Complete professional install team. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Install was nicely done with minimal changes to my home. Furnace, AC, mini-splits and water heater are all performing extremely well. I even got great advice on future renovations to my house.

Cant say enough about Kappler Mechanical. Brent spent 2 hours helping me figure out the best set up for my 114 year old ductless house. The install of the Mitsubishi 3 ton 4 zone mini-split system was not an easy task but these guys worked like a fine oiled machine. Always surprises when dealing with a very old home and the Kappler team defiantly ran into a couple but nothing they couldnt engineer their way through. All the install technicians were courteous and very professional. They kept me updated on the progress and answered all my questions along the way.Very pleased with the final product. Kappler installed a ceiling cassette and wall mounted mini-split. They were great to work with. When they first came out we decided the condenser had to be moved to a different location, and we had to reschedule but they were super accommodating and wanted to make sure we did it right. We worked with Justin C on site who was awesome, and Brent who helped us initially on deciding which options to go with.

After 38 years in our house we decided to install AC. We purchased a Mitsubishi Mini Split system. The entire team from Kappler Mechanical was focused on the detail and the quality of their work. They did their work with minimal disruption and took great care to protect our property while doing so. It was a cohesive team effort from people who clearly enjoy their work and focus on the quality. The installation exceeded the expectations outlined in their proposal to replace two hvac systems, add a steam humidifier and an energy recovery ventilator.

Justin Conaway came with 2 other people Justin G. and Alex. They were all 3 very professional and worked together as an extremely well placed team. I have developed many teams in my businesses and this particular team that installed my new Amana A/C and Furnace was one of the best working teams I have seen in a long time. My furnace area is somewhat small but never once did they get in each others way. Each one did a specific job without direction and did their specific job very well. I watched them all like a hawk all day and they never skipped a beat. Sometimes asking if I had questions and answering them to my complete satisfaction. It is very rare to find a company that sends people that are courteous, efficient, timely and professional. The job I thought would take 10 to 11 hours only took 6 hours to complete. No mistakes. Nobody ever called me back. Very disappointedi need to explain further. I called Kappler on Christmas day at 5:30 am. The answering service said they were closed for the holiday weekend. I thought I might get a call Monday but I didnt. I talked to the nice people at Kappler. She said they did call Monday but my voice mail didnt kick in, which isnt unusual. I want to apologize to Kappler. I have recently lost my husband and I panic when things go wrong. We have had Kappler out before and it was always a great experience. I had a 9am appointment for an in-home estimate for a furnace and A/C replacement. Kimm was on time, very professional, explained options clearly and answered all my questions. They removed all of the old materials and cleaned up the areas after the new systems were installed. They made sure to test everything before leaving. At first they thought they wouldnt be able to get the furnace turned on that first night, but they did! Josh came out because my AC unit was not blowing out cold air. He did some testing and informed me that their was a leak. He gave me options on what I could do but in the mean time refilled refrigerant in the AC unit as a temporary solution because I wanted review all my options thoroughly. Furnace went out and needed to get someone in to fix it. Josh G with Kappler was able to come out within about an hour of my contacting them. He was very thorough both in explaining our options and doing the work. He found some additional issues that he flagged for future attention, but without any hard sell or pressure to do them right now. From my experience dealing with this industry, the overall cost of the repair and service was very reasonable, and I now have confidence that our furnace will get us through the rest of the winter.

Everyone I talked to was friendly, professional, punctual, and great to work with. I love that they send a text when someone is on the way including their name and picture.Brent did a very thorough walk-through and made me feel like he really was tailoring my system to my home and explained things as he went. When the quoted compressor was backordered the day before install, he called and gave me several options, and offered me a more expensive one at the original quoted price.Justin and Adrian did a great job on the install and went the extra mile rewiring my thermostat to a new location so that I could keep my existing thermostat and have both stages of heating and air. They had to cut a couple new holes in my drywall, but they hid them well and cleaned up the mess. Kappler may not be the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for and I couldnt be happier with them.

On a Saturday morning within 1 hour after calling because of a condensate water leak technician Josh fixed the problem. Water leaks can cause lots of damage and Kappler responded promptly to help us avoid expensive water damage in our finished basement. Kappler installed our hVAC system 11 years ago and we have contracted with them for biannual maintenance service, spring & fall. We very pleased with their work and have recommended them to neighbors who have also had excellent service from Kappler.
