The American moving team was great. They kept in communication with us from before the move until after everything was done. The day of crew worked hard and efficiently. Final cost even came in below their initial estimate. I would definitely recommend using American moving and storage.

I have used American Moving for several local moves in the Denver/Boulder area over the years, and I keep coming back to them because of their excellent service. Once again, I was really pleased with my 2-man crew this time (Ben and Noah), who were professional, competent, careful with my furnishings, and fun to work with. And the communications from the main office were outstanding - giving me an accurate quote, confirming the move a couple days ahead, and even calling to check in while the move was in progress. They really go above and beyond. Their hourly rates may not be the cheapest, but theres no question that you get what you pay for - American always provides experienced professional movers, rather than sending you inexperienced day-labor crews that dont know what theyre doing! And their pricing was very transparent, including all the materials and insurance coverages, so there were no surprises in the final bill! I give them my highest recommendation if youre looking for a moving company!

I used American Moving for a local move from 2 locations to a 3rd location. The office checked in with me throughout the day which was much appreciated! The personnel who moved my furniture arrived as expected and carefully wrapped and moved each piece. There were no damages which was also much appreciated! When setting up the move, I relayed my disappointment with the moving company I used for an out-of-state move last year and said I hoped to avoid a reoccurrence. John at American Moving listened and heard what I said and was able to ensure a more positive experience with this local move.

Great customer service, prompt, and the movers we had worked hard, carefully, and fast. Requested to have some large and fragile pieces packed and they sent a guy who did a very professional job of it. Kept our stuff in their storage facility for several months and made it pretty easy to schedule delivery. Nothing was damaged. I would def recommend.

My move consisted of a minimum number of items from Colorado to California following the death of my Mother. I had contact with 4 people within the company all of whom were helpful and professional.. The two gentlemen who packed and performed the move were Covid-19 sensitive, respectful and very efficient. I highly recommend this company.

American moving provided a fairly accurate quote with the experience to know that we needed two trucks when all the other companies quoted one truck. We filled both trucks almost completely. The crew of 5 work diligently and hard, all items were professionally packed and delivered. They provided furniture wrap, wardrobe boxes, floor coverings to keep our floors in good condition, and completed our move in a single day. We will use them again!

Disappointed. I used this company based on the reviews from Google reviews. I paid to have them pack my items, store in Colorado, then for a cross country move to the southeast US. The crews were very professional (no problem there). The crews packed my things and everything was going well. When it came time to receive my items, they were late; not once, not twice, but three times. On the third time, we discovered they hadnt even loaded them on the cross country truck! Once delivered, numerous items were broken. They listed numerous fragile items as owner packed items so the moving insurance wont reimburse. Cheap Bookcases and desks get put on a list that says if it breaks they arent responsible; nothing ever happens, they told me. Those items broke. Other items broke too, and were described as, fragile, and not meant for a cross country move. Even went as far to blame climactic changes, rather than the fact that they just packed it poorly.Disappointed that their packing crews know how to label the system to avoid liability for breaking items. Disappointed that the items werent delivered on time, or loaded on time. Disappointed that the warranty claims are only handled through email and claim that everything you own was in poor condition. Save your headache on an out of state move and look for a better company. Especially make certain you understand their special coding system before you let their packing team begin. Their warranty and insurance claims master company cant even stand behind their service.

Eduardo and his team, (Eduardo, Jose, Angel, Luis and Daniel) worked very hard for over 10 hours on our move. They kept a great attitude throughout even though they had to be exhausted, and were genuinely concerned about getting the furniture and boxes to the right rooms. Not a single thing was damaged, and not a mark was left on the carpet or walls. The estimate was slightly lower than the actual bill due to specialized packing materials needed, but the moving consultant was knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this company and team!

They arrived on time and worked steadily through the morning loading our things on their large truck. They took great care of our mirrors and other things with glass. Had a recent move with this American Moving. They hired a driver from a different company to transfer our items. During my move, they did not correctly estimate how much space the driver would need and upon driver arrival to the warehouse, the driver claimed she didnt have enough space and proceeded to opening our boxes and sniffing through the items to minimize space. This was done without our permission. During this process, they lost 3 of our items because they did not keep all the furniture and boxes in one compartment in the semi (the driver admitted that kept some of our items in the driver cabin). American Moving said it is not their problem and that we need to talk to the drivers company even though we made the contract through them. We were able to retrieve 2 of the items but the 3rd is still missing. We have been in contact with Stephanie for the last two months who kept leading us on with I am sending emails to a few people and I will let you know what we can do and let me talk to my claims department and she never called back. I was able to get a hold of a manager named Dan, and he said Stephanie cant do anything and that it is 100% on the drivers company and that he didnt know why Stephanie was leading us on all this time. She also never documented who she was trying to get in touch with which makes me believe that she never actually contacted anyone to help us. She claimed that she sent us an email in August and Dan confirmed that never occurred. I was told that someone named Terri would contact me and I am still awaiting on that call. I am not sure if they will hide my comment from public view or not, but AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The team led by Eduardo Garcia was very efficient. They moved quickly. They inventoried carefully and made sure we had all of our boxes. They also made sure to place them where needed so we did not need to move boxes a second time.

Tables, chairs, boxes and boxes of toys, supplies, office equipment, full commercial kitchen...Bryan consistently communicated through the entire process, making sure we had enough boxes almost daily and was very reassuring that it could get done quickly and efficiently. Florencio, Lucas, Javier, Victor and Jesus were very professional, very fast and very kind. They got us entirely moved in TWO DAYS! Not to mention taking down some large scarecrows we had wired around the place and putting them in storage too. Really impressed with the work these gentle men did and I highly recommend them.

From the first visit by Todd, our Estimator, every interaction with American Moving was business like and professional.We moved in early September and the move was somewhat complicated by a freak snowstorm that dumped heavy wet snow two days before the scheduled move date. Fallen trees and branches blocked streets to our area resulting in limited access. We half expected our move date to be pushed back but with some quick action by the city to clear the streets and some careful maneuvering around the debris by the the AM crew they arrived as scheduled. Despite some challenges on site due to the fallen branches surrounding our house the service provided by the American Moving crew of Jesus, Jorge & Florencio was efficient and professional. They had us packed up and out of our old home and to our new home in a timely and cost efficient manner. We came in $200 under budget! A nice surprise.

They coordinated the move from the apartment to the truck, loaded the truck and unloaded into the house very smoothly.

Lucas and Ian worked incredibly hard, carrying our heavy furniture items down two flights of stairs, then up one flight of stairs at our new home. They were friendly, fun and professional and never once complained about how heavy the items were. John and Alex, the two representatives we spoke with on the phone before booking and during the move, were very responsive and attentive. The last time I used a packing service it was a nightmare experience. I was very hesitant to use another service with my local move however American Moving and Storage came HIGHLY recommended by our very capable home inspector. The move occurred over two days. Day one, Tom and Brian packed up my house within 6 hours. They were professional, personable, and efficient. The following morning, Jesus Rios team moved everything into the truck and unloaded into our new home less than one mile away. These guys worked SO HARD! Seriously, they busted their butts for over 8 hours!!!! My only regret was not having more cash on hand to give them a bigger tip. Eduardo, Mario and Eduardo were wonderful! The help they provided was worth every penny! Id request them again without a doubt!Only problem we encountered was the fact that our truck was not big enough for all of our items (not the crews fault!). We ended up having to do 5 car loads on our own after the truck left.

We hired American Moving to help us move all of our belongings into a new home. The front office was excellent when we asked for them to send someone to come give us a quote. The salesman who provided the quote was thorough, professional and pleasant, and the Garcia Brothers (Eduardo, Manuel and Javier) that moved everything for us were excellent! The move took two hours less than anticipated, not only saving us money, but allowing us to start getting organized. I was extremely happy with this moving company and would highly recommend them! They were outstanding!

Very efficient and careful with our belongings. Did great with big pieces of furniture down 3 flights of stairs! Would definitely use these guys again to move. Awesome

Manny, Eric, Carlos and Angel were awesome on our move! The loaded on one day and then the next day made the drive to Frisco to unload at our new location. They did a great job of protecting everything and getting the truck packed. We had rented a trailer thinking there wasnt going to be enough room, but they managed to have room left over. They managed the three story townhouse in Frisco expertly. A number of our items had to make it to the third floor, including a queen bed and two of the heaviest dressers. But they were able to do it with no issues. In the end we moved from the Denver metro to Frisco and not a single broken thing in the move! I could not recommend these guys enough!
