Friendly and helpful staff. Always clean. Most of the time ppl know where to find what youre looking for. Only one time that happened out of the handful of times Ive visited this hardwares store!

I can usually find what I am looking for that is a little unique at Ace Hardware, especially special bolts, nuts and screws! This has become my go-to place for these things over the big box stores.

Love this place. Theyre very friendly and helpful, almost always have what I need.

Stopped for a quick purchase. Cashier was unfamiliar with operation of cash register. Fumbled and finally gave up.

My last visit to Brownsburgs Ace Hardware took place today. They rarely have the parts I need, and if I ask for help to find parts, the sales people arent able to help because they lack knowledge, so they just guess. The one time I took their advice, it was wrong --- and I had to provide all sorts of personal contact information to make a return, even though I had the receipt, so after that, I quit relying on their suggestions since they so clearly have no clue.Last year when I wanted to rent a truck there, they couldnt tell me how much it would cost. huh???Today I called before driving there to see if they cut replacement window glass. I was transferred to that department and left on hold a long time, but assured that they do.Drove to the store. Had to wander around to find help, but the saleswoman said no, they dont cut glass there. I told her I had called 10 minutes before and been assured they do. She said that person shouldnt have told you that.Seems to be a lack of training, knowledge, intelligence and caring about the customer at this store. I will NEVER be back.

My service at Ace Hardware in Brownsburg, IN is always wonderful. That is why I constantly return my service. However, this last time I went to rent a U Haul. The two gentlemen helping me we amazing! Both were very friendly, knowledgeable, willing and constantly offering to help, excellent multitaskers (which I greatly appreciate in my personal and professional world), and seemed to really care about me while maintaining a professional demeanor. That is very rare these days. I have several years experience in customer service, so although I am understanding and try to be patient, I expect to receive the same treatment as I expect my team to give our employees.On 8/25/17 around 5-6p these two gentlemen really set the bar high. They are definite assets to this company and I hope they get some type of recognition for that. Great employees are hard to find these day. I will absolutely be returning to your store and referring my friends and family to you as well. Thank you!

Admittedly not always my first stop, they do keep a decent stock of small fasteners and I found the scraper bar I needed. Great help at this store not the largest but close to home and they are very helpful.

Sales person gave us very bad information on a hose part. Thanks to our common sense & not believing him, we went to Lowes & had no problem getting the part. Instead of his elaborate story, he should have said he didnt know .

Very quick to get me going, even tho I was an hour early for the U-Haul trailer pick-up. While there, I had 3 keys cut, grab some pop, and drove around back. The gentleman helped me hook up and total time for everything, including U-Haul ppw - less then 15 minutes (part of that was deciding if the trailer reserved would work). Amazing customer service and super friendly staff. Thanks for a great experience!

Great store, Ace is the place when youre looking for that hard to find screw, nut or bolt, and youd feel absolutely lost at a big box store. Thats what I want when I go to a hardware store. No wasted time, just take me to the EXACT thing that I need or id go nuts. Thats the kind of help I get every single time.

Ive been here the past two days yesterday and today and both days Ive been treated like Im going to rob them still them or something. One lady couldnt even answer me a question it was all Im on break the other lady over 50 Cent because I didnt want to use my credit card and she act like I was going to steal the soil, that I even left inside the store....over two quarters

I was in need of a battery replacement for my car key, wasnt sure how to get it open the man took his time and looked up a video on YouTube on how to open it up so I can get it replaced and did it for me. I didnt catch the gentlemans name due to me being in a hurry but I highly recommend this place.
