Love Michaels. Caught the 40% off sale on fake flowers and used my $5 vouchers for perks. Everything in the picture I got from Michaels. Both are for mothers day.

I really love this place there so nice and helpful and right now there yarn in buy one and get one for 50% off and when you are a member that is free you get Double the discount there so much here that I didnt want to leave they also have classes update so there something look forward in the coming weeks some here and get Creative

This is my favorite Michaels store in the area, its always well stocked and clean. The associates working are helpful but not in an annoying way. The cashier I had was super kind!

Always a good place to pick up needed supplies a little more expensive but I can almost count on them for most of my design needs. Just wish they carried 4x or 5x on T-shirts & hoodies.

Happened to go there with a great silk flower sale going on and left with loads of beauties! Dropped off a picture for repair and the salesperson was SUPER HELPFUL!!

Customer service sucks you are lucky if you can find one employee on the floor and when you do they really do not have an idea where things are. Management is never found I think they maybe in the back or not present. Lines move slow

Had more Sculpey III in stock than the many other Michaels Ive been to today. Decently organized, but I didnt care for the many short shelving units around where you walk in. Made it a little confusing at first.

Wonderful arts and crafts store, but I mainly go there for the framing service. I trusted them with a couple of very important pieces and not only are they still in pristine condition but the frames are beautiful. Not to mention the amazing customer service, although I only ever saw one person.Carolyn did a fantastic job.

Its such a wonderful place to browse and shop. They had Christmas items out and a lot of sales on items. If you want to find unique items, Micheals is the place to go. Excellent customer service!

People Hello. Its a candle 😁. The atmosphere that I create brings so much joy so that is what the scent represents.

Lots of nuts, and needed hiking boots. Got a good quality boot that will last for a long time. The price wasnt bad rather.

I felt like they were out of quite a bit of stuff however a staff member there was very kind and helpful. She offered to check other locations for the things I was looking for.

I wish they would carry SOME fabric. I can almost everything I need in one place, but fabric material isnt one of them ):The atmosphere is moderately inviting and better lighting is to be desired, but the staff is typically welcoming and assist well.

Michaels would have gotten a 5-star rating if they had had any clip - on earring fittings in colors like copper (of course!), brass, or black, instead of only gold and silver. If its good enough for the pierced ear crowd, the clip-on people would like it, too. I keep hoping! They did have lots of pretty holiday stuff, though.

Great selection of all sorts of arts and crafts. Every time I come here, I find lots of new things and get tons of inspiration for creating my own crafts. There always seems to be plenty of products I didnt know existed and suddenly need to own. There are frequently sales and coupons for 50% off or more. I highly recommend coming after the major holidays to get incredible deals on holiday items for next year. This location doesnt seem to get very busy so its excellent to come to.

My wife loves this store! She always gets what she needs and enjoys it, however Im giving it 4 stars because they do not have any chairs or benches for the men to sit while their wife racks up credit card charges. I had to sit out in my car. Actually, in writing this review, I have changed my rating to 3 stars because of the inconvenience.

I had a good experience and found what I needed

The worst craft store in Wisconsin. Have some older Mexican looking manager that had the biggest attitude and said they didnt have an item but I found it with no problem.. her laziness tattooed eyebrows, tattooed fake injected lips, and her grey hair that she tried to cover with red die is completely ugly and it ruined my shopping experience.
