The mall is quite empty and I was shocked. I was so happy that the store was there and I was able to get the items I needed. The staff members were so helpful and kept asking if I needed assistance. One of the gentlemen was nice enough to help me with my shopping items and helped me to take them to the counter when my hands were full.

Everything I needed was on display and the two young employees were very helpful.

I hate going in here cause you can never have enough and then I be buying for my adult childrens home too! Just too much! I just want it all!! Love this place! The mahogany teakwood extreme candle is my favorite of them all!

Very friendly staff who are always helpful. There are limited numbers allowed in a store at one time, but it was not crowded and I did not have to wait in line. Theyre fragrances are always wonderful ☺️

Great selections of candles and other items.

I went in for some new lotion and body spray but couldnt decide on anything. Aubrey was very helpful and patient while she showed me their new products and helped me make a decision on afar to get. Thank you Aubrey!

Ladies working through out the store on 09/06/2020 were really nice and helpful but the one working at the cash register was was rude and unfriendly. No hello, no thank you... nothing but a snide attitude that behavior is normally highly unlikely for bath and body works.

They have new fragrances that smell good. Theyre worth trying.

I was unaware that when purchasing items from the online site I would be charged twice the amount until a preauthorization fee was dropped in 3-5 days. I have called and live chatted with their customer service and was basically told theres nothing they or I can do. Even though thia has over drawn my account and i am a single mother of 2 children.
