Ashley and the other pharmacist continue refuse medications refills from licensed doctors. I Was called by pharmacy staff saying medications were ready and show up to be embarrassed in front of 15 people. Was told to come back up the next day that they would be ready and again was embarrassed terribly. Ashley the pharmacist said she needed more information from my doctor for the same medications Ive been on for years. This is the third time In six months for the same medications. Same response from doctors. These pharmacist at Brownsburg Walmart think they are doctors, and they alone know whats best for a patient they never examined. Terrible wait, terribly embarrassing, and terrible pharmacist. I will be filing a complaint with the AG.

I have always had good experiences at Walmart Pharmacy. Today they went above and beyond the call of duty. I needed a duplicate receipt of some medicine I bought a couple of weeks ago. They printed one out for me very quickly.

TERRIBLE customer services. Very young, inexperienced teens answering the phone and they dont know their elbow from their a$$hole. They never answered the questions I asked. Just walked around my questions as if they were hoping to be an attorney someday.

This pharmacy does not know how to schedule staff.Stagger your lunch times so we dont have to sit for 30 mins. Because site hours dont mention, By the way we shut the blinds between 1:30 and 2:00.EveryDay.Plan accordingly.

Beyond slow, store opens at 10am but the pharmacist didnt show up until 10:15am. When I finally get to the window they ask for my insurance info; I give it to them and they say its wrong even though its definitely not. Also everyone around me is having horrible experiences and having trouble.

Horrible customer service. They always have an excuse why they cant fill an order. I am just trying to obtain glucose test strips. Its been a week with multiple phone calls and my doctors office communicating directly with them which one would think would resolve the problem. They wont even take the time to call and say there is a new problem. Now its the weekend and I cant do anything until Monday. They dont care. Im done with Walmart.

I’m very very displeased with my experience, 10 minutes before the pharmacy closes and I’m denied a child’s perception. I will never do business with Walmart ever again wether it is grocery shopping or any other kind of shopping. Your manager that closed the pharmacy at 7:50 was not wearing a name tag because he knew he was going to make customers mad because he was closing early and wanted to leave on time. I understand you may have a family to get home to yourself but don’t ever deny a parent a child’s perception. I do not recommend anyone to ever use Walmart pharmacy in Brownsburg.

Absolute worst pharmacy Ive had the displeasure of interacting with. Yesterday, my doctor sent them the prescription. Went in to pick it up several hours later and was told that there were two different sets of instructions and that they needed clarification. They sent a fax. Today, went in for the prescription. They said they were still waiting on a response. Called the doctor, they sent a response. Asked the doctors office to call Walmart Pharmacy to clarify the instructions. They did. Walmart didnt answer their phone. Told them to cancel the prescription and send it to CVS. The doctors office sent the prescription to CVS. Walmart did not cancel it and so it was received as an early refill, which cant be done until the 17th. Went back to Walmart and stood there until they sent it to CVS.If you need a prescription filled, avoid this Walmart. Theyre apparently incapable of using telephones. If youre comfortable with a pharmacy filling your prescription that doesnt understand the function of phones, go for it. Otherwise, youd be better off just taking a handful of Flintstones vitamins as theyre more likely to be correctly and promptly filled with what you expect.

Always slow and always have an excuse for why my medication can’t be filled. I always have to call my provider to contact the pharmacy so the order can be filled.

Completely useless. Every time I come here its a disaster. I cant count how many times theyve claimed a prescription is done and it isnt, or needlessly complicated something that should have been simple. This doesnt happen when I use CVS or walgreens.The waits are also awful.
