Ive ordered a lot of parts from the Bonneville Shop for my 66 T120R restoration. Ive been happy with the quality of their stuff. There website is tops. I really like that they offer different options in terms of better or best. Photos on the website are helpful. One thing I might suggest is to include a ruler for scale. This would be especially helpful with small bits like nuts and bolts. When Ive called to ask questions theyve always been super helpful. Parts have usually been shipped same day. Their returns (Ive returned 1 item) policy is pretty clear and isnt much different from any place selling automotive or motorcycle parts.

Excellent customer service. They have a fair return policy, 30 days return policy, they wont return bearings for motorcycles, electrical products(totally understand that) and service tools great return policy. They ship items on Saturdays even. They closed on Sundays. Great funny staff. They have brought back 50 products to be manufactured in the United States and stole business and manufacturing from China and United Kingdom. Solid customer services and response time. They operate on EBay, Amazon and have a website making them stand out and have an open shop raising the bar.

Bonneville Shop was great to work with until there was an issue. Purchased in the same order.... Clutch Shock Absorber Assembly and new steel clutch plates. Received the parts. The steel clutch plates would not fit on the Clutch Shock Absorber Assembly that they sold me. The plates were different finishes and the rough unfinished plates were the ones that would not fit. Discussed with staff over the phone. Spent my money to return steel clutch plates. For the hassle I received a nice email stating they had reviewed the part and did not find any issues and I would have to pay20% restocking fee. Called and tried simple logic that both parts were purchased new from them and should fit perfectly. No success. I will not use them again and suggest you consider this review before you decide to use the Bonneville Shop.

Very dissatisfied with a Cylinder barrel I bought for a Triumph 650 on their website. I work on this project when I can find time between jobs and family which can be hard to do. I bought this in 2020 and had issues from the start missing a plug for the oil pathway. reached out to them about a week later and told them my issues taking pictures and going back and forth to try and come up with a fix. This was during Covid and took several weeks for me to get the new plug. I am already with the barrel for a month at this time so too late for a refund which at that time was fine. Installed new pistons and rings and all is going together great until I start torqueing the head bolts in the new threads of this brand new barrel. They only go in about half way before they are super tight. Anyways I have went on to the forums and see people have experienced the same issues (no pathway plug and threads not machined correctly). Ill get it fixed but for the cost of what you pay on this barrel you would think that this would have been checked before sending out. Stay away from (Triumph 650 Bonneville Tiger T120 TR6 9-Stud Cylinder Barrel 1963-72 UK Made PN# 70-6304 E6304) It is Junk!I have spent quite a lot or money with this shop and have been satisfied for the most part. This is the first product and rather (expensive) that has left a bad taste in my mouth and has me looking for alternative triumph sources which of course are plenty. All staff I has spoke to has been quick to respond so they have a good team. Bad policy on returns that are not the fault of the consumer. I feel they should have offered another solution than telling me good luck and take it to the machine shop.

My experience is just like all the others who gave poor reviews –I received a part that did not function as advertised and was given the runaround when I tried to return it. “OuR PoLiCy StAtEs BlAh bLaH BlAh.” They’re obviously not concerned with good customer service and should reconsider their policies.Whatever, it doesn’t matter at this point because I’ll be taking by business elsewhere from now on.

Have used the Bonneville shop in the past with no issues. In my last order i ordered a lucas ignition switch. It came in a sealed plastic bag with a corroded collar and wire terminals that looked like they were used. Those ignitions switches usually come in a box. When i emailed them about it i was told they dont do returns on electrical parts but to send pictures of it. Never heard from them since their customer service sucks

Great staff, great service, fast shipping. Roger spent more than a few minutes helping me diagnose a kick starter problem over the phone, he identified the issue and shipped me the replacement part the same day. Parts arrived quickly and based on Rogers instructions I had the bike back together before the local shop even had time to look at it. Loyal customer here.

Received a set of pipes that were way too short to use for my application. The BS would not take returns or even let me exchange them for in store credit if I paid shipping. Be sure you order what you want as they have no customer service .

In the process of restoring a 78 bonneville 750 these guys were and are the best resource i could have ever found - their prices are really great and the ability they have to find hard to find parts and help with installing it all was unbeatable. They have really great customer service and unlike other shops this isnt just their job - its their passion - that alone for anyone who restores bikes knows that difference alone makes them stand out so much more than the rest. If you need help they have it - thanks to all the staff for their help and patience with us - I look forward to working with this shop and staff again! Great shop - great staff - ride safe -Kg

Roger is a great resource -- knows old Britbikes inside and out because he apprenticed at the Meriden factory. Hes very generous with time and advice and saved me a lot of time and aggravation when I rebuilt a 1970 Triumph. Has a great inventory of parts -- not cheap but well worth supporting for the depth of knowledge here. Highly recommended.
