I have never had a bad experience! I took in beads to be restrung and to have a new clasp put on and they did EXACTLY what I wanted and in a really quick turnaround time. I have been working closely with them to redesign old pieces and they have been nothing but helpful and upfront about pricing and the amount of time that the designs would take.

SO disappointed in this place… the “jeweler” never did what I asked when It came to servicing my rings … unfortunately it’s my fault I kept going back .. every time I would get my rings back after either getting sized or cleaned a diamond would always fall off afterwards ….I Do not recommend coming here.

This store is great. Associates are always available no matter how big or small of a purchase I am making. They takes the time to help me find exactly what I am looking for and doesn’t stop working until it’s wrapped with a bow that looks way better than I could ever do. Highly recommend!

Since Ive purchased my engarment ring a little over a year ago, my stone has fallen out twice. Dont even get me started on the fraudulent appraisal....I will never purchase anything from them again, nor will I recommend.

Dropped my rings off, and I had a great experience; however, they said that they would try to have the rings ready by Tuesday and would give me a call. I didnt hear anything from them on Tuesday, and they if they werent ready on Tuesday, theyd be ready by Friday. I hadnt heard anything by noon on Friday, so I finally called them. They were ready, and Im not sure how long theyd been sitting there. I had assumed that they would call the customer to let me know that my jewelry was ready. Im disappointed that I had to call them to find out.
