8/6/2021 2PM: The costumer service at this location (Flatiron’s Mall) was awful! The COVID must have taken its toll on all the good, honest people who like to work and serve because the persons behind this counter today was just awful. She was not competent nor knowledgeable to serve her costumers! Nor did she care to be there working! When I asked to talk to the manager, she said she was “the manager”! This incident happens on 08/06/2021! There was only one person at the store! A female manager… extremely rude, incompetent, and “bully-like”…. So sad to see… ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE Factory you have rocked for soLong… you can do better!!! Please interview and perhaps background check your employees before hiring them!

Really fine chocolates and candies, some with a Colorado flair. Its the only place I can get chocolate covered orange peel in the three states I regularly visit.

I love this chocolate factory they always have apples in stock not having to wait. The staff is friendly and nice. My favorite is cheesecake

The hot cocoa here is AMAZING. And addictive. I love it. The girl that works there in the mornings is very sweet :)

Pricing is high and I usually expect to pay a pretty penny for chocolates, but customer service is always superb. Everytime my family and I come, the employees are always friendly, smiling, patient, and helpful. In a world where great customer service seems hard to come by, RMCF gets the gold!

Great store, awesome staff and friendly. Great selection with very fresh selections. Store was VERY clean and happy for the holidays! I highly recommend this store and thank you to the fun staff. They are working hard during tough times and they deserve 10 stars!!

Overpriced tourist trap. We paid over $20 for a few pieces of chocolate that were hard and stale. Who knows how long our chocolates were stirring out before we bought them.

We stopped here just before leaving the mall. We got some cookies and cream covered apples and some chocolate covered pretzels. All tasted very good. The girl working here on Tuesday was very nice and got us exactly what we wanted that day. We like their candies.

Pretty disgusted by the quality of the $12 apples. We just purchased 3 apples, had the shop cut them and were going to eat them in the courtyard at the mall. The insides are rotten on all of them.

Its difficult to find a place that sells decent English toffee. Yeah, Im that guy. Well, this is a terrific place to start. Dynamite toffee. Incredible selection of dipped apples. Theres usually a cheesecake one that simply cant be missed.

I normal love RMCF but this location the chocolate tasted old. Like it had been in the case all week or more. I guess Im used to a fresh selection. Will not return to this location. However the service was pleasant.

The Rocky mountain chocolate factory is one of the best place to get chocolate at of all sorts the caramel apples are the bomb

The girl working was very nice & sociable, but the chocolate itself left something to be desired. I normally just buy Lindors truffles which I think are delicious & can buy for about 1/8 of the price of the chocolate factory. Sorry chocolate factory; I wont be back.

Every time I’ve been in this store I’ve been met with such kind staff, and I’ve had a few encounters with a blonde girl (can’t remember the name) who is extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the products. The store is always spotless no matter how busy they are, and I know my chocolate needs will be met!!

A great selection of stuff to get. You can even get chocolate thats safe for your dog!

They have amazing treats there, but I wouldnt recommend getting their stuff every day. Not only is it a bit pricey, but chocolate isnt exactly the healthiest.
