would never purchase from this co.and cant believe they treated you this way!Ill let everyone I know to avoid this co.
