My wife recieved an oxygen machine from them in March. Used for 2 weeks then called for them to pick it up. They said that they had no record of us having it. They said they would look into it and call back. A few weeks later. We called them again, they said the same. That they had no record of us having the machine. They would look into it and call back. A month later, we called again. Now they said they had a record of it, but cant pick it up unless the doctor said she didnt need it again. Or sign a refusal for use of the equipment. Another month goes by. We call again. They say again that they have no record of it.A month ago they finally call to say they need to pick it up and charge us for almost 4 months of use. We explain the situation. They say they will only charge for the 2 weeks my wife used the machine. A day or two later. They pick the machine up.Its now a month later and they call to say we owe for over 4 months and they have no record of any of the previous conversations. Weve been threatened to be taken to collections. They are a very incompetent, terrible shister business. Never use them
