Horrible experience trying to get 2nd covid shot. I will never go here again

My mother has all her Rx at the pharmacy in Brown Deer, and IPick them up for her. I have always found the staff (who have not changed over the last 2 years!) to be friendly, helpful and professional. They have helped out several times when there have been problems with her Rx, and always resolved issues timely.

I Love everyone at the Walmart Brown Deer Pharmacy. They even greet me by first and last name most times I am there. When I call they know my name and they all go out of the way to deliver outstanding service to myself as well as all other customers.

Theyre pretty laid back and Ive never had any problems here. When you call in I love their automated system. No ads or unnecessary questions; just enter your prescription number and youre basically done.

Asked the pharmacist about a black head remover for a ear. She didnt know ask a worker look in cosmetics she said. Ok I thought asked a worker she got me to the masks for the face. Nothing for a ear. When walking down the isle to leave and fustrated that neither of them knew there store. Went past the make-up stuff and started to look hard I had a daughter suffering from one . The kids are using there ear buds for the state testing right now. I was determined! Well I didnt only find one kind I found 2. I guess I should have just took a hour and just looked myself.

Ordered an urgent prescription for my dog, they claimed it was delivered to the wrong address by usps. Then somehow discovered it a day later.
