My laptop crashed and I needed to get alot of important data off the hard drive. Alex was awesome, and was able to do so for me. No frills, just results.

I called F1 Systems to help me recover data from my former laptop, whose motherboard suddenly died. Alex was friendly and happy to help. At the shop, he took two minutes with my backup drive, found the files I was looking for, and showed me how to access them. He also recommended how to back up files in the future and answered other questions. In all, it was a quick, helpful, friendly visit. Im happy to leave a positive review for F1 Systems.

Incredibly friendly and helpful. When I came in with what I suspected to be a shot motherboard they helped me pinpoint exactly what the problem was. We determined that it wouldnt be worth the time and money to replace the part on my older computer and that I was better off buying a new PC. Rather than trying to sell me something I didnt need they gave me the best advice for my individual situation. Will definitely be referring friends and coming back if I ever need help again. F1 Systems made what was shaping up to be a bad day a lot better. :)

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 15-5000 Laptop from Micro Center in 2017. All was fine till early this year when I began getting the hated blue screen with the message DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE which shut everything down and then I had to force the computer off and reboot. But this recurred frequently and multiple calls to Micro Center Priority Care failed to solve the problem, including reinstalling the entire system from when I purchased it. The help center told me I’d have to take it into the shop in S.E. Denver because it likely was a ‘hardware problem’. I’d be without a computer for the better part of a week. I gave Alex a call, drove over, he looked at it and discovered I didn’t have the latest version of Windows 10 installed. I installed it and bingo; the problems have vanished! Alex is a whiz. I think I’ll give up on the Micro Center Priority Care and just go to Alex.

Went In to get some motherboard screws and to inquire about some items I bought for a current build. I talked with Alex and he got me the screws I was after and also schooled me on some of the items I bought, he was very knowledgeable and professional will definitely be back . Thanks !

These guys are great! Alex was so helpful and informative! My 2 year old Dell laptop HD was all but dead and Alex was able to replace it quickly! Luckily I dont keep much data on the hard drive itself, but Alex did his absolute best to verify I wouldnt lose anything (multiple times, even)! The price was more than fair, they are local and the work was done quickly! What more can you ask for, really?! I hope I dont have to come back soon, but when I do need help, they will be the first place I go!

Ive had to call on Alex and Warren numerous times because computers hate me. Im also a dinosaur. I have NEVER had better service. I contacted F1 systems because my personal laptop was running so slow it was almost unusable. Alex got back to me promptly after my email and we set up an appointment for a remote session. My computer was so slow that a remote session turned out to be unproductive, so I did have to take my machine to the shop in Broomfield. Alex was fast, thorough and professional. He got my laptop back to running like new within the time frame promised. The price for the computer tune-up I received was very reasonable. This company is one I know I can count on for reasonable prices and valuable expertise. I live in Loveland, but this was worth traveling for. Highly recommended.

My PCs main boot hard drive wore out and would not boot anymore. With past advice from Warren and Alex about backing up my hard drive on a regular basis, F1 Systems was able to put in a new main hard drive and with my backups they recommended I do, I was easily able to get my PC back to the condition it was before I lost my hard drive. The people at F1 Systems are so knowledgeable that I have trusted my PC questions and repairs in their capable hands for many years. I highly recommend them to anyone with computer issues or questions.

Great service! $50 and they will find you the best deal for exactly what you need. $100 for an hour of their computer expertise IN YOUR HOME! They can set up all the necessary securities to keep you and your kids safe online, regulate their time on the computer, etc. The stuff I never get to because it is overwhelming. The guys were very helpful when I brought in 2 phones and a small tablet to service. They were able to save personal, valuable pictures and documents for me. I pay another company and phone provider for help and information but these guys were actually more helpful!!! Ill use them again and so should you!!

These guys are pretty good, and Ive never spent a $ with em. Twice my laptop has broken down (internal wear and tear) and I have called these guys up and gave them my diagnosis of what when where how on it, and instead of trying to get me in to spend $ they help troubleshoot with me and give me straight forward answers. Update, August 2020.WiFi hardware went down and once again, F1systems bailed me out! Fixed it in a timely manner, at a fair price, with great service!F1 Systems definitely saved me big time! Was working on my (less than two year old) laptop this weekend when the HD failed. Dropped it off on Monday and was quoted a price for a new drive and estimated it would be done by Wednesday. This morning (Tuesday) I received a call that it was already done and they were able to clone all the data from the old drive.

My experience with F1 has always been positive. Both Warren and his assistant, Alex, are completely knowledgeable, and have resolved issues I have had with my computer quickly and with reasonable charges. I would give them A+ and would not hesitate recommending them with high raves. Bobbi

I read the reviews on Google about F1-Systems and Warren, and although I do a lot of PC work myself, I wasnt about to tackle a laptop with no display. Stopped in F1-Systems and talked with Warren about the problem and he gave me several suggestions that I hadnt thought of. After exhausting the possibilities I left the PC with him and 2 days later he determined it was a bad motherboard. He gave me an estimate to repair it but since this was an extended warranty claim he said Id be better off looking for a similar used PC and just swapping my SSD drive into it as opposed to replacing the motherboard.Long story short, I was super impressed with his knowledge, helpfulness, and honesty about the repair issue. And I enjoyed talking with him about the good old days of computers. Super nice guy, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Warren to anyone.

Had a family member go there and they told them that a Trojan wasnt bad.... Nuff said at that point but than when my family member came back, the USB port wouldnt work and than the computer died. If you dont think a Trojan is bad, than you have no place in telling people you are good at fixing computers. Just making people think you fixed their computer but make it to where they have to come back for something else. Good scam I must say....
