Fantastic service. I came in moving and talked to Rick here and told him my budget. He did everything in his power to keep me at $1500 while getting me a good mattress, a pillow, mattress protector, and sheets. He also called the delivery ppl to make sure I get it as soon as possible. He checked taxes to keep it under budget too. I could not be more happy! I’m not coming back any ware more then here!

Honestly a great experience all around. Went in a few days ago to just look at some beds and Chris did a great job about splitting his attention between two people. When I went in to finalize the sale there was someone else in and she made sure he got credit for the sale instead of poaching it so that was really cool as well! Overall great experience!

I had a very pleasant experience at this Mattress Firm. We just moved and were in need of mattresses for our guest bedrooms. I whent in to buy a mattress .payed 1100 went to pick up the mattress lost my wallet and they wouldnt give me what i payed 4 unless i had my id .so after i borrowed a van spent 2 hours of my time i had to go back to the original store way up north to get my money back .bad customer service even though i had my receipt and was on the phone with the guy who sold me the mattress waste of my time

It was pretty ok. The issues I had were the sales person was not straight forward with how the delivery worked. The only thing he told me was it would cost me $99 just to get it delivered. Not once was there a mention that I could get it delivered free to my front door.So disappointed in that and feel that this place needs to be more honest.

I had an excellent experience yesterday, New Years Day, with the manager, Jonathan Ross. He moved around several mattresses from the sale area for our daughter to test out. I recently needed a new mattress. Not urgently but wanted to browse around to get ideas. I was not planning on purchasing anything that day. Selene had greeted me and answered all of my never purchased a bed before questions. She was patient in explaining price, brand, style and even letting me and my child try, what I think was every floor model, all within the last half hour before closing. The prices were much fairer than I had initially expected and due to being more informed than I was when coming in, I was confident in my purchase. Went in to get an idea for a new mattress while I was in between jobs. The lady there told me the tempurpedic was out of a price range because of my appearance, then she proceeded to tell me to leave the store and come back when I had a job! NEVER been treated with so much disrespect!! Definitely will not be going back there!
