The Container Store designer helped me design a custom master closet, and also a laundry room. We worked with some existing built-ins and replaced outdated, non-functional shelves with a combination of drawers & shelves. We love both systems. We are more organized and things are easy to access. I love ELFA products; we have many of their products throughout our home but the custom closet and custom laundry room took it to a whole new level. Highly recommend!

Made appointment online. Had to delay meeting due to unforeseen circumstances but they were gracious about the delay. Went through the design quickly. Would have liked a few more measurements but phone calls resolved all the questions. Looks great

So incredibly happy with our Elfa closet system. I saw an ad on social media with the new year promotion they were running and we took advantage of the deal. We had a really quick virtual consultation with Charlie from Flatirons, who was able to show us images of our closet space completely designed within 20 min! He did an amazing job! He listened to everything we wanted and needed and came up with a design even better than we thought to do. We are both tall so we love that he designed the closet to our height, which meant more shelving and extra storage. Once he presented everything to us, we were sold and purchased it then and there. We picked it up curbside in a quick 6 days and completed the installation ourselves to save some money. It wasn’t difficult but it’s definitely not for beginners. Might be worth the price of installation for those who don’t know how to operate tools. The installation took us about 5 hours. There were a few hiccups along the way, but nothing we couldn’t figure out. The videos for installation were helpful but could be more detailed. This closet is a dream for me! It’s more than I thought we would spend on a closet system but I can 100% say it is well worth it. It is so organized, neat and every corner of the closet is utilized to full capacity. Thank you Charlie for your great work. We absolutely love the Elfa closet system.

We ordered and paid for a custom closet in January, to be installed in May. Were now told that half of the shelves we ordered were destroyed in transit. And our second color choice wont be available till July. Funny way to run a business.
