Had an appointment for a headlight restoration on my 2012 Acura TL... And I could not be happier with the results! They got my headlights *almost* completely restored to their factory shine, - and they washed my car as well! On top of all this, I happened to be late for my appointment (scheduled at 8am and I arrived at 12:30pm). They had my car brought straight into the shop as soon as I arrived and had it done in roughly an hour or so. These guys are awesome!

I used them for an insurance claim after my catalytic converter was stolen. After the repair work my car sounded like an old hooptie when I gave it gas. I took it back and they did some more work but still not where it was before the CC was stolen. For what they billed my insurance I could have had a Honda dealership use genuine parts and do it right, but I chose this place because they were a preferred provider for my insurance. Very nice people but they contract out the exhaust work to a local muffler shop, who were also very nice but failed to address the issue.

This place is extremely unprofessional and does an extremely poor quality of work. If you have ANY type of mechanical issues DO NOT go here. Their mechanic has absolutely no idea what they’re doing. We went here because of all these great reviews and got everything but good. They were later than the times given, we had to take the vehicle back after being stranded in a parking lot due to their incompetence and it still isn’t operating properly. We are now having to go to an actual mechanic and see what else this place screwed up. I don’t know how they received these reviews because this place doesn’t do great work.

Service was very good. They’re very quick and flexible. The staff was great at communicating back and forth whenever any issues came up or to give updates.

Had damage to the side of our car due to a mail box incident. My insurance suggested another place but I asked them if M&M is also covered as well because they came highly referred and had great reviews. I am happy I asked because they were extremely professional, thorough, and went above and beyond my expectation.

We told adjuster on the day of the estimate that the hood was also messed up and she didnt figure it in,. So, we had to go through waiting for approval for that, at which point a different gentleman contacted me who told me himself how negligent it was with what had happened. We had been promised it in a week, then by 17 days I was contacted and they still didnt have a part in, at 2:30-3:00 on a Friday, they said it came in, by this time, I had my rental 17 days and was charged an extra $400.00 on it because she didnt do her job professionally when doing the original estimate. Finally we were let know we could pick it up late on Friday, I barely made it there by 5....and when it wasnt fixed properly, after all the different promised days, extra money charged that we dont have and it wasnt right still, my daughter-in-law was understandably upset, and because she called them out on all of this they threatened her to call cops, when she was already leaving AND to not only call them, but have them look into her. UNBELIEVABLE that they were recommended by Estes and that they carried themselves this way when it was all their mistakes. Now we have lights on dash going off and all kinds of stuff too... This review absolutely is accurate....I think its funny though that they get a REAL review of our situation and want to act like its not accurate....when it ABSOLUTELY 100% described every bit of our situation, and if you didnt want an accurate review, you shouldnt have sent me a link to review you....

Truly a place where I felt like an appreciated customer, even though it was my first time to visit M&M. Wes was friendly and helpful.I stopped to have some spots where paint had come off looked at to see what could be done. Wes explained to me a couple choices that I had. I chose just to get some touch up paint, because of the age of my car. He offered to order it...which I had him do. M&M Body Shop has always done great body work for us over the years at very reasonable prices. Recently, we had a minor collision in a less than pristine car but we needed a new tail light. Our current insurance provider had a different shop listed as preferred and wanting this to be a simple as possible, we took the easy route. What a mistake! The process was anything but easy. We ended up bringing the car to M&M and they did a magnificent job getting our old car back into working order and looking good at a fraction of the cost!

I am restoring a 2004 F150. M and M /(Wes) has been monumental in this trucks revival. I have taken it in twice, so far, to have painting, bed caps, tailgate and weather strips replaced. It has been lifted 6” and it’s the cleanest 04 that I have seen! Their staff cleaned my vehicle inside and out. They buffed out areas that I could not afford to paint yet!!!!I have a limited budget and it always comes in on point. I have had 2 of my 4 hot rods in their shop. You would not believe how good my V Cadillac looks!

In 24 years of driving, Ive had some mishaps - backed into at a gas station in Pittsboro, rear-ended at 37 & 465, t-boned a nice lady who had the sun on her eyes and never saw me, loaned a car to a family member who had a run-in with a truck...and then a bus in the snow in Clermont, and most recently had two insane, suicidal deer kamikaze into the side of my little SUV. M & M has been there for me every time, even if only to pronounce the car totaled on a couple of occasions. They have done top notch repair work, excellent paint matching, and as far as I can tell, are reasonable on pricing (because if they werent, we all know the insurance company wouldve made it known to all parties involved). And for me, Ive always gotten a car back that looked pristine. Im still driving my little Escape, 3 years or so after M & M fixed the ridiculously extensive deer damage, and it looks like nothing ever happened. I would work with these guys again in a heartbeat.

First time customer and now a customer for life if the need arises. Great experience with Garrett and the staff. Had to postpone my appointment for a week due to weather and the need for my wife to have a 4-wheel drive truck to drive vs her Mustang. This was not a problem for them at all. Very understanding. After disassembling the trucks grille, hood and headlight assembly found that the headlight was not damaged as we originally thought with the estimate. That was a huge chunk of change that neither myself nor the insurance company would have known about had they gone ahead a replaced it. Honest people for sure!! You just dont find those kind of people in this crazy world anymore. Thank you for everything that you do. Plus, I was amazed that my truck was detailed when the work was completed. Actually my car is just sitting there waiting on the other parties insurance to complete the work appraisal. In talking to Janet and Drew, both are very pleasant to speak with. Drew showed me my vehicle and was very knowledgeable about what hes saw and the process of the appraisal/ repair or totalling the vehicle. Nice clean office and yard that I saw. Highly rated as far as reviews go. Highly recommended by the local Ford dealership.
