When I walked in with my family we were greeted almost immediately and asked if we needed anything. The woman was very courteous and did not hover. When my husband had a question it was answered in detail. Very pleased and will be back again. Thank you.

Just went into the store with a few questions on luggage size. I wasn’t given an eye contact or friendly courtesy from the sales clerk. In fact she scowled and made me feel like I was bothering her. After 20 minutes in the store we were never approached or asked if we needed help. Upon leaving my husband turned to say thanks and bye. The same sales clerkNever said a word just stared.

Great selection and great service. Offering brands like Briggs and Riley, Tumi, all the way down to Samsonite. And they help you through the process when you have a repair need.

This place sold a shotty air pillow that I returned. He refused to take it back without the receipt siting that the couldnt return it to the manufacturer. I showed him the purchase on my phone, and still that wasnt good enough. So I had to make the suggestion of store credit. That he would do, which I accepted. So I wonder what he did with the faulty merchandise??

We visited a few times before we made our decision and the staff was always very friendly and helpful!! Definitely recommend this store for your luggage needs!

Great people: they know their products and offer very good advice about what you need when traveling anywhere. I do a lot of shopping online but this is one thing you cant get online - personal attention and the ability to ask questions of people who know what theyre doing.
