You must stop by the Island Sweets Shoppe and try the waffle cone and mint chocolate chip ice cream! What a delight! Nothing like finding a bench underneath the shady tree in front of the San Souci apartment building and reminisce on what it would of be liked back in the day to stay on the grounds. The sugar cone was also a good choice with cookies and cream ice cream. Other delicious delights including the fudge looked so good.

Everything is homemade and amazing. My husband and I have been going here since 2013. We are always delighted!

Cute little dessert shop located in the historic Jekyll Island Club Resort. They had several types of fudge, truffles, and ice creams. There are also sweet treats like bear claws, pralines, and some candies. I tried the coconut and raspberry truffles. I also had the praline ice cream on a sugar cone. Everything was so good!

Just wish they had the sugar free PB cups, but everyone is having trouble getting them.

I love this place it has the best ice cream and fudge. Highly recommend it

Weve been going to the Sweet Shoppe as long as I can remember. Hands down the best around. Love the remodel they did as well.

The worker didn’t bother to take her AirPods out. She did not wear gloves while serving ice cream and scraped her arm all over the inside of the bucket while serving ice cream.

Best fudge on the island. But the pralines werent good on our last visit. The Carmel Turtle was good but the pecans would have been better cooked before making them into candy. Staff friendly.

Good Ice cream, small selection of things other than fudge. Regular candy is WAY over priced. Great people and yes go when you have time to wait. 1 employee (quiet lady but very nice) long lines. Will visit again!
