One thing I learned from T-Mobile years ago they would add things to your thanks to your plan or into your contract without even telling you they still do the same thing charge for something but already been asking about it is audit this is 1 reason why I left T-Mobile they have Sprint and have Sprint but now Sprint teamed up with T-Mobile then bother to tell any of the Sprint customers what they were doing Jesus went out and did it its not fair to your loyal customers from Sprint Theres also none a good idea to run a business that way And one more thing Im still very skeptical on what they do Id like to say bot buyer beware Im very worried

I stopped in yesterday to get my phone fixed. Most of the employees I interacted with had an attitude — except the Technician who was very friendly and fixed my phone. The other employees acted like I was bothering them. Good customer service isn’t rocket science... a simple “hello” and “how can I help” goes a long way.

I had to go in for technical maintenance on my phone, which kept giving a water in the port message and consequently wouldnt charge. Technician Calvin went above and beyond to help me. He is intelligent, polite, and honest. He demonstrated superior customer service. I highly recommend asking for him if you need technical support, and hope his work ethic and professionalism are recognized by management.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I needed a refund for a phone that they ordered for me that was sent back (they never let me know) so I had to find out otherwise that I still needed my refund. Set up times to come in on 3 separate occasions, said they would be ready for me, only to get there 20 minutes after setting that up saying they cant help me. No apologies or even a little effort to try and help. Took me over a month to get my money back and weeks to even get in contact with them. Very rude and unfriendly staff.

I don’t understand how this location is a repairing store but don’t have any tools to repair anything? I was told they didn’t have the tools to fix my phone and didn’t repair tablets either. I was out in literally 10 minutes. They just took a look at my phone and said sorry can’t fix it go to another store. Very disappointed.

Best Sprint store I have ever been in. Everyone made sure you had what you needed. I was there for the service department. Outstanding service. Im sorry I did not get the name of the gentleman who originally helped me, or the woman in charge of service... BUT Lamar (sorry I dont know the spelling... but you didnt have a name tag on!) was AMAZING! Took the time to explain everything. Before that the manager of service (again, sorry forgot your name) she came out and met with me. This is what customer service should be. They will always get my business even though its a 45 min drive one way. A+! Thank you all!

These guys are always quick and helpful. Today was an especially good experience getting my phone fixed. The guy was super pleasant and knowledgeable and he got me in and out of there in under 30 minutes. Not bad, considering my phone problem was not an ordinary one!

They were able to repair my phone when it needed to be fixed and did so much quicker than anticipated! All the employees here were helpful. I was incorrectly told by someone at the Oak Creek Sprint store (my local one) that this and Gurnee were the only service centers in the area, which is not true. There is one in Wauwatosa and there may be others, so if youre an hour away from Brown Deer like I am and need repair service, it may be worth calling around first!

This is the worst Sprint store I have ever seen and I have been a Sprint customer for over 20 years!I have went into this location, which is in my area, with a repair issue 3 times and each time, the tech would say it could not be repaired by the tech.I took my phone 15 miles away to the Wauwatosa location and each time my phone was fixed by a different tech, who ironically, was the tech, who ran the Brown Deer location, when there were no problems! Go figure that one out!!!The techs are not the only issue. The staff is absolutely lazy, pathetic and their customer service is pitiful!Try showing up at 10 a.m. and it is a toss up, as to whether or not they are open!At this point, me and my Wife are probably going to cancel all of our lines and go with a different carrier.We should not have to go all the way across town to a different Sprint, in order to receive the proper service.I have never seen a Sprint store that has been allowed to be so bad for so long! Shame on Sprint and shame on the management and staff for running this store into the ground!

The associate working had some of the worst customer service I️ have ever experienced. I️ placed an online order for pick up at this store and when I️ arrived at the designated time perconfirmation email, the items of the order were not in stock. The associate was very slow and non apologetic and not helpful at all in resolving my order issue. He basically stared at me with a blank look and said, call *2 and cancelyour order (that does not solve my issue). He had very poor representation for Sprint and very poor service skills and clearly had a “I️ do not care” attitude towards me or the unfortunate situation.

Same number with Sprint 20 years been going to this location since they opened used to be good. But as of the last 10 years nothing but excuses every time you walk in on why they cant do anything. Does not matter what your issue is unless you want to buy a new phone. thats the only thing you can get good service with. Once I try to different location in the same day after the browndeer location said they cant fix my phone another location across town took a look at it and fixed it in less than 5 minutes.

Phone selection was good. I will be returning the wireless charger, it doesnt stay on the vent. It falls everytime I hit a bump in raggedy Milwaukee. I almost had an accident. Ima never Sprint, I love them too much.

If you plan on going here expect to wait over an hour. Associate will have casual non work related conversations while you and four other people wait. I was told their systems were down and I could not upgrade at the time because of it. I later discovered Dejuan was to lazy to make a phone call and assist me after visiting another local store.

After signing in amd waiting for the one person who was signed in ahead of me (the store was slow at that moment) 3 service people walked off the floor and left my girlfriend and I standing for 15 minutes (after waiting for the sales people to finish the queue ahead of us. We waited but nobody ever asked after us. Nobody came to help and the atore lost buisness because the employees just didnt want to help me. Awful service..

Havent been with Sprint two weeks yet and feel as though I made a terrible decision. Terrible customer service from a young guy in the store claiming to be a manger. Went in to surrender my phones for switching carriers through the buy back program and he was rude and uncooperative. He kept walking away from the desk and then would reappear. I asked for something tangible that proved I turned in two phones like a receipt of some sort but he told me he had nothing he could give me. Asked for a manager and he said he was a manager. I then asked for a manager over him. At that point he went into an office and came back with an alternate solution that I know he got from a manager, which I declined because they offered to buy my phones on the spot for a bill credit. If the amount was the same as online I would have done it but they wanted to give $100 less. Wouldve done the process online but nobody at Sprint could give me the proper process on how to do so. I spoke to twelve people in eleven days and each one contradicted the previous representative. Its a nightmare dealing them. Think twice and whos monitoring these people?!!

Sales associate Ron was awesome!!!!!!He spend almost two hours explaining all of the bells and whistles onour new Galaxy S4 phones without missing a beat....if he was annoyed withus he is a fantastic actor!!!!Great job Ron.....sorry we shut the place down later than usual :)

Store and Company is completely HORRIBLE! Beware! Do not switch to Sprint...all of their marketing is a joke and will have you talking on the phone to customer service for hours trying to correct all of the billing issues, AND STILL NOT HAVE THEM CORRECTED!!!! Unfortunately I cant make negative stars appear. My daughter wanted to change her broken phone to a different phone. She was going to buy the phone with cash, not finance it on the phone bill. Michael Williams the manager said that they could not active the phone for her without me being present. They called me to ask if it would be possible for me to come in and activate the phone. I told him that I am in Texas and I would answer any questions they have in order to get the phone activated. He said he could not do it unless I was there. He lost a sale. I called Sprint and reported this. Sprint said he could have done it with me on the phone. I would avoid this store. Not helpful people.

Just under a month ago, I went in to get my two lines Ive had with Sprint for 2 years upgrades. We are told that our two old iPhone 4s will be bought back by Sprint for ~$150 a piece. In the past, we have sold our old phones and the amount has always been CREDITED to our new phones. However, this time, our sales representative INSISTED that we could NOT use the buyback money towards new phones. We were conned into thinking that we could only use the ~$300 towards accessories. Confused and irritated by what he was telling us, I was ready to walk out. But our sales rep then convinced us that Sprints new One-Up plan was the way for us to go. Since we could not outright afford the full price of the iPhone 5s (somewhere around $450 each), the monthly installments sounded like a good idea. He had confidently told us that we would be paying the new contract price for each phone at $199. This would make our one-year installment plan a cost of ~$15 per phone. NOPE. The first bill we received was EXTREMELY and UNEXPECTEDLY high ($300) - our sales rep FAILED to tell us the activation fees and TWO MONTHS of service would be charged to us all on the following bill. Whatever, I thought. Got our second bill and it is AGAIN unexpectedly and unexplainably high! (over $200) I took a look at the break down and we are being charged $30/month per new phone which puts us at paying $360 per phone for a 12-month installment plan.I know that installment plans and understanding their cost and fees are partly the customers responsibility - but our sales rep OUTWARDLY LIED TO US when he INSISTED that we were ONLY paying for the price of each phone at $199; NOT $360! If I would have know this, I would have walked out and waited until I had the extra $200 to pay for each phone up front.These sales reps will do ANYTHING to get a sale; even lie and leave out valuable details to their reliable customers!

Horrible customer service!I dropped my phone off at this location because the logic board on my phone went out, due to nothing I had done. However because I have insurance it could be fixed or replaced by Sprint and within two hours Id be contacted to pick it up. Nearly 4 hours had passed and I called them to see if the phone was ready or how much longer it would be. The guy over the phone let me know that they sent the phone out for an replacement and Id receive a new one in two days, TWO DAYS!My problem is not only that Id be without a phone for two days but that this was not communicated to me properly. If this would have been communicated to me before hand I would have exhausted all other options first, however it was not. At least offer me a loaner. I am nearly done with Sprint.

This is the best sprint store I have ever been to. Reading these reviews I see that people do not take into account that THIS IS THE BUSIEST SPRINT STORE IN THE STATE! All these complaints about what they dont do we dont even try to thank them for what they are able to do. Not every sprint store is a service and repair location so that should also be taken into account as well. If You ever go there ask for Mario. He is AWESOME! helpful knowledgeable and overall good at the business.

I was very reluctant to stop in here after reading all the bad reviews. I usually go to the Sprint store in Tosa. I was in here a total of 3 times in 2 days and the experience was great!4 stars is due to Sprint policy NOT the customer service I received in this store. Sprint requires a drivers license to open my account which is insane. There are pins and security questions for a reason.... I dont need you scanning my drivers license every time I walk in your store SPRINT!04/15 - guy working and repair tech answered a TON of questions I had on options for a replacement phone, and helped brainstorm on how to recover my data from the old damaged phone04/16 - Store supervisor helped me and got me a new sim card which solved the problems I was having.Great customer service!

After speaking with sales on adding an apple watch to my account they were able to approve the additional line with NO DEPOSIT but was not able to provide me with pricing of watch products.They stated the watches are only sold through corporate stores. So I ended up going to the store and BOOM they told me there was an deposit and the answers were way different than telesales. So I left the store and contact *2 for answers. They recommend me to go back to the store and I feel that causes Sprint customers a blank mission or a unnecessary run around. I still yet to order my watch or speak to someone with accurate information. Sorta kind of lost interest for sprint after the poor store customer service ( Employees of this location was texting while Trying to assist me, Laughing and playing around with co workers, Using an unprofessional customer service skills & possibly the wrong information. Thinking of leaving sprint sooner than I expected. Sorry not sorry.

Waited 2 hours! 2 hours for then the technician to come up to me and ask me what was wrong with my phone. Why on earth did I even have to bother speaking with the sales rep if he didnt fill you in on what my phone problem is. Slowest techs ever!Oh here, while you wait for 2 hours, let me try to sell you this tablet or radio speaker system that I dont need!Problem was not solved. Was given a different battery, (which I still think was my original battery) and sent on my way. Try this battery, thats the problem. Umm no. You just dont want to fix it, or cant fix it, and want me out of your hair. Really really hate having to come to this store. Which is half an hour away from my house because Sprint got rid of all their technicians.Now thats great customer service!

Stay out of this store and run from Sprint! Employees cheat customers by selling you accessories that you never asked for by charging you bogus fees! Happened to me, I left, did my own research and went back for my money! The associate had the nerve to email me a bogus receipt which DID NOT show the $200+ that he charged me and for what! What a horrible and unethical way to do business! Associates receive a commission for selling Sprints accessories and services and they will swindle you!

The Sales Reps. and the associate that stated he was only there to do repairs were very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I would not recommend this site, individuals are waiting hours, leave and come back and still waiting, no apology for the long wait time, no coffee to make just the machine. One of the associates walked out, to have a cigerrett, while the same costumers are waiting. The repair person argumentative with a customer no manager on site, no manager on call.......NO PROFESSIONALISM IN THIS STORE!!!!!

Was told I had to hand over my old phone of which i bought in FULL, of which was NOT on the installment plan in order to switch my plan over to the family plan. Called customer care and found out that they had no such policy where I had to hand over the phone when it was NOT on an installment plan. Talked to the manager and got bitched at saying quote YOU HAND OVER THE PHONE PHONE SO ITS A HE SAID YOU SAID THING. WE ARE NOT GOING TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER. Ive been with sprint since 2005 and just recently been receiving poor customer service/appreciation. Within the past month Ive had FOUR Galaxy S2s due to a bad charging port. You would think the refurbished phones would work, hey?!? I complained over and over yet they still sent me this piece of crap every time. They allowed me to use my upgrade early only too charge me $150.00 just to access it early. I shouldnt have to use my upgrade just because their phones arent up to par. The last thing they did was ordered me the Evo 3D because I told them I refuse to accept another bad Galaxy. My husband decided to get me a loaner phone up until the replacement phone came. He called over the phone to get the phone activated on my line, instead of the Sprint Rep activating the phone on MY EXISTING LINE, he decides to add a completely new line to my account. GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!! At that time we called in to have this problem resolved he said within 24hrs the line will be dropped. DID NOT HAPPEN!!! So when I was finally able to get loaner phone on my account 48hrs later the line was still active. Soon my replacement phone came and I went to pick it up, they couldnt activate it because it was tied to the magical line that the hard of hearing Sprint Rep created. I called and complained they said that it was set to be deactivated Dec. 16th. That wasnt good enough for me, so someone called me back in said withing 15mins the line will be dropped. DID NOT HAPPEN. They were willing to activate the replacement phone only to use the loaner phone WE PURCHASED to put on the magical line they created. At that point my loaner will be tied up for four extra days due to their mistake. I feel that I should be credited the upgrade charge(in which I havent used)for all the hassles and misleading information that has been giving too me. My husband decides to call only for them to override the request of dropping the line ASAP, which they could have already done. So I try in activate the replacement phone everything was working besides the text messages. I called, did online chats, spoke to a tech, did multiple hard resets, and the messages still didnt work. SO I HAVE A REFURBISHED REPLACEMENT PHONE THAT I CANT EVEN USE. I been to multiple sprint stores, chatted/called multiple sprint agents within the past month and theres no way I can get a credit or even a phone that works???? THIS IS MAD CRAZY!!!! I HAVE FOUR LINES WITH SPRINT AND THIS IS HOW THEY VALUE MY BUSINESS. THEY SUCK AND I PLAN TO GET ALL FOUR DISCONNECTED REAL SOON.

Employees here are not very helpful and they act like they want you out of the store.I tried to get a SIM card for my unlocked Nexus 5 and they are not able to help or even provide me with when they would get some in. Didn;t even take the time to help me track one down. This might actually be the reason I cancel my plan and move to a carrier that actually cares to help its customers.

Spent over 2 hours in the store to swap to a new phone after spending a couple hours as well as with online support. They couldnt swap the phones. The tech was getting flustered with the support they were working with via chat as well as the other store workers because swapping a phone wasnt their job.
