Liz does wonderful work. But after she did my color, a 2nd woman did the wash, condition and scalp massage. After, a 3rd woman did the dry and style. Hmm.Everyone is friendly and helpful. Its also nice the coffee and ice water are back and masks off!Just please; only ONE reminder text for appointments, okay? 🤦

I’ve gone here for a few years now. While I have my main stylist that I like to go to, I’ve gone to a couple others when I’ve needed to do a quick reschedule. Everyone is professional, courteous, and highly skilled at what they do. I also really appreciate they use quality, cruelty-free products. And something specific to this year is that I’ve been able to get my hair cut during this pandemic and not feel like I’m compromising on safety - they’ve done a great job keeping everyone safe. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I really feel like my stylist listens to me and gives me what I want. She customizes my shampooing, cut and style to meet the needs of my hair type. This is also a no tipping salon which is a refreshing change. Oh, and you will want to go just for the shampooing experience! It is SO nice and relaxing!

Had my first appointment here today and Im SO impressed! I recently moved to the area and was heartbroken to leave my stylist of 8+ years. EM Studio is amazing! All the hairdressers are professional, straightforward, very knowledgeable, and nice. I have a chemical allergy that requires me to use very specific products and they were very accommodating. They will use Davines products on your hair when you go to the salon (and recommend that you use them at home too), and no tip is required. Davines is a very transparent company. I emailed about my specific chemical and they contacted their labs to make sure it wasn’t in any of their products (it wasn’t, so EM studios uses it on my hair when I go instead of bringing my own product).I’m particularly sensitive to smell and only use fragrance free products, so after buying the recommended hair products, I ended up returning them because the scent was too much for me. If you use scented shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, dish soap, detergent, etc., it likely won’t bother you.You pay a flat fee and they ask for referrals in place of a tip. Referrals aren’t required, but it definitely shows that they value their customers and want them to have a good experience. The salon was clean, aesthetically pleasing, modern, and enjoyable.Gabby has cut my hair when I’ve visited and I’ve never had a better haircut. She’s very knowledgeable and tells you exactly what your hair needs and how it will look best. She doesn’t beat around the bush or bend to what’s popular at the time.The front desk staff were great about asking questions about my hair when I set up my first appointment to make sure I was getting connected with the right hairstylist.Long story short, they nailed it.

In the event you have to cancel or they need to reschedule they work with you and try to make it work best for you. Honestly wish they’d accept tips because they seriously are the best hair salon I’ve been too and deserve each tip they get!! Five stars and then some for EM Studio!!!

I went in for a haircut. The place was busy but I didnt need to wait more than 5 minutes, I was also a little early for my appointment. I was greeted by the staff and offered a drink. Once my haircut began there was a quick talk over what I wanted and I was ushered off to get my hair washed. The entire process was quick and easy. My stylist, Stacy, was wonderful! She continuously complimented my hair and talked about how she was excited to see the final product as I was cutting several inches off my hair. She was so sweet and I loved what she did.

My two daughters, my sister, and I have all gone to EM for our hair for years. We go to different stylists. They are all talented. They make you feel like family. It’s also a “no tip” salon if that matters to anyone.

My daughter Peyton has been a client of Katie Wellspring and absolutely loves her!! Katie has always done such a wonderful job and never tries to do too much or talk Peyton into other services she has taken care of Peyton’s hair and made sure the services that Peyton wanted would not be harmful to Peyton’s hair after we had a horrible experience with another salon! I needed my hair colored before family photos and my usual hairdresser had to reschedule my appt last minute. I was so nervous to try a new salon, especially with my upcoming portraits 2 days later and no time to fix it if I didn’t like the outcome. I saw Rebekah and she did an amazing job!! She was super sweet and listened to what I had in mind and gave solicited suggestions, making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted! I can’t stress enough how friendly and accommodating she was! I’m so happy I was able to get an appt last minute. The salon was very cute with lots of products, home goods, clothing, and accessories. They had a special on products buy 2 get 1 free so I stocked up and also got some jewelry to go with my dress for my photos. I left feeling so happy and loving my hair. Great experience, I highly recommend them and Rebekah! :)

My first appointment which was a hair cut was really great. Kind of expensive for a trim but still a great experience. My second appointment however was horrible. I didnt get the hair color I asked for after explaining very clearly what I wanted and showing pictures. On top of that stylist tried to convince me that what I got was what I asked for. After many conversations I was able to get back in and get closer to what I asked for at no additional cost but I had to fight for that because initially they were going to charge me the difference in what it would cost to fix the problem. I will most likely go back for a haircut bot probably not color.

I went into the salon for a simple haircut, the lady butcher my hair . Called the salon for the correction end up having to cut my hair short and still was butcher. It’s now 7months later and my hair is still completely uneven . For the amount of money you pay for hair cut I expect better quality I could of got this from lower end salon with a lot less money

Everyone at EM Studio goes above and beyond to make sure my appointments are perfect. You can always tell that customer service is their specialty. That means everything these days. I always look forward to seeing Gabbi and visiting with her as she cuts my hair. I highly recommend EM Studio.

Lindsey is an amazing stylist, color genius, and an absolute sweetheart! I love going to her because she always does an amazing job. We’ve been friends since kindergarten and she’s loved hair her whole life. She has impeccable taste and is very talented. I visited her when she was a cosmetology student at Aveda. She was incredible. I could only imagine her skills at this salon now!

Rebekah does magic! She makes my style better each time I see her! She takes her time to be sure I get the exact style I want. On a practical note the salon has kept a strict routine of cleaning after each client, social distance and mask wearing.

Another great experience at em studio salon. Im not sure which is better; being greeted with choice of a beverage upon arrival, being able to shop their great lobby, the relaxing head massage at the shampoo bowl (which by the way is actually comfortable), the neck massage after shampooing, or the way I feel at the end of my appointment. I always get an awesome haircut and style from Ashleigh and leave feeling better about myself than when I came in.I highly recommend em studio salon if youre looking for a new place to go and have an awesome experience!

The owner treats he employee terribly. She does not give people respect that they deserve. After asking about salons in the area I have heard the stylists are fantastic but the owner does not appreciate or treat them in a way that I would ever give my money to. I’d find somewhere else to go

I love em salon. Words really can’t describe how great the experience is every time I go in. I have a really crazy work schedule and they are always willing to help find a time that works for me. From speaking to them on the phone, to when you first walk in, all employees are very nice.My stylist is Allison Williams. She is amazing and I can always count on having a great experience with her and now her new assistant Gabrielle. This is the one time I get to pamper myself every couple of months and I do enjoy every minute of it! Allison is great at addressing my concerns if I have any with my hair color, or growth. I have shown her pictures of what I want and she can do exactly just that! I’m very happy to have found my new salon home :)

Truly the best experience I have ever had at a salon. When I walked in everyone was super friendly! Sometimes going to a bigger salon, you feel intimidated...that was not the case. I have only been there a couple of times, and I am so happy I have found my salon home again. Bailey was my stylist and she is a master. I didnt really tell her that much besides the fact I wanted to do darker and shorter and she whipped up her magic. I could not be any happier with my results. I actually want to look in the mirror now. I wish I would have found this salon a lot sooner. The Best of the best!! Plus it is always a bonus when you go to a salon and none of the stylists look drab. Everyone is on top of their game here!
