Every Rack Room Shoes store Ive been into the staff have always been polite, friendly, extremely helpful, and fast. I was exceedingly happy with their customer service and to say the least from now on this is where I will buy all my childrens shoes.

I called the store explained to them I had. Bad knees asked if I pull up to curb could they bring the shoes out the girl said the store mgr said no so I said ok then I rode by the store they have no handicap parking, no curb ramp for wheel chair or Walker thats a shame so I walked from 10 spots out an a by passer helped me up on the curb so I didnt fall how ever the 3 stars are 4 the help inside the store nice ppl in the store they helped me an helped me get to my car

I had a great shopping experience at this place, I went in and ask the saleswoman were I could find the brand of shoes, that I was looking, and she directed me there, and I just went wild buying shoes, I came in for 1 pair, but lefted with 4 pair. They had a Bogo sale. I couldnt pass that up. So I am happy and so are feet.Now I get the name, Because they know how to Rack up your money.

Store was very clean. However customer service was terrible. When I walked in 2 were standing talking and didnt acknowledge me by speaking. Saw a nice pair of shoes in my size but they both were dirty on the inside, and was clearly worn and brought back looking at the bottom of them. It shouldnt have been put back on the shelf. When asked for a manager on duty, smart remarks were made. Finally I showed her the shoes and asked could the price be adjusted. She paused then said only by 3%. It was more damage than 3%!! Left very unhappy.

There were 4 employees working....well, not working but there. One person helped us and then left.....i found what I needed for my kid but I did all the work. Also, this was my fault, I grabbed two packs of socks and took one out for my son to try on his shoes. The socks were 30 dollars lol.I wont be back. Ill just hit Amazon.

Initial customer service rep took me right to the shoes I was looking for, gave me info about ordering half sizes. Very sweet lady. The lady who rang me out also found a coupon I used that day. Wonderful trip. Easy in and easy out!

Prices are very reasonable. The quality of the shoes are good for the most part. Most of the staff are friendly sometimes you go in there and the sales people will be chatting among themselves instead of helping others or with their friends. That is a Big turn off!

My favorite thing about this chain is the clearance section in the back of the store. This stores clearance section leaves much to be desired. Had better luck online.

Always a disappointment. Never greeted upon entering store. Prices are high. Quality and selection poor. I will not return.

First time here. Wasnt impressed by the selection or the staff. Any item that seemed nice was too expensive in relation to not being brand name and extremely lacking in quality. Will not return.

I dont buy shoes all that often, but the last time I was here (October 2015) I found the shoes I wanted but I couldnt reach high enough to get the size I needed cause it was seven feet in the air and none of the employees moved a muscle to help even though I was fifteen feet away from the main counter. But other than that it was a good experience

The manager nor the crew members were helpful. Only one cashier spoke and no one offered any assistance. I had to ask for help and even then no one was really helpful. The manager was dressed like she was at home and was not professional at all. I asked who was the manager and was shocked it was her. Needless to say I left empty handed. Sad situation!

It advertises a childrens store The Shoe Fits, and there is no such place. Rack Room is where it should have been. They do not carry stride rite walking shoes for first walkers.

I got zero help finding what I was looking for. Prices are decent, but not great.

Very cold outside and my shoes could not keep my feet warm. I walked in here and bought a winter boot for less than a few dollars.
