Willow run, one of the few truly locally owned businesses, so they always have a special place. The new ownership has done a far better job than the old. Never surrender, :) Very friendly staff too.

Called in twice to try and get simple information reg a potential U-Haul trailer rental and the girl answering the phone was of no help at all. The only information I was told was that the U-Haul rep was not available and to check the website. Mind you the website was not working, I did explain this to the person I spoke with. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a piece of equipment as it seems the staff is incompetent.

We started shopping here for our new puppy, and are excited to become regular customers. Good selection of high quality products, and super friendly staff.

Best known for huge selection of organic natural dog foods

Very friendly and helpful staff and good prices for most things I looked at. I love your selection of weird dog chews! Unfortunately, I thought things were very dirty. I looked at a halti, and the boxes were coated in dirt or dust. Made me a little unsure about buying things here if they arent well maintained.

Lots of great natural pet treats and foods, and the employees and owners are always super nice. However the prices have become absolutely exorbitant. I stopped buying the dogs food here a while ago, good brands but none are worth 60 bucks a bag. We swung by to grab some treats/chews the other day and got three chicken feet and a couple small bully sticks for over $40. Its just totally outrageous.Good stuff, nice people, prices are too inflated.

What a gem! The staff there are so friendly and knowledgeable! I just started going there and I love it! They dont hike up prices, and they accept returns on ANYTHING. Lots of local products in stock - go support them!

This place is smaller but really nice with friendly staff. I used to get my chicken feed primarily from here, but theyve been priced out by the big box stores for me. I still go here whenever I need something for my animals (dogs and chickens) other than food.

Great place to get pet food that the big box stores dont carry. They store all your purchases under your name, so you dont have to keep your receipt or remember the brand you bought last time. Love the cats that roam the property.

The store is stocked well with great dog and cat food, good treats for training, leashes, fun toys for dog and cat enrichment. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for health dog and cat food, fun toys and really helpful employees. These guys and girls wont let you carry anything out to the car! They go above and beyond every visit and are always making suggestions for better items for me and my pets.

This is one of the only places near us - and its 20 miles away - that carries the healthy dog food and treats that we feed our dog. They dont sell any of the inexpensive, unhealthy dog food that you see in the grocery store and chain pet stores. The prices are a little higher only because they carry better brands. Its worth it. The owner and people that work there are well informed and very enjoyable to talk to. And they welcome pets in the store! I highly recommend Willow Run to animal owners.

Great place! They staff are very friendly and very customer service oriented. We used to be corporate petstore people but after being treated so well by the staff here we switched! Best decision ever! We feel much better now that we have a kennel that we trust and we know that our pet food purchases are supporting small local buisness that really values their customers. I would definitely recommend!

Best place to get your vaccinations done the vet is awesome and so is the staff they will answer all your questions and have a great selection of food and natural treats my pup goes straight for the pig snouts 😋I try to buy from local shops when I can avoid big chains plus their prices are legit a lot of their stuff is cheaper than the big chains check them out you’ll never go to another shop again

This place is amazing. They carry a variety of healthy dog food brands. Averaged priced items. I have an older dog with food sensitivities and is a very picky eater. The employees took their time to help me find an appropriate food for her. I have been going there for years and will continue to do so. Cant sing their praises enough!

Cute shop on the fringe of Denver. Was only there to pick up a u-haul, but had that small town friendliness you dont see much of these days.

You will NOT find nicer, more customer-friendly peeps than at Willow Run. Every time I go in, I end up spending 3 times more than I had planned. Mostly because I want to just hang out and see everything - the atmosphere is inviting and you want to stay and chat. I have seen lower prices on many things at Willow Run than at a big chain Petco down the street, and some things may be slightly higher. But, I really really want to support small business, so if something is 50 cents more, then so be it. I would like to see more small businesses succeed today, and you dont get knowledge, customer service and someone demanding to carry your chicken feed to your car for Walmart prices. For the stuff I buy, Willow Run has had matching or better prices than Big Box.

I wouldnt call this a feed store, more of a glorified, overpriced pet store. Real feed stores have actual bales of hay out back, not just the bagged kind. And at a real feed store you can get 10 lbs of rabbit food for $7, not 5 lbs for $18. It was like a yuppie version of a feed store.

Only place that I have found that keeps healthwise in stalk, yes online is cheaper but its actually more because of shipping. Ive always had good, prompt service. One guy is stuckup but I think its his personality. The rest of the staff is very nice.

Sorry to say that Willow Run is gone a bit down Hills in recent months. The quality of the hay is terrible and often times it feels like customers are a bother although they try to be nice about it. Lol

We have bought bales of whatever here for decoration and youll get a better deal here than driving out to the country. Also nice dog treats and pet friendly.

I cant fault the friendliness of the staff but I recently purchased raw peanuts that seemed expensive at the time. After researching the cost I found it to be 2 to 3 times what I should have paid.
