We had a wonderful experience with Aqua Serve- highly recommend!! Chip and team have been fantastic. Friendly, personable and the water is amazing. They showed us exactly how it’s connected and what to check for. Before Aqua serve, I had heavy metals in my system from the water where we live. I went back to the doctor a few months after getting Aqua Serve’s reverse osmosis water and I’m happy to say that I am free of heavy metals and feeling so much better! Thanks, Chip and team! Chip was very knowledgeable and educated me further with our system. It was the best purchase we made when we moved into the house 8 years ago. We were used to soft water from Chicago area, so this was a must as we have hard well wAter here in the I70 corridor . Very helpful and customer care is excellent!

Great experience with aqua serve and Chip. We were in need of software/treatment here in highlands ranch. Our hardness levels have went down a lot and we have great tasting water. They were easy to work with and did a great job installing.

We had Aqua Serve come out to our house to help us understand what was going on with our water softener since weve never had one before. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know and even tested our water! I cant describe how knowledgeable and friendly they are! We called a competitor before calling Aqua Serve and Im so glad the competitor didnt service our type of softener - who knows what we would have ended up paying or getting sucked into buying! Aqua Serve is going to be our go-to company for water softeners.

Absolutely amazing service. After seeing multiple plumbers (and wasting multiple thousands of dollars), it was nice to finally get REAL answers and REAL solutions - for a sane cost. I feel educated on my water, what it needs and what it doesnt need. More importantly, I FINALLY got factual scientifically backed explainations to the whys.

Unbelievable. This company has the best customer service and they are extremely knowledgeable. Everyone is so nice! We have been using them for years. Our issue wasnt urgent, so I scheduled for next week, but they suggested a tech might be able to help me resolve the problem over the phone, and thats just what they did! How nice is that? We were working on our water softener but I learned today that Aqua Serve can service our RO system too. Chip also educated me on the Phyn System that they can install & will easily detect leaks in the whole house so that problems can be caught before there are expensive fixes needed. I love these guys!

Great service and very professional!

I can not even describe how happy we are with our water filtration and water softener from Aqua Serve. We had put up with smelly water, hard water spots on the granite, dry skin and dry hair and paying for a bottled drinking water service for years. From the minute I contacted Aqua Serve, I was so happy I did. Chip was awesome. He answered all my questions and when he came out to the house he knew his product. Our water test confirmed what we knew with hard water. We had two other companies we were going to have give us an estimate but canceled once we met with Chip. I have to say I was a little skeptical when he told me I would be drinking the water out of the tap after the installation. No way would I drink that horrible water. But Chip was so right. After the install, which was on time, professional, and the finish product looks great, I can drink the water from the tap! No more chlorine! Not only that but our skin and hair look and feel great! Im even amazed at how clean our dishes are and even the dishwasher looks brand new on the inside! The house looks cleaner without those hard water spots on the granite. Our clothes are cleaner and softer. My only regret is that we didnt do this sooner!

Aqua Serve has been our service provider since we purchased our property in 2007. We have found them to be outstanding to work with and couldnt be happier. Moved into a new house with super hard well water that showed total coliform bacteria upon inspection. We had a great experience working with AquaServe. Chip was super friendly and straightforward to work with. He explained all the options and set up process, and patiently answered all my questions. With the new Brita Pro Silver water softener, 20 micron pre-filter, and HDS UV filter we can rest assured that our water is safe! And it tastes great!

We did not have many problems with them until the new girl started who answers the phone. After several phone calls the dates kept changing and no one lets us know until I have to call because no one calls or shows up to confirm the appointment. When I confronted her about it she got an attitude reminding her of how busy they are. If I let our staff work like that we would lose all of our clients.

Great employees and co. Communication excellent. Follow up excellent. Only company I wil go for my water filters.

Quality work done on time and on quote, the way its supposed to be.

Ive been a customer since 2011 with rental equipment. The monthly rental cost is not exactly cheap, but weve paid monthly without any trouble. Part of the rental contract is that they will service our filters. It came to my attention this morning that our reverse osmosis system was no longer filtering water. Also, I realized that it has probably been over two years since theyve serviced our system. Theyve neglected us and it seems they offer no service on weekends. So unless I hear back from them before Monday, I will be shopping for a new equipment provider. We are on a well and without good drinking water in our home due to their negligence.

Tech could have been friendlier.

Have worked with Aqua Serve for almost two decades - efficient and having no chlorine in the house is awesome.

I would like to know why there is a 3 day timer for regeneration if it goes based off of water usage not time?
