Last week I was given a rough estimate over the phone (via text) after explaining in detail the type of job I needed on a small outboard. I visited the shop today and the mechanic told me he has never done such job and referred me to someone else in Combes. Furthermore, he specified he is very busy and does not have time to read diagrams. It would have been much better to say NO to the job since the beginning. I would have fully respected that and not wasted my time which is no less valuable.
