I live out here close to the store. The staff is always friendly and smiling. Love them.

Google says open 24/7 and so did a lady in the mornings but this is the third time I’ve come here at 10 or 11 and there doors are locked and there closed, need to change your hours or unlock your doors for customers to come in

I notice the unprofessional behavior from one of the store managers, I just wanted help from one of the clerks and she just gave soo much attitude, I felt bad for the employees. I gave 2 stars for the decent selection of products and clerk service, the clerks are soo friendly, but not that manager. I wont be buying from this station that often if I gotta see that manager all the time.

Just got gas, did not go inside. They had ice, gas, diesel. All the essentials if youre at the state park camping.

The lady manager with too much makeup is such a mean lady. Her sign was expired so instead of honoring it she told my two kids to bad no they have to pay full price. Then when I go in the store to question the clerk the manager runs from behind the counter to yell at me. She is rude to kids and she is unprofessional.

Nothing special- nearest source from my home for fuel.Convenient when I have to go north on a road trip!

Normally I have the best experiences going into the store. But just now I left that store so upset and angry and hurt I was beside myself. My son who is 2 and I went in and asked for the ladies attention and when I did it seems like she was just put out completely by it. Slowly she turned arounnd while rolling her eyes and was like yes? Attitude... i asked she answered. We go and look for what we wanted to come back. shes ringing me up she looks like she would rather be anywhere but there and then I had her run my card for food stamps manually cuz it Doesnt scan and she entered it and then acted like I asked the world of her because she said it didnt recognize the card and I was like did you hit EBT and she just slams her hands on the register and scoffed at me and was like yeah I did it didnt take it sorry. With the worst attitude ive ever heard. I was like im sorry i was just trying to help ive managed stores before i kinna know a bit about them my bad. Not until I got Furious and said forget it here did she even remotely attempt to be nice I guess she realized I was about to call corporate which I plan to do. Her name was Chris and I was in there at 10:38 I think it was horrible. It was so bad that she almost made me tear up and that pisses me off. she should be fired. no one should respond like that. I used to manage a convenience store for 8 years and I would have fired her for that.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I stop in and say hello every time I am in Brownwood.
