This used to be a great place to buy and service my cars. But their service department, well, let’s just say whomever they’ve appointed to assign service loaners is ruining your business. After five minutes on hold and another five minutes talking to service writer, he says “I’m not authorized to give you a service loaner if you need one.” So he passes me to Danielle. No ones taught her basic customer service. It shouldn’t be the Spanish Inquisition to get my car in for service. A service, I might add, that I received a letter from Jaguar to address. Yet she felt I needed to know, three times, that my car wasn’t due for service for another month. She repeatedly told me only certain people qualify for a loaner and repeatedly talked over me. After over five minutes of back and forth of just trying to get an answer whether I needed a loaner or not, I hung up and called Stevinson. Had my appointment scheduled and all my questions answered in two minutes. Your not the only Jag dealership in town and they’ve got you beat on customer service.
Aaron Sanders was an awesome guy to work with. He was very knowledgeable on the car I wanted. He was able to answer all my questions, was upfront and honest, and absolutely no pressure to make the sale. Made the whole car buying experience seamless and stress free. Highly recommend working with him.
From start to finish (driving off the lot in our new car) we had a wonderful experience at Jaguar Land Rover Flatirons. Karina was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us. Most importanly, she was never pushy. The perfect salesperson for us! We are thrilled with our Jaguar and highly recommend this dealership and Karina.
I pre-ordered a custom I-PACE in July 2018. I told my neighbour about it and he also decided to put down a deposit a couple of weeks later. My neighbour was invited to an event at the dealership - an opportunity to test drive a demo model with some appetisers. I did not receive an invite. Then my neighbour received an update on when his would be shipping but I did not. In October I contacted Jaguar North America directly and they informed me that my order was not placed by the dealership until just that month and that is why I had not received any update on the delivery.Deliveries of the car to the USA began in November 2018. I finally received a delivery timeline for mine: April 2019. When the car was delivered, it did not match my order. I had ordered all black trim but it came with chrome. The salesperson said that I had made a mistake, but I was able to show my copy of the original order to prove it. The dealer said that they would not correct the problem unless I paid for the replacement trim myself. I decided to accept the vehicle as is because the chrome looked a lot better in person.A few months later I had a tyre blow out and it was towed to the dealership. They installed a new tyre with a damaged sidewall. When I pointed it out, they said that they would replace it, but after numerous calls to the service department about it, nothing was done.Great car, poor service at this dealer.
I was far from impressed with this dealership. We were there for over 30 minutes and the only person to talk to us was the receptionist. I was almost ran into by an employee without an apology or even recognition that I was there. None of our questions were answered. I would not recommend this dealership if you have any questions or want an enjoyable experience. We will be looking for a different Jaguar dealership for our purchase.
