I found the front staff VERY courteous and friendly. Dr. Kramer took his time and did a very thorough eye exam. As a result, the new progressives I got with HIS prescription enable me to see far better than I have in 25 years, over several eye exams and prescriptions. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Kramer and staff have always been courteous and patient with me and my kids. My son had retinal schesis and we had no clue he sent us to Abilene for more tests and to see a specialist. My youngest child is on the autism spectrum. She is not a fan of people she don’t know. But they were extremely patient with her. I have seen staff change through the years but they have always been professional with my children and I. We have been going to him for about 20 years now.

My child poked me in the eye and pulled a chunk of cornea away. I was in so much pain and eye had swollen shut. The receptionist got me in ASAP and the doctor had me fixed up within the week. I was so grateful for the promptness and knowledge

I went here because it was the closest to me at the time and the appointment was decent but when my glasses came in, I tried to wear them for nearly 2 weeks before I gave up. It was just very blurry the entire time and I thought my eyes just needed to adjust but it was apparent that my prescription was way off. Your best bet would go to a high reviewed professional, even if you have to go to another city.

Front desk lady is extremely unprofessional and rude! I didnt get a confirmation time so when I tried to call back none would answer . Needless to say, I missed my appointment for all 3 kids. Do you know how hard it is to get that type of appointment? When I told her I wish they would send out confirmation times she raised her voice at me and got loud and rude. I hung up on her. No one should have to deal with that type of treatment. Instead of being rude she could have been calm and we could have rescheduled. Congratulations on losing my money and my business.

My experience..... Appointment was easy and quick. The price was fair. So I scheduled. My problem is that I scheduled before work. No one told me they were going to be dilating my eyes. Therefore, I had to miss the first 3 hours of work because I couldn’t see.Fast forward a few months. My wife scheduled an appointment before she went to work. Again, no warning about dilation. Just stuck drops in her eyes and told her afterwards they were to dilate. She is sensitive to migraines. I got a call from her. She was stuck in the Walmart parking lot. Couldn’t see to drive and head pounding. I had to leave work to go drive her home. Not to mention she had to call in for work as well.If they’re going to dilate everyone who comes in a prewarning would be nice!!!! Atleast we could schedule our day accordingly!!!!

Do not waste your time or money going here. Absolutely ridiculous customer service! They just want as much money as they can get out of you. After getting contact lens & glasses exam for myself, 1 adult child & 1 teenager, I left numerous messages on their voicemail trying to make the follow up contact lens fitting appointments for all of us. The 3 times someone actually answered the phone, I was told they didnt have any appointments available. This has gone on past their allotted time. So they finally answer and tell me I have to pay an office appointment fee of $45 each or they wont release our prescriptions . So basically I have to pay them even more to get our prescriptions or go without for a year. Because my insurance already paid them for the exam for each of us plus I had to pay almost $150 the day of the exam, even though we all have insurance. Im extremely disappointed. They arent very friendly and make customers feel very disrespected and unimportant.

The receptionist are extremely rude and treat you like you are bothering them. They do not even acknowledge you when you walk in. Worst service ever and really I’m an easy patient, I pay cash so they have less to do and less paperwork. Really need to learn how to treat customers. The doctor isn’t any better...I think he messed up one of my eyes. He held the refraction glass so close and for so long my eye started burning. Then he puts drops in to dilate my eyes without even telling me what he is doing. He didn’t use any type of numbing agent as all past appointments with other doctors have, as well as, they explain what they are doing. He assumed I was diabetic and treated me like I was lying when I told him I was not...honestly, this doctor needs to be disbarred. WORST EYE DOCTOR EVER!!!!!!

This eye doctor business is clean, and kept orderly In regards to the condition of the building. However the practice employed inside is in need of reordering. The head document taker is very combative with simply question and will rush customers who she treats a a burden. The doctor is friendly at a surface level but it is evident that he only wish to have you seated and then rushed out. This business is fine as long as you have little regard to customer treatment. Also as with any docter office keep all document given and receipts.

Have a nasty eye infection in excruciating pain. Went to get my glasses fixed since my eye hurt so much couldn’t wear contacts. Asked the nice receptionist if there was anything could take over the counter she said the eye infection was too bad they would see if they could fit me. Dr. Kramer and his team saw me without a appointment very thankful.
