Lazy Sales Associates. I guess they don’t want customers and make sales? Good customer service are required by all means. I felt sorry for the owner that they hire incompetent employees.

Great experience. My daughter is 6 and was so excited to get her ears pierced. We called ahead to make sure they had two girls available to do both ears at the same time. They told me when to come to ensure they could provide both girls. Both girls were amazing and my daughter is thrilled! We were in and out quickly.
Person play it we were if it were me I would go to another location for piercing these are fine for little earrings studs babies
Went in sometime last year and got information on how to get my protection extended for earings I had bought there Nikki helped me. Fast forward to today and I finally went for that and what are the odds Nikki actually was there and got everything taken care of. Pretty good customer service and natural vibe. I say go 👌🏼
Good place to purchase inexpensive jewelry, they have payment plans, and you can apply to get credit from them, also you can purchase protection plan for your jewelry.

I was here to buy an earring for my daughter. The sales rep (blonde hair and looked young...maybe in her 20s) was extremely rude from the beginning. We should have went somewhere else but stayed there. We ended up purchasing two earrings and as we started to walk out, we noticed that she overcharged on one of the earring. The price on the earring was 12.99 while the receipt showed 17.99. So we went back and told her but she told us the price went up and nothing she can do. I told her that I wanted to return the product but she asked if I wanted to keep the earring if she can adjust to the price that was shown on the earring. First thing that came to my mind was, why didnt she say that from the beginning? She asked repeatedly but I declined. She processed the return and gave me my return receipt. As I was leaving the counter, I realized that she didnt give me the original receipt and probably threw it away. I went back and asked her for my receipt but she seemed very unhappy to see me. And she ended up reprinting the receipt again. Never made contact and pretended I wasnt there. One of the worst experience and Never go back.
I have waited for half an hour. There is never anyone at the stand. There is no sign saying they are gone and what time the workers will be back.
