I had to exchange some charms. The girl that helped me was super nice and friendly. She was nice to show me items that I was specifically looking for and gave me her opinion on some bracelets. I didnt quite catch her name- but she was amazing!

Sue refused to help me fix my ring that I had for one week and the main stone fell out! They told me they couldn’t find me in the system and I have shopped there dozens of times and they have never asked me about this warranty rule before.

I got some jewelry here and I appreciated what I assume was the manager. She was understanding of what I wanted while the other girls werent quite getting my style yet. I appreciated the personal attention and help to get stuff that I really loved. Additionally, I left and felt one ring was too big and they promptly exchanged it, no questions asked.

My wife likes the charms. Nice service. Pricey merchandise but it is a jewelry store. That is what you would expect.

Awesome service. Very bright and big store. I love how everyone is so willing to help. Everyone comes in to see what your bracelet looks like and what youre adding. Super helpful and patience. Spent an hour there and no one said anything bad to me. Love these jewelry

I love this store! Sue, Keturah, Molly, Patty, and all the staff are always extremely helpful and professional. Collectively, they have a great eye for setting up beautiful, tempting displays that show off new merchandise and provide great ideas whether you are looking for a gift for your special someone or buying a wonderful treat for yourself. They patiently showed me charms, bracelets, rings, and earrings while I chipped away at my shopping list. I have never required warranty service and have always been pleased with the quality of all Pandora merchandise. I have been a customer at this Pandora for over seven years and wouldnt consider shopping anywhere else.If you are looking for a great gift at a reasonable price, Pandora at Flatiron Crossing is THE place. Oh, and shopping is much easier once someone has a bracelet - add a charm to commemorate special days, events, and milestones.

Awful customer service! After spending hundreds of dollars a year here since they opened, tried to exchange (NOT return, exchange!!!) a charm purchased for me online. My receipt clearly states I can do this at any Pandora store, but they say theyve opted out of these exchanges. I will be taking my Pandora business elsewhere. So should you!

Owner is rude, lacks customer service, trys to rush you. Some employees also rude. Will not shop at this pandora. Will shop at cherry creek pandora they are a lot better with customer service.

Horrible experience with a very rude lady Manager!!! I come to the store and try to mix and match the charms for my bracelet. She kept looked at me all around while her staff tried to help me. She rushing me with her look and also gave me the look like Im trying to robbed their store!!! I am your customer, I bought something from your store!!! Customer need their time to take a look and compare the charms!!! If you dont want to be patience dont be a Manager in Pandora store, just stay at your home and doing nothing!! No wonder your store are slow, nobody like to shopping with a service like that!

Horrible Service! My girls went in the store buy a ring for their grandmother. I had asked them to go in an start looking while I finished paying at another store. When I walked in, a women was telling them to get out if they werent buying anything. I could not believe what she had said! I asked the lady for her name, as her first response was Sue I am the owner I am the owner It is sad to have such unpleasant service!
