Very unhappy with the quality of tires and poor service at Big O Tires. They recommended their own brand of tires for my Ford Expedition, which I followed. I paid over $1,100. The tires were warrantied for 60,000 miles and 3 years. In less than 3 years, after about 36,000 miles, the tire tread wore out. They admitted the tread was worn out and was worn evenly but denied my warranty claim, admitted that the tires they sold me were the wrong ones and tried to upsell me on better tires. Not ok!

New to the area, someone recommended Big O Tires for an oil change, so I went there. After they did their checkup, I was told I needed to replace the lower control arms and the rear brake pads, to the tune of around $1200, which they would be happy to do. I was surprised, since there were absolutely no indications of any problems related to those parts. I opted for the oil change only, which they did. I then took the car to a highly respected automotive place and asked them to check it out. After doing that and driving it, they asked what was my concern - nothing needed replacing (there was MINOR play in the control arms), and it drove just fine. If Big O had done just the oil change, I would have been happy to give a good rating - but claiming I needed an expensive and urgent repair when nothing was wrong ensures that I wont be back.

They were honest, had great communication and customer service, and managed to save me some money. Would highly recommend for oil changes, tire service, and breaks. Will go back again in the future.

I just bought a new car and it ended up with a nail in the tire a week later. I took it back to the dealership and they wanted to charge me $50 for a patch. I left and drove straight to Big O and they get me right in for a patch and at a much better price! Rex was great and offered excellent service. I highly recommend supporting this location!

While picking up food with my whole family, our engine started over heating. Turns out the dealership didnt top off our coolant. Big O was right there and they welcomed us with open arms, giving us engine coolant and saving our family vehicle. They were friendly, helpful, and jumped into action.

I visit this Big O because the team is friendly and fast. I was back for a service recently and a new young lady was working there, Alyssa. I thought she was a great addition to the team. It was busy but she maintained a very professional level of service. I wanted her recognized.I had to return a few nights later for a new noise I heard under my car. They had me in and out in 10 minutes. Just needed a quick adjustment, no charge. Alyssa and the team were so friendly once again. Well done Big O.

Took my car in for a leaky tire and they did a brake job! Said it was mistake. Wrong car. BUT I had just had a brake job at my trusted Toyota dealer. New brakes under warranty. NOW, how do I trust this job. Some not too bright person grabbed the wrong car and put on new brakes on a car that just had new brakes installed. They actually said that the brakes on the car were at half their life and I was fortunate to get new brakes. What a lie! How do I trust that they did a good job? Wrong car! Didnt NEED a brake job! Then they lied! Now I need to take the car back to Toyota for an inspection. They better pay for it!

I was making a trip from Fort Collins back home to woodland park a few weeks back and my tire wouldn’t hold air due to a puncture, and it was about time to replace them anyways Dustin was very knowledgeable and helpful and got me a great deal on a set of tires! Dropped in because my Subarus oil pressure light came on. They were able to see me pretty quickly, and didnt even charge me to determine that there wasnt any issue making it unsafe to drive home! I would happily have paid for the diagnosis, but they wouldnt let me. Fantastic experience!

Why be open until 4pm on sundays if your techs leave at 3pm? Your appointment scheduler system shouldn’t make it possible to make appointments past 3 if that’s the case. Normally no issues but I had higher expectations.

Just picked up my 2016 WRX from this location with the intent of paying for getting my tires patched as I ran over a few screws! they were short handed and still got my car back to me in a really reasonable amount of time!!! Also Shout out to Rex(sorry if I spelt your name wrong) He absolutely was an amazing help and was even kind enough to patch my tires without charge! Glad I live next to a very reputable location! Will for sure be taking my car back for any work/will be recommending him to all friends&Family!

Came in this morning with a broken plastic piece under my car. The guys took it in immediately and had me back on the road very quickly. Great people and a great company. I highly recommend for any services needed.

Very disappointing! Originally experience was great. Staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. We had to order a set of tires. They said it would take about a week. I called a few times after one week with no updates, but they said the tires should still be in that same week. Called again after it had been almost 2 weeks. Now they said those are on backorder and wouldn’t be here for another 2 months or so! They said they mentioned this in the beginning which they 100% did not! Didn’t even apologize or anything! Now I’m basically stuck without a car for 3 weeks or longer until I can get them elsewhere! Very very disappointed in them! I live very close and would have gone there all the time. Definitely lost my business!

You can pick your tires and make an appointment online but if someone gets there before your appointment, they just sell your tires to them. Waste of time. Nice staff though.

I am 58 years old and this is the best tire store I have ever been to by FAR! I got stuck in the mud which caused a lot of problems. Everyone there treated me Fantastic Matt Nori Alyssa Ryan and Mikey all were Super Helpful and professional. I wont be bringing my vehicle anywhere else if this BigO can help me . SUPER SATISFIED

Dropped on them on a Sunday afternoon using my spare tire, and the original on my trunk. 30 min later I drove off with the spare back in the trunk, and the original tire fixed at no charge.Seriously, I couldnt believe the excellent service. Thank you guys, keep it up!

This is a strange review to write.It took the shop 4 days for the tyres to come in - after being promised them on day one. I had to ring to get an update, and it felt that no-one really cared. I get supply issues (Covid), but at least let me know.Once the tyres and subsequent work was done, I finally got the car back, walked down, paid, and drove away. My phone then blew up the next day - they had undercharged me. There was no real thanks for ringing back, for sorting BoTs problem or even paying the money that I wasnt charged originally. Were talking more than a few dollars - and to reiterate, not my problem but something that I fixed from a point of integrity. With little thanks.Ive tried to reach out to BoT on social media and head office, but noone cares.Does the car work now? Yes. Do the brakes squeak a bit still, yes... Does the car drive better than it did, certainly. Is the customer service weird - also yes. I dont believe that this is what BoT meant to happen, but it did - and having tried to quietly offer moments to rectify it with no real response, here we are.In summary, would I recommend BoT. I think so, but be prepared for things to get weird if its not straight forward.

Had a hanger looking wire sticking out of my tire in Denver. I tried to remove it and i could hear air starting to come out. I cut the wire to 2 inch portion and drove back home (risky but I made it). Big O at 4:15 said bring it by and well see if we can repair it or have to replace tires. They got it in and called at about 5:30 to say it was ready to go. I didnt realized they closed at 6 so I got the car the next morning. I picked it up and I signed, but I asked how much. They said free, just give us a review if you can. So, here it is. They took me in, small fix, kept the car in the garage overnight, and it was free. They will get my new tire business.

Honestly the first couple of times service was great after that seems like they’ve decline in customer satisfaction and service. Staff doesn’t seem to have any communication within themselves and have no clue what was going on when I came to pick up my car. Only reason I come here is because I happen to live close to the shop and I bought their tires for their warranty but the second the warranty expires I’m taking any car repair service to another business because overall I have not been happy with this location to say the least. They get the job done at least but in an unorganized way to the point where they waste your time.

Came in for a tire repair and the service was excellent! I was told it was a nail and that the patch was free of charge. Couldnt believe it!

I came in because my AWD vehicle had an unrepairable punctured tire. Alyssa was at the front counter and she was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind. I went into this location the day before the first big storm of the year and it was the best experience I have ever had. The entire staff at this location are ALL 5 star employees, the professionalism and friendliness while being so busy was such an awesome thing to see. I used this Big-O to do my rear breaks and last oil change. The service was good. It was what you’d expect. But yesterday I had an issue that I needed help with and these guys came through big time! I Have received multiple oil changes at this location and staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly. However, the past two services have been less than ideal. The technician had installed the wrong oil filter on my vehicle a few months ago which caused leaking and the manager had said he would cover my next oil change free of charge which I thought was fair. My inclination to write this review is because upon picking up my vehicle today I find out they didnt 1) fill up my coolant reservoir even though they knew it was empty, 2) they did not let me know driving it off the lot that my coolant tank was completely dry 3) after calling them to inform them of dry tank there was no acknowledgment of anything wrong.*** they did call me during the oil change to let me know that my coolant reservoir should be replaced and I declined the tank replacement but I should NEVER have to wonder about wondering if my coolant tank is bone dry after an oil change!!!Look, if topping off coolant fluid is not part of your oil service thats completely fine Ill pay that $20 BUT to not communicate that to a customer and to knowingly let them drive that off the lot, not apologize or seek to remedy a situation that could have left someone stranded with an overheated vehicle is absurd and dangerous.I truly hate that I have to write a negative review because I know how hard it is for business owners especially in these times but to receive such a lack of care and attention to something Im trusting professionals to handle that can lead to severe damage $ and harm - it has to be addressed.

I have always had horrible experiences with Big O in the past and really didnt want to give them anymore of my business. But I was having issues with my trunk and they were close. I had not been to this location before. They were fast and fixed the issue I was having. I have since gone back to this Big O whenever I have work that need to be done with my truck and always left happy.

Terrible customer service. Ive been here multiple times over the years and they dont care about your time. They will tell you to come in at a certain time and then just make you sit and wait an hour before they even start your car. Absolutely awful time management.

Brought our vehicle in for tires and was told our shocks and struts were shot to the tune of $1,200. Seemed odd given the mileage so got a second opinion. Turns out the rattling I was experiencing was a loose spare tire! Luckily I didn’t get scammed. Customers be aware!

Waited over 2.5 hours for a patch job from a screw in my tire. They told me they didn’t have any techs available. I wish I knew that before I started. I could have patched the tire myself. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time.

Brought in my car to put on some snow tires that I already had. These tires are directional and they mounted them backwards, so I had to bring the car all the way back to get that fixed. A few months later, I was checking the tire pressure, and they were severely overinflated (42 PSI vs the recommended 31), meaning that these tires were bulging along the tread reducing traction and adding wear-and-tear to the center of the tire.That was my first experience with this place and it will be my last.

Matt and Alyssa knocked it out of the park on my new wheels with helping me find the perfect ones and then the service was beyond top notch Matt really went the extra mile to help get this done right as I drive a lowered car so it was very difficult to get it jacked up and that did not stop Matt or his crew and they took extra care of my car knowing it’s a special ride and really treated it as such I would highly recommend anyone who needs new tires or wheels to go see Matt at big O flat!

The Big O on Summit Boulevard in Broomfield is awesome!! Brian was especially helpful today when I brought my vehicle in with a leak which turned out to be A/C condensation. William went above and beyond. I took my new 1994 BMW convertible play toy in for a complete overhaul. Big O always takes good care of my cars and this was no different. However, on the way home my car was making an odd noise. I was a ways from Big O and it was after hours, but I gave it a shot and called. William was just about to leave for the day. He drove to where I was, found the problem (something loose) and fixed it right there. I cant say enough about how this is customer service.

The gentleman that assisted with my low pressure tire light, I believe his name was Tony, was amazing! He was very courteous and didnt try to push any product or service on me. He explained the issue, he explained what services were recommended for my mileage point, but it a more informative way, rather than a pushy salesman. This was my first experience with Big O Tires and he delivered highly on customer service. Well done!

Man these guys are great. Nothing but exceptional service since we moved here three years ago. Always polite and friendly, but also down to earth and frank with any issues revolving around your car. Ive had everything from an oil change to a complete rear brake assembly replacement here. In every single situation theyve been communicative, clear and to the point.They dont upsell you unless its something valuable and they never treat you as if youre unintelligent. They explain the issues, they walk you back to your vehicle in the stacks to show you and they explain the work involved and what is necessary. If they cant do the work there, they recommend great places to go. Prices are also fair and competitive.Again, these guys come highly recommended with several instances of proven quality. VERY busy because of their awesome service though, so make sure you come early and give them enough time to get to your vehicle.We have plenty of places we can take our vehicles, but we come back here time and time again. Couldnt be happier!

Incredibly thankful for these guys. My oil light came on after I got my oil changed at a different shop three days ago, and I happened to stop in the adjacent parking lot. Luckily, someone was in the lobby and they came over to check my car, (after the shop had already closed) and made sure I could get home safely. Wonderful customer service!

I was assured that interaction with staff would be contactless. Upon arrival I found that not to be truthful. Broomfield, CO branch on Summit ignoring social distancing while interacting with clients. One employee busy interacting with clients without wearing a State required face mask. In my opinion; disgusting, illegal and dangerous behavior!

I called Big O Tires in a panic. I had just ran over a nail and air was leaking from my tire at a rapid rate. It was the end of the day and they could have easily said they don’t have time and turned me away, but William, the manager, squeezed me in and got me back on the road in no time. Everyone who worked there was super nice and professional. I won’t go anywhere else in the future. They are officially my favorite place in Broomsfield for auto repairs.

Big O tires is really good at finding and telling you all sorts of things that arent perfect with your car and trying to sell you additional repairs. If you want to be up-sold on all sorts of things unrelated to what you came in for, Big O is your place. Some customers might be fine with that but I dont appreciate it. We have had two experiences with this. One in the past where my wife was told it was basically a safety emergency and that we had to replace all four struts. We went to a 30-year experienced independent ASE Mechanic specializing in Japanese cars and he said the struts were fine and they can leak for a long time before they fail and that it was not an imminent safety issue. Big O wanted over $1000 to replace them. More recently Big O refused to rotate my wifes snow tires which we bought from Big O and had paid for free rotation because they were too worn. We knew they were worn but wanted to keep them on for the summer and buy new snow tires in the fall. Then we got this story about how our brakes had issues which was not something we asked them to look at. We had only come in for a tire rotation and balance. Big O is a big franchised company that wants to try to sell you as much service and parts as they can and they seem to rely on the safety/fear card as a sales tactic. There are many places you can get tires, I suggest you go elsewhere.

Fast service, fair prices. Very quick turnaround time for swapping in some winter tires and replacing front brake pads and rotors. This location operates very smoothly and are very communicative with their customers.

Hi everyone beware of these guys because they dont know what they are doing, and definitely check what they done it dont believe that your car has done. They are scamming and they are trying to overcharge for the stuff they didnt complete. Im so sorry but I never go there again and never send any of my friends. Did a fair job replacing tires and brakes. they treated me fairly, quickly, and were reasonable with the discounts given after Low use of previous tires and brakes.

I came in on 5/25/2020 around 3:00 - 4:00 pm to repair my tire that had a nail in it. I was told that “the nail was too close to the side to repair it.” This was an obvious attempt at getting me to buy a new tire when the nail was right in the middle of my tire. It is clear that the worker tried to take advantage of the fact that I am young and a girl and thought I didn’t have the knowledge to know it was repairable. I went to Firestone Complete Auto Care and they quickly said it was an easy fix and could most definitely be repaired. In the future, I will not be coming to Big O Tires, especially when I decide to replace my tire. 0/10 from me. Do not come here if you plan to have your tire repaired and go somewhere else if they tell you it’s unrepairable. Get a second opinion because their service can not be trusted as the workers are not honest to potential customers.

I had a nail in my tire and the gauge on the car said I was at 10 psi so my tire was basically flat! Went to this place 45 minutes before closing and they had me in and out of there in 30 minutes with a patched and fully inflated tire. Thanks guys I needed the help!

I did have a few issues with the customer service on a previous visit, although the manager Brian and Eli called me personally and did whatever they had in their power to fix the issue and made sure I would be satisfied enough to continue coming back to this location. With that being said, I will come back if I ever need anything done.

Disappointed. Reception was great, overall efficiency and attitude of shop mechanics was not great. At one point the only mechanic working came out to the waiting room to use the restroom and upon returning to the shop, he stood in the doorway and watched TV for a moment. They were very short on mechanics with one mechanic who actually showed up for work.It is understandable wait times might be a little longer. I came in for a tire change. They quoted me at a 1 hr wait. Another lady who came in after me was quoted 1.5 hrs for an oil change.I waited for 2 hrs and the lady who came in after me had already received her car back about 30 minutes before me. I find this very odd. Did she get her car back faster because she was an impatient jerk and complained a lot? Im struggling to understand the logic here: if there is only one mechanic working, and I am first in line, shouldnt I be receiving my car back before the lady who came in after me?This being said, I genuinely hope that this location was just having a not-so-great day (because they seem to have a great avg star rating).

After stopping by the place that I bought my fairly new tires from, to check for one losing air, and was told it would be Wednesday before they could look at it 3 days later.Took the car up the road to Big-O and Anthony made some room in his schedule, and would take a look later in the evening at 6:30. Got a call at 6:00 and after 15 seconds of time they found the issue (a crushed valve stem) and fixed it. Now I feel safe driving my daughter to school in the morning, and not worried about the tire.Thanks again Anthony for taking the time to help out.

Went for an oil change on my new car, got my car back no fluids were filled and oil filter is leaking. Worst place ever. I will tell everyone how horrible this service is and women should avoid this place. These people cannot be trusted.

I worked mostly with Kenny and not only did he help me with my original concerns of rotating my tires, balancing them and getting alignment, but he let me know other things that needed to be done (like my oil change and replace the air filter). Super professional, done in a timely fashion, and at a great price. Really made it super convenient for me.

100% Honest & extremely friendly. I met with Matt on Tuesday, and Ive never had such great service from any auto shop Ive ever been to. He was extremely considerate of my budget, provided me with a plethora of cost effective solutions, gave me his own advice (which I now value greatly) on what to spend, and kept me up-to-date on everything while being easy going & up beat. Dont waste your time with other auto shops, just go to Big O, & ask for Matt - youll be set.

My wife and I had just completed a 1500 mile road trip with my 14 year old Suburban (250k miles on her). Having just installed new shock absorbers and tires before the trip, I was concerned with what sounded like a major issue with the rear suspension. We stopped at the Big O Tires in Brookfield to figure out what was going on. It was a weekend and the folks were very busy.The first hint that we had lucked into the “right” place was the energetic and friendly welcome from the young lady in the showroom followed quickly by a similar welcome by the store manager, Bryan Peregrine. I was given the opportunity to immediately to describe the scenario with our car. Bryan was attentive and curious himself. He told us that he would personally take a look in just a few minutes. And that’s what he did.....how’s that for a surprise.Bryan test drove my car and then had his senior tech do the same. They had heard the “noise” from the rear end that we had heard and knew where to look. The senior tech put the Suburban up on the lift and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. I had ordered shock absorbers that were intended for a vehicle with a 2” lift kit and the noise was the extended length shock absorber hitting the frame. They also discovered that two of the bolts that secure the shocks to the suspension were very loose. Not a good thing. And....they showed it to me in real time.Bryan and his senior tech had a great opportunity to “up-sell” me to the correct shocks......but, instead, they figured a way to prevent the shocks from doing what they were doing and recommended an easier and more logical approach that would allow our vehicle to have a great functionality in the mountains of Colorado. For far less than the cost of new shocks and installation, they recommended a 2” lift kit.My wife and I were in the middle of a “move”....thus the drive from the east coast.....and we told Bryan he had our business going forward for his quick service and his honest approach. I asked for the bill and Bryan told me that he hadn’t really done anything other than diagnose a problem. No charge. That was definitely an understatement.Bottom line: Bryan and his team took their time to ensure that our vehicle was safe, that we had a good plan going forward, and he didn’t take advantage of folks that were “ripe” for it. Many thanks to Bryan and his senior tech. We live less than a mile away and will be seeing them whenever we need help in the future. They exceeded our exceptions by a mile. I came here to get my brake pads and rotors replaced and I have to say the service was amazing. I received amazing customer service from those at the front and installation was very quick. At first they did not have the correct 5-lug rotors in stock at their store and had them shipped over for install the next day. Really great experience on that end of the spectrum. But I am giving one star for the sole fact of getting home and noticing the mysteriously appearing major dents in my hood that are by no means small or minor. They look as if they were caused by someone trying to close and completely latch the hood as they are perfect palm imprints. The moment I noticed it I immediately called them and reported the damages observed. Took them about an hour to have them call me back and that wasnt until I was walking in door of the shop from my place in Glendale did they finally call. Yes I travel that far just because of the amazing service recieved in the past from this location specifically. The manager was very nice, but told me that they arent taking responsibility because it seems unexplainable on their end, which is a bummer and dont quite agree with. After my experience I cant imagine returning to this shop out of fear of negligence and would urge those to do a full walk around everytime, something you should probably do anytime you leave your car to get serviced anywhere, before leaving the site. If some middle ground could be found, this would be a 5-star review and would keep me returning for years to come, encouraging all those to come here for any and all tire/brake service needs.

BEWARE!!! This is the 2nd time we have taken our vehicles here (since it is close and they have such great reviews). We took our Jeep in to get a flat tire replaced, they told us that they HAD to replace all 4 tires. We never approved the work but they went ahead and replaced all 4 after we gave them STRICT instructions NOT TO BEGIN WORK without calling us first. Even after I had then called them a second time and the gal asked are we replacing these? I said No, not yet - we are trying to figure things out still. They went ahead and DID THE WORK AND EXPECT US TO PAY FOR IT EVEN THOUGH WE DID NOT APPROVE IT!!!!!!!!! Some customer service...

Definitely went out of their way, and stayed late, to make sure my new tires were 100% set before a weekend trip. These guys do the job correctly and I was never once worried about the quality of service. Compared to other Big O Tires - this one is probably the best Ive been to, while Big O is a good name in general, this shop is my first choice.

Zach at Big O Tires was an absolute angel and went above and beyond his job to help a girl in distress! Kindness goes a long way and his kindness was greatly appreciated! Ive been a Big O Tires customer for many years and now that I live right by this location, I will be sure to go to this location!

Everyone I’ve ever dealt with here has been so kind, informative, and helpful. Twice I’ve taken my car here for repairs and tires and both times the staff explained the issues and offered solutions that were not costly and got the job done. Definitely recommend the ladies and gentlemen here for your car needs.

I’ve had consistently excellent service at Big O here in Broomfield. As a woman knowing nothing about cars, I feel confident in how they communicate to me about what’s wrong and what needs to be fixed. I feel informed, and treated fairly.

I never really had a bad experience at a big o, but this was definitely the best one I have had yet. The employees were respectful and courteous, the building was clean and well laid out, the the mechanics did great work as far as I can tell.The service was a touch on the slow side, but I make a habit of never being in a rush when getting my car worked on because that has never worked out well for me.

Service manager was very helpful. Have been here multiple times and always get treated with respect. Thank you Big O!

Tony was super nice and considering it was New Years eve, no attitude about working on that day, etc. These guys in general are solid.
