Clean, nice, easy in and out. Greeted on entry and exit. Cashiers smiled and were very polite.

Seems like they have a great selection in everything they offer to the public.

Justin in the frame shop is awesome! I didn’t know what I needed for multiple projects and was hoping that there would be someone there who truly knows what they are doing. He’s your guy! He took his time and showed me multiple mock-ups until I found exactly what I was looking for. The guy is an artist. I’ll be going back for any future custom frame work because of my experience with him.

Love the Christmas selection. Wish they would participate in coupons that are on Facebook posted by their own corporate office instead of just shrugging it off and saying I dont know and not trying to make it happen. Makes Joannes more appealing even though I feel that their inventory is not as good but they do want your business.

I LOVE crafting, I also have a short attention span so i just get lost in this store with all the crafting possibilities. Staff is always helpful. Parking is never an issue. You can always find a coupon on their app to reduce your cost. They have rolling sales so if something you want isnt on sale this week, check back next week.

I love this store. They have everything for art and crafts but the items are a good bit more expensive than other places even with the coupon. So I purchase everything I can at Wal-Mart then go to Michaels and definitely use a coupon on the items I need that Wal-Mart doesnt have and theyre are items that Michaels has that Wal-Mart doesnt.

Took my daughter to the kids club they have on Saturday for arts and crafts. Rebecca, the team member, was so nice and friendly. Very encouraging and great with the kids. Earl, at the register, was very nice and polite. A great experience and well definitely be back.

Live the store, but they need to have more on the shelves now that more are at home

I absolutely love this store! They have anything you can think of to make any craft. They have a nice selection on anything from yarn, gel pens, frames, scrapbooks to twinkle lights to hang around a window or bed. I found an Eiffel Tower keychain for my boyfriend the other day, who happens to be French cajun! Great store for anyone who loves crafting or home decor.

They have a good selection for this small town. And the employees are friendly and professional.

Michaels has a large inventory of craft, seeing, jewelry items, home accents,and seasonal decorations. They do have coupons and in store discounts. Enjoyed browsing the aisles.

Great Michaels. Worth downloading the app the get exclusive coupons on items. Staff are friendly but sometimes hard to find unless you go to the checkout area and ask for someone to help you.

Very helpful staff, great prices on picture frames, and Sherry got a rewards discount on her craft paint. Probably the best staff of any Michaels weve been to.

I found everything I needed by myself but unlike other places there was no lack of finding someone if I needed help. They were very helpful on helping me to get the best rates on all the items and assisted me with helpful discounts while I was checking out.

I visited the Savannah Georgia location. It is nothing like the Brunswick location. It was an organized it was messy and it was very difficult to find my way around the store. I can honestly say I appreciate The Brunswick location a lot better.

The staff here is beyond amazing! We always enjoy our trips in, and have even hosted a birthday party here.

They had a kid event that was free my children had a blast and painted flower pots that glow in the dark the lady helping was elderly but super super nice. It very very kewl awesome stuff in the 50% bin to YES YES ITSA WIN WIN.

It was clean and had what I need. There were only 3 people working so it was hard to get assistance with the item I was looking for. The gentleman in the frame department came to my rescue!

Highly recommend Michaels. Always a coupon available and there is everything you could need for any artsy hobby. This is my choice in town for art supplies.

Its a nice craft store. My only real issue is that several of the ceiling lights on one side of the store are constantly flickering and it is nauseating and gives me a migraine. This has been going on for months and apperantly the request to fix the lights has to come from somewhere other than the local branch.

Michaels is a wonderful place to get art supplies. Many great markers, sketch pencils, and sketchbooks! Just sometimes i wish they were less expensive.

Jessica was really great in helping me find the materials I needed for a wedding project. Even when they didn’t have something that I needed, she recommended possible places that I could go to find the items. When I visited Michaels again, she remembered my predicament and asked me if I was able to find the things I needed. The staff really cares!

The staff is ALWAYS super helpful and Im always able to find exactly what I need. My only complaint would be is that I ALWAYS find other fabulous stuff to buy that I didnt know would fit perfectly in my home!!!
