Ive never bought or looked at carpet before. I walked in blind and the guys at HC were amazing. They explained the kind of carpet I would need (for kids and dog, high traffic, etc), showed me different ranges, colors, thickness, everything... And they explained things each step of the way where I felt fully informed. Came and measured my house and explained the install process too! It was an amazing first experience. They came highly recommended from my friends and family, and I would highly recommend them as well! You wont be disappointed!

I purchased flooring for my living room, dining room, family room and kitchen. They talked me into a flooring that they thought was excellent. Two weeks after installation, the floor started to separate and raise at the edges. They said they would stand behind their product. The manufacture rep came and said it was my fault because they put it over a crawl space with no moisture barrier. Not true. There was a moisture barrier and it was put over vinyl that was already here. Then they said it was because I had a dog. The raise on the edges was literally all over. Insurance came and they said it was manufacturer error. Manufacturer said it was not. The owner of Carpet Outlet came out and said it was going to cost him too much money so he did nothing. The flooring was actually recalled. I am stuck with $10,000 of flooring that looks terrible.

Excellent flooring choices, small family company with personable staff.

Poor installation...carpet that I paid $3k for is now rippling due to poor installation as well as possible poor quality product all together...carpet is only 4 years old and minimal traffic...they arent taking responsibility and gave me the complete run around, Im in awe of the entire experience.

Wonderful service, knowledgeable and very competitive pricing. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
