Stopped in to get an oil change today…. One of those things that are necessary but not something that’s really “enjoyable”. Had the pleasure of working with both Mariah and Taylor… gold standard customer service!! Great prices, and I was in and out quickly. The inside of this place is kept meticulous, you can tell these folks take pride in their work. Truly and enjoyable experience.

I got a screw in my tire and appreciated that they had later hours (open until 8) while all other tire places in town had already closed. It helped me get my tire fixed that night rather than having to wait and worry about it in the morning and while I had to have a short wait, I didnt mind the 30 minutes or so it took to get it patched up. The location was clean, even the bathrooms, which is saying something for a car service type of place and they didnt charge me for the tire fix which I appreciate. I also like that they have a free air up service outside- while most gas stations are now charging you, you can go there and air up your tires for free.

The staff and crew are so incredibly helpful and awesome!! They fixed my tire and had me on my way in no time!! It was a great experience! Ill definitely definitely be back!!

Above and beyond customer service! I have never written a review but my experience with Belle in Brownsburg compelled me too. My wife and 2 children (3 and 2 months) were on a day trip to the Indy Children’s Museum when the driver’s side window become stuck in the down position. After stopping at one of their competitors trying to simply get the window up and being turned away, Belle stepped up and helped a family from out of town. Made the 2 hour drive home safe and warm, I am very thankful. If they treat a stranger this well I can’t imagine the service for a regular. Would recommend to anyone!

I took my car in for a flat repair. I knew my tires were ready to be changed so that wasn’t an issue. The problem came when my alignment was worse after they messed with my car than when I brought it in. Then on top of that they tried to make me pay $90 for them to fix it. Then on top of that the tire they “repaired” blew out 3 hours later on a busy road. And then just as the cherry on top, I had the wrong size spare in my trunk and they didn’t put the cap back on it so it was almost flat when I put it on my car as a quick repair. The shop was pretty slow. It took them over 24hrs to fix 4 tires. Most shops can do that in about 2 hours maximum. They were friendly, the shop was clean, their mechanics, well some looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. Overall a 1 star visit.

Today was my first time to Belle Tires. I needed a tire patched. Service was friendly and fast! Store was clean. Highly recommend.

My first time at a Belle Tire shop as I usually use Discount Tire, but needed an alignment that DT doesn’t do. I felt good about the pricing and overall service and time spent to install 4 tires and align. As I left, however, I noted my left front tire was showing only 30 psi (34 is spec). I returned and tried to add air but nothing changed. Consulted the manager and he determined that the pressure sensors needed to be reset. He did that and I left again only to find the other 3 tires were at 39 psi. Once home, I aired them all to 35 psi. I was also disappointed that there was some sort of white lube/sealant all over the tires and rims. My expectation after spending over $800 that the pressures would be set to spec, sensors calibrated, and the tires cleaned. Disappointed in my experience.

The place was clean and staff was friendly. I had a 4pm appointment, they got me in a few minutes early and provided quick, quality service!

Overall experience was good however when I got in my truck to drive away there was dirty hand prints all over the leather wrapped steering wheel and door pull.

I had a tire repaired on my F150 pickup. I had previously been to the Bill Estes Ford dealership and they told me the tire was not repairable and would have to be replaced. I simply had a screw in the tread so that did not make sense. I took it to Belle Tire. They removed the screw and repaired the tire at no cost.

Belle honestly has figured out how to combine service, quality, & options. They were able to provide options and PROPER inspection for my Yukon Denali and 22 inch rims. To add more they keep the pricing reasonable and equally fare. The service provided exceeded my expectations! The experience provided by Belle Tire and there employees was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend both consumers and small businesses look into the wonderful service and make every dollar worth it!

I have used this location a number of times to care for all of the family vehicles. The other morning I ran in without an appointment because my tire kept losing air. The staff was fantastic. I realize this may not seem like a major repair but the staff there was thoughtful, cared and was able to get everything fixed in about 30 minutes so that I could turn around and help others with obligations for the day. I truly appreciate the help!

I honestly havent had the best luck when going to tire shops, but I had to go today out of necessity with a flat. Mariah took great care of me from start to finish. There were a few vehicles ahead of me but I was in and out in around an hour. Great service, friendly staff -- Id definitely come back!

Went in to get a wheel changed & oil change, on a Saturday.Not really a wait, got me in and out. Nice new building. Ill be back if I need anything further.Just hit one of the Indiana famous potholes, had a blow out..I changed the tire on side of road, not sure if anyplace is open as it was past 6pm. I called this location and they said they was open until 8pm.I hated to be the guy who got their right before they closed..but they had the tire I needed and got me and my daughter in and out in about 20 minutes..very grateful for the help and the extended hours!!

I had an apointment on friday with whites town belle tire showed up for the apointment then was told 4 to 5 hour wait the call belle tire of brownsburge was told they could get me in right away got there the was told i would have to wait 2 to 3 hour before they could get me in so i got up on satterday got to brownsburge and they told me they were only taking apointments because of being short handed so i take it my money is no good at belle tire feel like they descrimanate againts people who work hard and want to spend there money with them they should not be aloud to fly the american flag at there facility because they dont care for the felow american

I highly recommend Belle Tire Brownsburg! The mechanic is highly competent and immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue with my vehicles engine. The sales personnel was very professional and friendly and thoroughly explained the work performed so I understood fully. Theyve got good pricing and their facility is very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be using them for future auto work.

Belle Tire in Brownsburg is the place to go to get your wheels realigned. Luis was very helpful. He told me his guy Jared was the best guy in the business for alignment. Jared did a great job with it. He explained to me what was and wasnt adjustable. He got everything that he could get as close to center as possible, and I was on my way. Wheel alignment is a tricky thing, and you want to make sure you take your car to a place with a technician that really knows what theyre doing. Jared is your guy.

I had been having issues with my tires needing air every other day and other tire shops just aired them up or sealed the beads/rims. Belle Tire actually took the time to make sure I wasn’t spending unnecessary money on tires and found that it was actually a different problem, which was a much more affordable fix. I appreciate them being kind, personable, and actually looking into what was wrong.

Ive been coming to Belle Tire for about 4 years now, and the service used to be great. I brought my car in about 3 weeks ago, because I needed some maintenance done. They called me to let me know that they finished with the maintenance, and told me that my brakes looked terrible, and that I had less than 500 miles left before theyd go out. They told me it would be nearly $600 for new brakes. I had a weird feeling, and told them I wanted to take it to the dealership to get a second opinion. The woman seemed annoyed, and told me it would be more expensive if I didnt go through Belle Tire. I had the dealership take a look, and come to find out, my brakes are completely fine. Im so glad I trusted my gut feeling and got that second opinion, because Belle Tire nearly swindled me out of $600. That is the LAST time I go there. Dont trust them, they might just be trying to sell you things you dont need.

Went in late on a Monday for new wheels and tires and level kit for my truck. Luis went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The team kept great contact with me until the parts arrived. Everything was delivered and installed by Friday afternoon. Taylor and Luis both sent me pictures during install to ensure I was happy with what I picked out. I couldn’t have asked for better service from everyone in the shop. Was so pleased with everything they will be installing a new set up on my jeep tomorrow! Good service is hard to find, great service is even tougher. I needed my tire checked out due to it losing air. I called ahead and spoke to Luis and he was very polite and invited me to bring my car in and he would work me in. When I arrived he again was super polite and helped me quickly. He quoted me about 20 min to get it checked out and was accurate and didnt keep me waiting. Kudos for great customer service!

Dropped vehicle off for simple oil change, specifying that I *must* have it back no later than 3.5 hours from then. Called after 2.5 hours, job still not done, but was assured that it would be completed on time. With 10 minutes to spare, receive text indicating that vehicle could be picked up. Arrived exactly at deadline, and had to stand around for 10 minutes to be waited on (so 10 minutes behind schedule). Finally speak to rep, who cant find paperwork. Checks with manager, job NOT done, in fact not even yet STARTED. Took key and left.

I bent a rim that caused permanent damage to my tire. Luis assisted me in a prompt and professional manner. He had me back on the road in a few hours. I highly recommend Luis & his staff!!

I was very impressed and appreciated of the emergency service provided by the employees. I arrived less than an hour before they closed on a Saturday evening. They didnt turn me away. They gave me a heads up on the approximate wait. Later, I found out they had been down a couple of service technicians that day yet they continued to work to help everyone who came in. They did a great job on the tire repair. They even checked and adjusted the tire pressure on the other tires. Customer service is what this business is about. I highly recommend based on my experience.

I was very impressed with their level of customer service and the way they presented information to me. I thought i had a tire problem. Turns out my problem was much bigger than that. But they showed me the problem on my car in the bay and were very up front with me. They will get more of my business in the future.

These guys were great. I had a nail in my tire on my RV. They didn’t have a tire big enough so they called another tire shop and got me set up with them. Even though they didn’t sell me anything, they took great care of me. That’s great service!!

I met several nice guys there. Apparently I had 2 lug nuts missing from my rim. They replaced them no problem. Also, they straightened out my rim free of charge. Awesome experience. I will go back!

Luis and Taylor did a phenomenal job from start to finish (8/36/2020). I had a stressful flat on I-69 over the weekend and scheduled an appointment for 4 new Michelins on my Rav4. Luis went over the process and took care of it from there. After installation it was noted that the toe and camber were out on two of the tires (likely from the debris I hit on the highway) and they knocked the price down due to the tire purchase and my patience with the crew. All of the service techs kept me in the loop so I knew what stage in the process and estimate completion times. These guys are a welcome addition to Brownsburg, I would highly recommend any of their services from Andrew, Jesse, or David. Much cheaper than my quotes from Big O and Discount Tires, and their service was top notch.

Thank you for taking care of my Jeep tire. Little did I know I had run over a 6”bolt. You quickly removed the bolt and patched the tire!

Went fo a tire repair, the place was clean and orderly felt very comfortable.After the customer ahead of me had finished Taylor Bayly took care of me he made me feel like I had been doing business with them for years. My tire was fixed and no charge, since it turned out it did not have a flat but a slow valve leak that they fixed.They will get all my business, besides tired they also do general mechanical work.Can not say enough.

I have honestly never left a review for anyone before. Heard great things on FB and Nextdoor about this place and they were spot on. Dealt with several people there but can only remember Luiss name. This place is fantastic. Whoever does the hiring needs a raise. Everyone was SUPER awesome. My plumber met me at the store to pick up some money and even he raved about the Belle tire in his town. Great customer service from Taylor and the mechanics. I had issues with my tire light coming on after replacing the tires. Taylor got me back in and got the issue fixed in a timely manner. This was my third experience in dealing with this new Belle Tire location. Each time the employees treated me respectfully and in a professional manner. One of the instances was when my front tire was blown on the interstate. I limped in at 6pm on my spare tire, and they had a new set of tires on the vehicle by the time they closed at 8pm! They told me their mission was to foster a life long customer and so far they have succeeded by taking care of my vehicles these past few months.

We had road hazard protection with another shop but they were not doing any service center appointments at the time. Louis got my car in the same day and patched the tire as a courtesy!! Had a blow out enroute to our daughters house in brownsburg Indiana. Called Belle tire to see if they had my tire size in, could get tomorrow but we needed them today. They found the tires, mounted them changeed our oil, did an alignment and we were out the door in 2 hours!! On top of that a veterans discount!! Seriously!! Would like to give Belle tire all the credit but most of it goes to Mallory in the front lobby!! She was amazing, friendly and had a great sense of humor!!
