Im a bit taken aback by the customer service. I called to ask about getting some work, he asked me how soon I was looking to get in and I said pretty soon. He said hell have to pass, I never said I wasnt open to waiting. He told me to look elsewhere. Completely rude, and Im actually surprised at how they have such high reviews with the way he talks to customers.

Fantastic mechanics that don’t shy away from the tough jobs. I’ve had 2 different issues with my Mercedes diesel sprinter van that Robert fixed. It’s a busy shop because they know what they’re doing but don’t let the wait scare you.

Carlton Automotive is hands down the best auto repair shop in Brownwood. Honest and it gets fixed correctly the first time you take it in. Is he cheap ? No Is he good ? Yes.
