Super friendly employee, the store didn’t have exactly what I needed and he came up with an alternate selection which turned out great. Have always had good experiences in this store.

Very quick, friendly, and efficient. The manager Jamie is very knowledgeable, professional, and was able to point us in the right direction when finding the right paint for the job. Very cute too.

Dropped off a table leaf to get stain matched to my dining room chair. Was told it would be done in a day or two. Called them back 4 days later and they said it should done tomorrow. Go into the store and its still not done almost a week after dropping it off. Says itll be done tomorrow...Edit: the stain turned out well, but the hassle of getting it was a burden. Probably easier to just go to lowes for the same result.

Great customer service, the associate helped us with our coupon for free paint. we ended up buying brushes and other tools there that were a little pricey.

I would encourage someone to visit Sherwin-Williams store because of the friendly customer service and quality of the product. The staff provide the kind of service that can only be described as superb. They go above and beyond to ensure each customer has a good experience. They are fast, courteous, and always willing to step behind the counter and help. Great company for hiring and retaining such great staff!

That the salespeople are very helpful, especially for someone like me, an 82-year-old female customer who did not know how to pick the deck stain and supplies needed for my project. The sales associate even helped to carry my heavy supplies out to my car parked in front of the store for which I was very grateful.

Nothing. My recent experience was horrible. I’m so shocked how the conversation went, the lack of customer service and truly how the store manager didn’t believe me when I told him how the color turned out, didn’t believe me when I said I wasn’t offered a sample before and essentially blamed me for “picking the wrong color”,

I am a painting contractor, and this is where I buy ALL of my paint. I am in this store 2 or 4 times every week, and I can say that they are efficient, they know what I need, and they can get for me what they may not have in really short order. Buy your paint from this store, you will be glad you did.
