I had my van serviced yesterday at Bill Estes, I must say everything went great. The service department did a great job finding the issue with my van. Jason was fantastic he made sure I knew exactly the status of the work being preformed. Very professional and courteous, the waiting area was nice and comfortable. Also had beverages and snacks, that was nice and made the time fly by. Thank you !!!!

Hallie Wood was so helpful. She put me in a Ford Escape which was exactly what I needed. She was so patient and kind in helping me purchase my first car and helping me through a process I knew very little about. She (and the car) are amazing!!

My car broke down on my way to Chicago from Cincinnati. I had my vehicle towed that evening and dropped my keys off in the drop box. Bill Estes was working on my car at 7:00 AM the next morning and I was on my way to Chicago by 10:00 AM. They showed me the problem with my vehicle, fixed the problem, and cleaned my car. The service was above and beyond. I would recommend to anyone that they take their vehicle here. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you Bill Estes.

I went to have the oil changed in my vehicle on 5/31/19. Because of your location near my house I have used Bill Estes (Ford and Chrysler locations) for 3 years of so. I have always had a pleasant experience in the past. The oil changes have been less than $25. I didn’t ask what the current $ was when I arrived, just how long the wait was. My mistake. After waiting 2 hours for the “1 hour and 15 min wait”, I was told the a simple oil change was $55.00. Wow! I asked again and was told that was the price. I will make an effort to see that the Bill Estes Auto Group never sees a single one of my dollars again.?DOUBLE the price of the last 3 oil changes? I’d go broke having them take care of my vehicles.

Theres service department is terrible. If you buy a vehicle from this dealership good luck getting any help with warranty work.

I was not happy with the company. I bought my 2018 Jeep renegade from bill Estes. I only had it 5 months and it needed a new engine. I went back because I wanted to trade for something bigger. And they didnt want to give me anything my Jeep has 6000 miles on it.

I am very happy with how these folks treat me and my needs. Very friendly and prompt. You dont dont always get treated like this are dealers, it is a nice change

Dealership!!!!They are lucky they haven’t been sued!They turn off check engine lights and don’t properly inspect vehicles before putting them on the lot!Shady business!Out $3200 hindered because of their poor service.Do not ever buy from this dealer and if so, you are at your own risk!!

Bought a truck! Love it! Sales team was the best.

Absolutely terrible place to buy a car. Sold us a pos lemon Chevy Cruz. Check engine light was on from day one they told us oh itll be fine once you come back to get the car. When we took it home a week later it came back on. Took it in for service was ok for another week then came back on. Wanted to charge us 180$ to check over the car for something that should of been fixed from the start.

Our family has purchased a total of 8 cars through this dealership. We have also had automotive work preformed. Their techs, sales people, finance personnel and managers are ALWAYS kind, professional and a pleasure to deal with. There will be no other dealers for me or my family. Why would you chance going outside your area when we have such a great dealership right here in Brownsburg.?

Totally unhappy with the service work preformed with my vehicle. Never got to talk to the mechanic who was actually doing the work and in my opinion the service writer seemed to be uninformed of the status of vehicle each time I called. Highly doubtful I will return there for service work again or recommend them.

I went in for an oil change. It was done in less than a half an hour. The staff was very nice too.

TL/DR: Probably just fine if all you want is a base model appliance to get you around, not so good if you want something special or act like youre knowledgable about cars.I was visiting Indy today and decided to stop here because according to an online search they had two of the truck I was looking for and were on my way home. I found the trucks on the lot, locked, and when Id seen all I could see from the outside I went in search of a salesman. My search led me to Leon, the only salesman I could find who didnt appear to have a sale already in progress. I told him I had recently rented a Durango RT on Turo, liked it, and when I started researching buying an RT Id discovered the SRT. I told him I wanted to take a closer look at the two they had on the lot, and test drive one briefly so I could decide if the 125hp increase was worth the $10k+ premium. I also told him how glad I was Id driven the RT when I did because Id almost been talked in to buying a minivan. I liked how the RT had almost as much space but was a lot more fun and planned to trade in both my truck and my CTS-V as i felt the SRT could fill both roles. At this point he started trying to talk me back into the minivan. That quickly failed so Leon told me hed get the keys to the SRTs and meet me on the lot. 15 minutes later he finally came out. I looked over the trucks then told him Id like to go ahead and take my test drive now. He then started mumbling something about it being closing time and everyone was on their way out the door and hed have to see what the manager said. I followed him back to the showroom where there still appeared to be multiple sales in progress and no one looked like they were going anywhere. Leon again started giving me the line about closing time then said if I wouldnt first commit to buying and completing the sale tonight then I couldnt have a test drive because these trucks are really really rare and they dont want to put a bunch of miles on them. As of tonight there were two on this lot, three more within Indianapolis, 9 within a one hour drive and at least double that within 100 miles. Both trucks on this lot are LAST years models and one had a dead battery it had been sitting so long. A $70k SUV with 475hp is a special vehicle for a special customer, but by no means rare. Finally I gave up on trying to overcome Leons brush off and left feeling even more committed I want to buy an SRT instead of an RT, but it definitely wont come from Leon at Bill Estes Automotive.

Would be nice if the service dept, listened to you. You tell them were the problem is and the just look at an easy fix, that will last a bit, but yet here I am again, right back where I was, same problem, wont return here sadly,Ok took my jeep back over, found where a mistake was made on the repair, fixed as of now, so will give a better review,

Unchecked incompetence from the sales team that couldnt answer simple questions as to why they pass the cost of their insurance policies onto their customers. They were not familiar with programs and rebate details. They tried every trick in the shady dealer book. They ask for a signature on a blank finance document and when they ran our credit they mixed the information switching the buyer 1 and buyer 2. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Bought a new car from Bill Estes Jeep. When I arrived to pick it up, they had launched a clearance sale and reduced prices on all comparable cars. Because I had already negotiated, I didnt get in on the savings. Bill Estes Jeep could have told me a clearance sale was coming soon, but they didnt. They could have passed those savings on to me, but they didnt. I left a very unhappy customer and will not return.

This place is poor excuse for service took my truck in at 7:30 Tuesday morning with an appointment it is now 135 on Friday afternoon have never even looked at my truck have been waiting for 25 minutes just to get my keys so I can take my truck somewhere and get service and of course its warranty work so Im sure theyre in no hurry
