I was an hour away from my destination and my car radiator fluid was leaking, I pulled into AutoZone to refill it and the upper hose burst. They had the part, but I had no way of getting it fixed. The store manager was able to call a personal mechanic to come to my vehicle and fix it. Great experience.

William (Bill) is amazingly awesome! Can’t say enough about him. I came up to visit our daughter and had brought her car up to autozone to have battery and alternator tested. Bill was patient and helped determined the alternator was bad. My husband drove up mid-day and Bill brought him a cart and the battery out. When Bill saw that we were still working on the car, he came out to check on his and assisted. He was truly a huge help and provided the best customer service that we’ve had in such a long time! Y’all ask for Bill, he is awesome!!

First off, this Auto Zone is the best I have ever encountered. The staff and knowledge is above the rest! William (Bill) is superb in his attitude and willingness to help me out when shopping for the right part. Every single time I utilize this store I am always assured that I will be leaving with the right part and also the right savings. I have to say that my many years utilizing Auto Zone, I have never experienced the awesome knowledge of this store and all are to be commended! William in particular is my favorite. He always goes the extra mile. Folks in Brownwood, Texas, always look for William as he is really good and very knowledgeable. Blessings to him, this store, the employees and all. Juan at the Brownwood location was amazing. Not only did he get me the part I needed he was super pleasant doing it. I will definitely be back next time I need something for my vehicle.

Walked into store, no one helped me. I picked out my own wiper blades on my own, waited at register, they helped customers who came to register after me and then finally checked my items out after about 10 mins of waiting. Once I got checked out they finally did actually help me and went outside and installed them. No greeting, no help until someone realized I didn’t look too happy!!

I live 35 miles away and called before I made the drive to make sure they had what I needed. They said they did and it was in stock. When I got there I was told that they didnt have any and what I needed had been discontinued in December of 2015!!!Fortunately for me, I found it at another store close by. I will not waste my time with them again. OReillys will be my go to store for anything Auto related!!!

Staff very helpful

Usually I dont have any problem here, however my last experience was unpleasant. I attempted to call a couple of times to inquire about hours because I was in a bit of an emergency; I did this because sometimes when busy they just cant get to the phone. I was snapped at once the phone was answered and rudely told to stop calling. Very unprofessional.

Typical auto parts store

This is a good place to get auto parts, per the stores name. The issue is that sometimes you have to deal with employees that either dont know anything, or ones that think they know it all...

Guy gave up on our headlight, didnt really even try.. my 80 year old grandfather got it done for us though.

Terribly understaffed. Really disorganised. Finally had to go to Advance Auto. Was very pleased with them

The Brownwood Autozone is one of the best auto parts store i have been to. they are a little under staffed but if you come in when its busy if you wait a little, it is more than worth it. there is a few employees that go above and beyond the call of Duty. Nathan is one of the handiest guys i know of, if you need some help, ask for him.

Grate store

My third leaky battery Duralast Gold and twice on my 2008 Focus and extensive damage to electrical and all around battery. Auto Zone management says it’s normal for their batteries to leak and damage my car.Will never do business with Auto Zone again.My friend C F says he parted with Autozone years ago for the same reason-6 leaky Duralast Gold Batteriesall doing damage to his cars and trucks.I will share my experience diligently and hopefully save other folks the same experience.IMG_1636.JPG
