I went to JuiceUs and bought two chicken wraps. While I was eating my wrap, I felt a hard texture and took something out of my mouth. I thought it was plastic at first, but then I realized that it was an onion skin. I was so dissapointed to find this in my wrap. Not to mention, the second wrap was for my daughter. It was clearly a chicken wrap because the label said so. However, there was no chicken inside nor cheese or bell peppers. It literally contained just the greens. Its upsetting spending money on this for obvious reasons. This isnt my first encountering a bad job. We bought 3 heart cookies the other day and when we got home, we discovered that they forgot them. Please do better.

Really fabulous food!! We had three generations of happy luncher, that can be a difficult feat. My father said the lentil soup was the best he’s ever had. Momma loved her texmex salad and went back for more hummus and veggies. The kids loved the waffles with lots of fruit and whipped cream. The beet salad was delicious and filling. Hubby had a poke bowl. The lavender latte with coconut milk was unbelievably good!! Everyone was happy!! The staff helped us with ordering since it was our first visit. It isn’t too far from Palo Alto Battlefield, and the outdoor swings were a great touch as well! My wiggly boy actually sat through lunch.

Great food, great service, great prices. Stay healthy and enjoy what youre eating. There is something for everyone. The ambiance is great for studying or meeting up with friends.

Delicious Hawaiian Poke Bowl with white rice, raw tuna & ponzu dressing! A huge amount!!

The food was incredibly delicious; I had the Cali Style Poke bowl with a quinoa base, raw salmon, ponzu dressing and a spicy crab ball. The drive-through wait time was excessive. Next time, Ill oder online and do curbside pick-up and hopefully thatll expedite things.

I gave this place 4 last chances by coming back every time hoping it was gonna get any better, all last 4 times I went the smoothies tasted horrible but the last time was the last time I got a cacao delight, it tasted literally like ice and water with cinnamon, and all those times I had to throw away those smoothies…I mean what happened to them? I’ve been coming to them since they were at the last shop and you could tell they added enough fruit and not just only ice. Their juices are good but I will not go back.

The food and drinks are great! Love the variety of vegetarian/vegan options they have. The overall place is great to sit down and talk. The only think I believe needs improvement is on their representatives/customer service. I go frequently for the products but not cause of the service. Inside is good, but through drive-thru they are rude and sarcastic. Whenever they forget to put something or ask for the phone number is 9/10 they make a face. I will just recommend to get down since they have a better attitude unlike the window.

I will ALWAYS recommend the greens 6 to anyone I get to meet. I have also recently tried the Chicken Chipotle Wrap when I was on my lunch break and the staff was so quick to help me out with my order even though I had a short amount of time. Staff has always been super friendly and greeted people but has also attended me quickly and efficiently.

Pricey for a tea and pineapple mint water 11 dlls, the juices are so diluted and it doesnt even taste what the menu ingredients advertised, some eco friendly packaging but not all its kind of a rip off for drinks but their food and soups arent too bad because they are healthy fast, and efficient customer service might come back to try more things

Bought Tex max salad and veggie burger last night. Me and my boyfriend both started throwing up earlier next morning. Not a good experience.

The food is always great and the staff is Very nice.

Nice place with great extensive delicious menu but not good to study or read a book (or even have conversations) as music is really loud most of the time so it takes away from the relaxing vibe they have going. Maybe try it outside? Also, order ahead if you’re in a hurry or else you’ll be in the drive thru for up to 30 minutes for just a smoothie. Their customer service is excellent though and always kind and helpful.

I was visiting B-ville and was feeling peckish. JuiceUs was a really nice (and admittedly unexpected) find. The staff was friendly and not overbearing when we asked questions about their offerings. The menu is decent with a focus on raw, vegetarian/vegan friendly, health focused foods and drinks. The food was light and simple. We really liked everything we ordered and would go back again. My one tiny complaint is that they didnt have a recycling option for their plastic bowls, which would of been nice.

Just visited again since they moved to this new location and I couldve have been any more satisfied. Lots of room/tables to sit in with an outside sitting area. Definitely gotta make at least 2 visits a week from now on. Oh and theyre pet-friendly! I will definently bring my furrbaby next time hah.

Tried the garden wrap thinking it was going to be made fresh. The cashier came back with a boxed wrap. The wrap was very wet and soggy and just not very fresh looking. The cashier was very courteous and took back the old wrap and when I thought this time they would make a fresh one, I got another box with a different expiration date. Not very appetizing.

Juice us is a great friendly place to go too! And everyone treats each other with respect😊 they also have great healthy foods and a variety of stuff! I highly would recommend y’all to go!

This place is so amazing!! The customers service is just simply amazing !!! The way they treat their customers; how they prioritize their customers need before their own! I placed my order online because I like the convenience of saving time. I was waiting on the curbside parking spot for over 20 minutes, everyone was arriving and getting their order but I was being ignored, I had to call one of the employees to ask for my order, after that my order was out with in seconds.

Loved the food, BUT the customer service needs work. We ordered a salad and cup of soup, which shouldnt have taken long, but it did. They didnt know who ordered it and didnt even bother calling out our name. Once they approached us they asked if we had ordered and told the individual we had ordered online.. And then he said Oh so thats your soup, well reheat it for you and bring it out. What da, reheat?? Then when we walked out NO Thank you, NADA! Guess it was a grumpy Friday.

None of their food is organic. I saw the food truck with basic fruit. Their smoothies are poorly made and taste like water. Every place in town is opened now, but since this business can only afford to put one freaking strawberry on the “overnight oats” that are full of sugar, I can see why they are only using the drive thru. Just move back to your old location. You can’t afford it. PS: the lady who works at the drive thru has the most annoying voice I have ever heard.

Long drive from Harlingen for mediocre food and poor service. We were told to move from our table AFTER we asked if we could sit there. Then we were asked if we were going to order- 15 minutes after the order had been placed. The guy said he would go reheat the soup. He didn’t know it was ours.

Love the juices, poke bowls are bomb, but the chicken wrap had barely 3 small pieces of chicken...that was disappointing. I would love to suggest adding caloric and carb info on the menu and all other items so that it’s easier to make a choice. Keto and gluten free options would be a great addition to have as well...since the low carb wraps aren’t really low in carbs. Hopeful to see improvements when I visit again 😉

Today 8/30/20 we placed an order online, and was told by a young lady that their system was having trouble and that the order was too large. We then ordered by phone so that there wouldn’t be a problem,and the order was greatly reduced as well; however, when the person who we sent to pick the order up, arrived, there was not a single thing done. Total disappointment! I will not be ordering from this place again, I guess they’re ok without having our business.

Whenever I feel I havent had enough veggies in my diet, I stop by for a green juice. I love that I crave healthy nourishment now because of Juiceus. The Drive-thru is a plus and the employees are always so sweet and cheerful. The Daredevil is my favorite smoothie as it has the perfect combo of tangy and sweet. I have also had the Egg Mama breakfast sandwich, soo good!

I tried the oatmeal with banana, honey, strawberry, and coconut and I loved it I also liked that there is board games we went there last summer when there wasn’t any of this corona virus and It was PERFECT! I would highly recommend for you to go there.

First time here, waited in a really long line and when I asked for a plain ( basic) strawberry smoothie they said they could do it no problem but I was given a smoothie with bananas and some kind of chocolate on top and the smoothie had some kind of flavored powder in it.... I was super disappointed because if they couldn’t just do strawberry they should’ve said so.

The food is very good and delicious, but they have horrible customer service. Not only did the cashier take our order wrong and when we confronted her she said she was aware, but did nothing to resolve the issue! There were seats that were wet and tables dirty. I assume they dont have enough staff to take care of every issue in their facility. It would also be very helpful if they were more informative of their brunch hours on social media platforms and website. The concept is very good, but they need better management. Not only do the staff not have uniform (shorts), but they also arent environmentally friendly.

Love the food and smoothies but the customer service is horrible, definitely not up to par. They always have to ask me what I ordered multiple times and still don’t get it right at times. Really need to work on having better staff.

Business started out great. However, salads in the fridge have been left in the fridge up to 7-8 days after the “best if used by” date making the leaves soggy. Customer service has been getting worse due to the increase of people, which is a good thing. But, if they make mistakes on your order or get something wrong, they will hardly reply to your message/concern or even less offer an apology or replacement.

Such a great, positive and truly good hearted place. So thankful for spots like this, especially in the south. Came to town for work, in need of an organic health foods store. With none to be found and only one HEB with organic options, this place made up for it all and then some. The staff is not only friendly and full of energy but so is the food and the customers alike. Great vibes, and practically any menu item can be made vegan. Conscious community of beautiful people. Put your money where yourhealth, sustainability and longevity is. Come vegan as well ; )
