From first inquiry to final install the Pure Experts were awesome. We previously had another company give us a quote for an install of a needed water system and it was difficult to get them to call back. When that company finally came we felt rushed and had to bug them to get the final quote which was different then we were originally told. After being fed up, we asked the Pure Experts to come out and they were extremely informative and great to deal with through the complete process. From Leah in the office to Eli testing the water and explaining everything as he did it, to Dan and Jeff installing the system. The Pure Experts have figured out customer service and were superior. My name is Michael Davila. Currently living in Whitefield. Ive had their air purification system in my home for a few weeks now. I went from having to use my inhaler every day multiple times not having touched it since the day after it was brought to my home. Im still in disbelief at how effective this has been to improve my quality of life. I now also have the water softener and filtration system. I am SO glad I have my air purifier because it sanitizes my entire home while it purifies (which is really good to have right now with all thats going on in the world health wise). I Love it! It 100% helps with the dust in your home, the house smells better (I have 2 dogs), and it helps me sleep. I have it running on high all the time and I barely even notice it, in the home or on my electric bill. As far as customer service goes, everything was fantastic! Surprisingly, my husband and I made the decision to purchase a vacuum from Aerus and I was actually quite fascinated by it. It works very well and does a good job, and I really do like it. It is a bit heavy for me but I could use the work out anyway, and I know these vacuums last a long long time so overall Im pleased with our decision. Service was just fine too and I really do recommend the vacuums they have, especially if you want something that works great and lasts for years.

My husband, John, and I are very happy with the two air purifiers we bought for our house...its really been great. They made a real difference for us because we have many pets as well as a wood stove. I can even sleep better at night! The young man, Eli, who came to our house to test our air was spectacular! He was very nice and when he demonstrated how the air purifier works after running our air test, I was blown away by the difference it made in the short time it was running. At the very beginning I felt this company was going to answer all my problems. For the most part they did. the price was right and the service was good in the beginning. I ended up not getting an appointment for a second water test to see how the system was working. tried many times to reach the company to have this taken care of. many appointments were made, but no one ever showed up. After making a personal appearance into the main office I finally had somebody come out and take care of the situation. They also tried to compensate me which was very nice with an infrared heater I felt that this was sufficient however discovered soon thereafter that there was a leak in my system they sent someone out to fix it which only made it worse. After many times of reaching the company again... They finally sent out a plumber to fix it correctly. It is now fixed and the system seems to be working okay. The product itself is it awesome! it totally fixed the problem I was having but the customer service could use some work. They are very friendly, I will give them that, but their follow-through is not very good. Would I suggest this company to someone? yes ....but was a small reservation.

As a business owner, its good to know the water is safe for my family and my customers. We had really bad iron and manganese before our system was installed. The ISM 200 does a fantastic job at removing it and doesnt need any salt or regular upkeep. I recommend Aerus to anyone with a water concern.

The air purifiers I bought are working really well. Weve all been sick at the house so Im keeping the big air purifier running at all times and its already helping. The overall air quality is better as well. Theres a big difference in my air when the purifier is off vs when its running. I prefer to keep it running!

Good service and well worth the price. We have a big air purifier and a smaller air purifier from Aerus. The big one we keep out in the living area and the small one we keep in the bedroom. No colds, no flu since, and it even helps with the pollen in the spring. They are definitely well worth it!

My husband and I were being charged too much by another company for our old water system, so we replaced it with one from Aerus. Customer service was fine and installation went fine, and so far the water tastes fine, the system is working fine, and weve had no problems with it at all. Although its still hard to break the habit of buying bottled water, we do drink from the tap now! Great company and definitely recommend.

We had a water system put in by Dunbar water to correct and improve the water quality throughout our home. We had some problems but they always seemed to fix the issue until recently when we were getting no water flow and our pump was not kicking on. Dunbar was no help in resolving the issue. Aerus of Portland came out to our home, tested the water, identified the problems, made recommendations, and most importantly resolved our water issues. They grandfathered the existing equipment after correcting the previous improper set up issues and installed what we needed to get the good water quality we were after. We are extremely pleased with the product we received and their willingness to help us resolve issues created by a unrelated company. As a matter of fact we believe before Aerus fixed everything the system was never working properly. Now our water is actually softer. Our dishes and glassware are sparkling clean when they come out of the dishwasher. Our skin is not dried out from the hard water when bathing and we are not getting staining in our sinks and toilet bowls. The owner is very helpful and conscientious in dealing with his customers. We look forward to working with Aerus of Portland in the future.

I have a PH neutralizing water system that I got from Aerus and its so efficient and easy that I usually forget its there! I havent had to do anything with it since installation and Ive had no issues at all. Things are coasting along just fine! My water is absolutely fine now too. It looks, smells, and tastes good! I can now use it for my laundry, drinking, shower, and coffee making, etc. Everything is working out so far so good!

My wife and I have had a good experience with Aerus. The water softener we purchased seems to be working good because theres been no problems with it. Our water took on a definite better taste after the system was installed. The water in my house is better than its ever been now thanks to Aerus. Its actually even better than the bottled water I used to have to drink before I got my water system installed. My water used to smell nasty, leave brown staining in the toilet, and staining in the shower too...it was awful. The stains are now gone and so is the smell! Its easy to use too...it only uses a little salt, it auto resets and it has a battery backup that comes on when the power goes out.I actually even recommend Aerus as a company to people I know who are building new houses, as many of them have well water. If I had Aerus business cards I would actually hand them out to people, thats how much I recommend doing this. In conclusion, I am very glad I made the investment.

We have the air purifiers and we are very happy with them. I love the larger air unit...its definitely doing its job as there isnt nearly as much dust in our house now. I can tell just by looking at the sunlight coming in through the window...theres no dust floating in it anymore! I strongly recommend these air units.

We have had our water filtration system and air filtration from Aerus for ~3 weeks now. Very pleased overall. Our water was very hard with high levels of iron and manganese, despite our existing (non-Aerus) system. Appliances and bath fixtures were stained with iron, and we avoided buying white clothing because of the iron. The most telling point of the success of our new system was when I boiled water. Previously the iron in the water would oxidize, resulting in brown tinged water. No longer! As for the air filtration, we have the larger unit and 3 smaller units for the bedrooms. As a test we left our windows open during the height of pine pollen season. We closed up the house in the evening and ran all the units. In the morning there was barely any pollen on any surfaces.Customer service was excellent. Eli was pleasant and professional. We would happily work with the Brunswick Aerus team again.

I have an acid neutralizer from Aerus and its working out pretty well. The green staining in my shower is gone, and I feel comfortable with my water now. The service was very good too...I felt very at ease with them in my home and they were very knowledgeable and professional. The man who installed the system was very nice as well.

The water in my kitchen used to smell whenever I turned it on, so I was grateful to have a free water test done by Aerus. I purchased a nice water system to fix my water and the smell is now completely gone. I also appreciate that the water system comes with warranty. I say 5 stars for the system and for the service.

We got some air purifiers for our home and they work pretty good (we havent been sick once this year). No problems with them which is a plus, and the gentleman who came out was good too. My son takes our smaller air purifier to his dorm with him and he says it makes a difference, and since this fall weve been running the big air purifier 24/7 on a lower setting, which has helped with fall allergies quite a bit.

Ive been using Aerus products for years! I have water units, and great air purifiers from them. The guys there are very friendly and they come out to service my products when needed. So far Ive had no problems with this company and everything is all good here!

My experience with Aerus is a very satisfying experience. My wife and I purchased 3 vacuums - one for each 3 floors of our new house and we love them. Our cleaning lady really loves them as well! The very nice young guy that came out to do a demo for us (Ryan) really knew what he was doing, and the lady in Rockland that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful as well. We got extra filters and a good deal for buying 3 vacuums at once, and Ryan even gives us follow up calls. Since doing business with Aerus weve had no problems, everything is perfect, and I highly recommend the Aerus vacuum models.

They have the most effective air purifiers out there! The man who came to my house to check on my older air purifier did a free air test and when he told me about the sanitizing technology that NASA built into one of the Aerus air purifier models, I knew I had to have it. I have a working knowledge on water, and the gentlemen who did our water system explained everything thoroughly and the initial appointment for our water test was accurate. Shocked my well and it got rid of the sulfur smell completely, and the water system is working really good. Its also easy to maintain and use. All I do is dump the powder in, fill the tank, and walk away! Easy as that and my water ph level is always good - right where it is supposed to be now.

Since Ive had my new water purification system, and my air purifiers, Ive had zero troubles and they have made such a difference in my home. Aerus service was kind and helpful. Water systems from Aerus are a life saver! After the guys there came out to my home to do a free water test for me, I bought a water system that water filtrates for my whole house, and a water system that conditions the water for my whole house - and what a difference it has made. They are both easy to maintain and they work good - Ive had no issues at all. The quality of my water is definitely better - no more yellow staining in the tubs, sinks, or toilets, and my white clothes are actually white now (I used to get yellow stains on those too from the water in my washing machine). I dont have to throw any of my clothes out anymore! Service at Aerus is good too - I love that I can just call up and pay over the phone without getting charged a fee like most other companies charge, and they are always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend and give this place five stars for the obvious reasons listed above.

Our water system is working out very well. Its back-washing properly, and the Ph of our water is at a 7.5 now which is perfect. My wife and I have no complaints and are satisfied and happy customers. I was also happy to get a follow up call from Lindsay...the people over at Aerus are very friendly and professional.

My water was so bad before the nice young gentleman came out to test it for free. I had to use one of those Brita water filter containers because of the metal taste it had, and because it smelled of eggs on and off. The Brita only helped a little. It still had a bit of an egg smell and bad taste, so I was more than happy to have the free water test done.I had a water softening purifier installed after, and everything seems to be just fine now. The egg smell is gone, and it tastes wonderful. Even my cats must love the water now because they just drink and drink and drink when I give it to them. I no longer have to filter my water manually with a Brita, and I can finally enjoy drinking it from the tap. I recommend this company highly and my cats do too!

Town water was totally brown...but now I can drink it and it actually tastes good - since getting a water system from Aerus. I use it for coffee and everyday cooking now too. Service was great. A friend of mine told me about some water systems she had bought from Aerus in Rockland some time ago. I told her to give a representative my number to come test mine when she saw them next because my water was HORRIBLE. She showed up at my house with Mike a few months ago when he was in the area servicing her system.My water had so much iron it stained everything. All my clothes came out dirty and orange. I had some old systems in my basement that werent doing anything. They replaced my old ones with theirs and the difference was remarkable. No more orange spots on my laundry and no more staining. My one complaint is that the tank sweats when it gets really humid out, but Mike is going to come next week and bring me drip pan to stop the sweating. Great Service! I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service...these guys did a really great job and the water systems I had installed were really great too. The water in my home used to have a terrible smell and leave significant brown staining, so I didnt drink it at all. I tried different water systems that I purchased online but they didnt work well and my wife said the smell was getting worse all the time. Aerus really took care of these problems for me. The smell is gone completely. I recently fixed up the bathrooms in our home and replaced both toilets with two new ones. There is no staining at all now. My wife is happy and so am I. I would definitely recommend Aerus and will be a loyal customer for life.

Aerus water purification system saved my water! no more orange staining, and I was pleased to have them come. After I lost power for a few days, they re tested my water to make sure everything was still good. Ive had a great experience in every aspect with this company. I had problems with my water (bad flavor, green and blue stains in the sinks and dog bowl), so I got a water softener and ph neutralizing system installed and it corrected the flavor of my water, and the stains are gone! My mom managed to get the blue stain out of the dog bowl and it never came back. My water system is very efficient and quiet...to the point I even forgot that I had it! But it is always running just fine. The service was good too...they were very polite and explained everything well. Installation was quick and they were just in and out. No problems since.

I have 2 of the air purifiers from aerus and I love them. I had some service done that went quite well. We scheduled an appointment and two guys came in and they brought me some new filters for the one in my bedroom which was so helpful. Everything was speedy and went pleasantly! Wont go without these air purifiers ever again since Ive had them in my home.

We purchased a water softener and a reverse osmosis system from Aerus and everything appears to be working and going fine. The blue green staining we were getting is gone, and we can use the system for drinking water and making coffee, unlike before. We have had no problems with either system and I would strongly recommend for anyone with water problems to call Aerus.

Weve owned our house for 2 years now dealing with high counts of iron, magnese, and hard water. Showers toilets and sinks would be dark orange within 3 days of cleaning. When you would take a shower you would feel sticky. Washing dishes our hands would stain black. We always had to buy bottled water for cooking and drinking (even my dog refused to drink tap water).I received a post card for free water tests so I sent it in. They were fast at making an appointment. There water tests were fun to watch and there very good at explaining what there doing.We bought a water conditioner unit (which was installed quickly) and we love it! It has been a month since I cleaned everything with iron cleaner and its all still white, you dont feel sticky when taking a shower, and the water tastes great!I cant thank them enough for making my water frustrations go away!Thank you

We appreciated the professionalism and personality of Daniel Chute from Aerus of Brunswick. He checked our well water and air quality. After some nice discussions and negotiations we decided our greatest need was air quality. We, therefore, purchased the Beyond Guardian Air with a payment plan we could handle as senior citizens.We look forward when Daniel Chute returns shortly to see how our air quality has improved. I had major problems with my well and my water before Aerus. I work for a large company and deal with a lot of people, but let me tell you, Mikes ability and knowledge of the water and the product, plus just his overall demeanor, was the reason I made the decision to buy my water purification system. Im so happy I did because I really needed it! Aerus was very responsive to my questions, and when I called with a question regarding the reverse osmosis system, Mike came right back out and helped. I have been using Aerus products for years! I have vacuums and air purifiers from them, and Im definitely a satisfied customer. Service is friendly and helpful and follow up phone calls from them make it easier to ask questions when I have them.

So happy with the service and with my air purifier. I vacuum the filter as instructed and ive HAD NO PROBLEMS with it at all. The man who came out even helped make my well water softer and that was something extra and I appreciate it a lot!

As a mother it is imperative that my home has clean floors, clean air, and clean water. My vacuum gets everything hiding deep in the carpet, my air and surfaces are free of contaminates, and I no longer need to boil my municipal water before making a bottle. Ive been in the cleaning business for over 30 years and I swear by the Aerus vacuums. If someone I work with is cleaning with a different vacuum, I bring one of mine from Aerus and make sure we clean with those vacuums instead. They are wonderful...I love my vacuums.

I ordered a small air purifier for my home because I have rabbits and their dander was becoming a problem. Everything has been good and Im happy I made the decision because it has helped my breathing problems as well. I recommend this for anyone living with pets or breathing problems definitely!

My wife and I recently purchased a water system for our home and boy are we glad we did. A gentleman and a young lady came out and tested our water for free and the service was wonderful. Everything was installed smoothly afterwards and we are very happy with Aerus.

Our water was leaving blue staining so we got a Ph Neutralizer from Aerus after they came out and tested our water for free. Well, it seems to be working because the staining is gone and the water tastes good! I was happy to receive a call from them recently, as well, to follow up.
