Hannah is the most helpful and convincing sales person I have ever had and she went above and beyond. We asked to try on a certain shoe and she brought us 4 variations to check out. Will definitely return next time we visit this mall

Sales associate was very rude. I asked for a shoe numerous times and was flat out ignored. Once they saw me try on a display she then said thats not allowed. Vs helping me get the shoe and or having any sort of customer service she placed the shoe back and moved onto the next customer. I finally got what I needed but had to go through 3 different people just one pair of shoes. Worst experience

The 2 girls working this morning were amazing! Very helpful and friendly, even played with my kids a bit while I tried on a pair of shoes. Will be back soon!

I can always count on Journeys for easy access and often discounted Docs and other boots. They never have a huge selection though, so if you really want to see the coolest any brands have to offer you may want to go to one of their stores or websites.

Nick was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend shopping here after this experience. Great products, good sale prices, excellent staff. I got some really cool brown Doc Martens that I would not have tried on if not for the great vibe in this place. Customer service is not dead. Thanks for making the mall tolerable when shopping for my boy.

The service here is fantastic. We were in on a busy Saturday but were helped promptly and the staff made suggestions when bring out sizes. They were all friendly and helpful, really seemed to like their jobs! The playlist was also amazing, I felt like I was back in school in my scene days; hellogoodbye, metro station, and blink-182. Good stuff, highly recommended.

I got some Adidas superstar rose gold shell toes as a gift. I have been going in to this store every few mts to get my size. They are never available to order, and no one ever has my small size. STEVE was amazing. He helped get me some Black and white ones, they didnt have my size but had them shipped to my home. Thank you for taking the time and helping me get some shoes in my size that I still love as much as the ones I could not get! :-)

Bought a pair of Sperry snow/rain boots. The young girl that sold them to us, had told my daughter they would stretch, they did not! But they were the only store that had an 8 1/2 in stock in this style and color. Had to exchange them for a bigger size. My daughter had worn the smaller sized ones a few times, but the return / exchange was hassle free!! A size 9 had to be ordered and sent from a different store and all this took place in the middle of the Christmas shopping rush! I was very impressed with the process, (time consuming) but it was all hassle free. I did not have the original receipt and had originally went in thinking (like most stores) that they would give me problems since I did not have the receipt! They did NOT! I am pleased with my experience at this store and the kids that work in it, they were all polite and tentative, even helped occupy my grumpy 4 yr old during these transactions.

Ashley really took the time to make sure my son felt comfortable in his shoes. She was very knowledgable and didnt mind taking a lot of time with him, even though he didnt find anything comfortable enough in the end.

Will display products in store they do not sell there, or as you will learn via email after purchasing for shipping, that the company does not sell at all. The guy who sold them was nice though, so thats something.

Great shoes, not so great service. Its like their manager is killing the motivation in their employees.

Went in to shop, Hanna was helping me, she was rude to me and disrespectful to coworkers. I would not buy from a shop that allows salesman to treat customers and coworkers with such disrespect.
