If I could give 0 stars, I would. I purchased a cologne and was charged an extra $10, when the people working said I would be saving money. My friend and her daughter purchased two perfumes, one for $30 and one for $40. We looked them up online and you can get both at Walmart for $15 each. I called after leaving and was headed back to Loveland, and asked if I could turn around to make a return. Whoever answered the phone said we cannot make returns and hung up on me. I guarantee you most of the colognes and perfumes aren’t real anyways, don’t waste your money at this store. SCAMMERS!!!

This place is not a good option to buy a perfume. I went in and the sales associates were very pushy and the options there were grossly overpriced. Im not even sure if the fragrances they sell there are authentic either but I wouldnt be surprised to find out that they are not. I would not waste my time in this store if I were you.

One of the best place to buy a cologne. I really like to buy a cologne from these guys as they are cheaper then other departmental stores. Moreover, they have a very good exchange policy. Even if its open with 1-2 sprays they go ahead and exchange it.

I asked to purchase a cologne which I thought was 3.5 oz they quoted me $52 I told him I could get it on Overstock for $32. He pretended to look it up on the net and said he didnt see it. offered me his discount at $33. I bought it. Got home opened the box and it was a tiny little 1.7. I looked it up and it sells for $18 all over the place. He originally quoted me $52. Discount? This is place is a massive deceptive ripoff. Do not go here. I would give it negative 10 stars but thats not a possibility. Slimy Jackasses.

Very knowledgeable staff. Walked me through a custom selection process. Really nice about doing a return.Selection is massive, largest in the mall.Only downside is they did not carry Jack Black.

1 star is even too much for a review on this place. Wayyyyyyy too overpriced. I suggest looking the price up on google before making a purchase here. You can get ALL fragrances at Macys for half the price.

Does not do refunds here! I bought perfume and decided I didn’t want it an hour later it was unopened and the man said they don’t do returns! All sales final! Horrible business practices here! Beware

Excellent selection but way over priced.

Went in last December and bought some Armaf Derby Clubhouse Gold cologne they recommended. After getting home and doing some research, I find that Armaf is a knock-off brand, and that Derby Clubhouse Gold is their clone of Montblanc Legend. Montblanc Legend is $80. The knock-off: I paid $71 in the store. Found out its about $35 on Amazon. This place really, REALLY hocks Armaf and doesnt tell people its a knock-off brand; they had Armaf tester bottles all over their counters.Also, the clerks say that they have a very good return policy: If you dont like it, just bring it back within 30 days and well do an exchange. But their policy on the receipt is much stricter; simply no returns period. Having a discrepancy between a verbal and written return policy is slimy.Anyways, I wouldnt have gone back there again, except for I had learned of a few new colognes that werent in the regular department stores like Montblanc Individuel, and so I went in there again (this time in January) to see if Fragrance Hut had it. I was the only one in the store and the lady looked tired and miserable. I asked if they had Montblanc Individuel - she did and took it out - and started ringing me up. I told her I wanted to see how it smelled first, and immediately she seemed highly annoyed. She said in her most miserable, unengaged voice: We dont have a tester. Do you want it or not? She then sprayed a tiny bit of it on the underside of the cap and had me smell it. I still wasnt totally sure about it and I could tell she just wanted me leave. Nonetheless, I asked if I could spray some on my wrist, and you shouldve SEEN the sour mug on her face. She wouldnt do it, and instead just said, We dont have a tester. Would you buy it if you liked it? She seemed awfully sensitive about letting out ONE spray...its not like its a $300+ fragrance (which Nieman Marcus has no problem giving a test spray with their super-expensive fragrances) and I highly doubt it wouldve been a problem letting one guy have one spray from a new box from a cologne not many people know about. I didnt like her attitude, but kept my politeness and said Maybe Ill come back later and was returned with a disgusted frown and a meh from her. Terrible attitude, terrible service. I regret giving this place my money before.

A complete scam. Not a discount. Will actually charge you more than Dillard’s, Macy’s or Sephora for same thing. Get it right the first time and dont go in fragrance hut.

Buy two to get a better price.
