Havent been to Hibbett in a WHILE. Went and got the grandbaby some cleats for football! The staff was helpful in finding the cleats i needed. I spent more time browsing around than it took me to complete my transaction!

Customer service is good however there selection is not good at all. Went in for a Nike drawstring backpack, their selection was very limited on bags (none Nike) then looked for size 4youth basketball shoes. Every shoe we selected they did not have a size 4. Makes it hard to shop local.

Too hot and humid inside to even try llto shop.

Staff was rude on March 7thThey have a button outside it’s a door bell, well now I know.I apologized when I walked in, and 10 mins laterA woman asked me not to ring it.And her demeanor was childish from then on out

If u are looking for XXL or even 4xl this is your place never do they have anything in medium or large always out of stock been there 3weeka in a row and inventory is the same.

Very disappointing visit. Lack of selection, lack of knowledge of products or sport. Needed softball shoes for my daughter, they pointed them out and that was it, didn’t measure her foot to be sure we get the correct size. I measured her foot myself, found a better fit than we originally thought. Then when questioned about the gloves, she had no idea how to help us make sure she got a good fit. She asked her manager, that said if she can close it it’s good, didn’t bother coming to check with us or anything. I mentioned to the sales clerk that I was disappointed In the of lack of help. She walked away and never came back.

We needed a pair of soccer shoes for my son Kyle helped us and we had an excellent experience. He was patient, polite and very knowledgeable. I was surprised to see that the prices were very competitive.

Great shoes

This business are great when they have great customer services in the mean while they like to still your money and not work with you. After having a lay-way which I blame myself should have known better, I got robbed $100 down on two sweaters for my boys. Nonrefundable they call and left no message nor sent an email or anything stating that our time was up. So date were confused I call and a employee said I had plenty of time to stop in and pick up sweaters. $40 left to pay and pick up lay-way. Well we stop in and they said the lay-way was canceled and nothing can be done 2 days ago we canceled it. So if the district Manager would do something that would be great. Not the employees fault but what ever happen towards working with the customer after all we are the consumer of the business. It not like it wasnt getting paid or like only a small down was given this was $100 down and $40 to pick up. I having nothing good to say. Never going back unless I get my sweaters I will spread the word about this situation. They like to steal your money and not help the custome how it should be.

I would give 5 stars.... but there is one huge negative for me! I shop here often ... I’m a huge reward member and have probably spent over $500 in the last two months... sports!! 😳 everyone is super friendly, they have a pretty good selection on both women’s and men’s ... now the little boys section could be better but really that’s not my complaint... I enjoy shopping and trying on shoes... or just browsing with my husband through the store... but the last few times we have been in here ... I was dying!! I mean dying!! I was pouring sweat!! I get that it is humid, really I do... but come on turn on the air conditioning!! Or put fans in! Something!! Normally I would ignore it, because I can just grab what I need but today ... I needed a new pair of tennis shoes.. I have had three knee surgeries in 10 months.. I noticed my Nike shoes and even my boots are killing my feet now! I can’t stand to wear them... so ... the sweetest girl was helping me... even she was hott!!!!!! So picture this... I’m trying on 4 different brands, one at a time on my left foot ... having to stand on crutches to see how they feel... pouring sweat.. all the while this girl is going back and forth trying to find just the right shoe for me!! She went above and beyond for us!! I believe her name was Jaime! I almost gave up because I was so hot!! But finally I settled in a pair of Brooks... I will go back if I know what I need... or when it cools down... but never to shop for shoes again in the summer!!! 😂

Great service and always have my kids sizes on hand. Good selection of womens athletic clothing but I do wish they had more options on longer sleeves or options with a little more cover up appeal.

People were not of great help at all and had only one pair of the size and style shoe I needed.

Hibbett is a great store, but this is a terrible location. The assistant manager (A. Gonzales) lied about the companys return policy and demonstrated complete indifference. Hibbetts corporate customer service was very helpful, resolved the issue quickly, and directed me to the Stephenville location who took excellent care of us.

It has a great variety with brand and content i love but a bit pricey i hardly go there. The only thing id like to point out is in the about section it says it dont empty your wallet meaming normally good deals and cheap prices idk just a bit expensive
