Brandon, Josh and the guys were great up at Coastal Tint! Had some factory tinting that was peeling on my passenger window so I removed it all (best to let them do it if you are new at it) and they replaced it in about twenty minutes. And I had them add some tint to my back window. Quoted me the lowest price out of all tinting places in Brunswick also! Will most definitely recommend them and be back to have my other windows done.

Very unprofessional. I left my car with the organization, which stated that they do not do appointments and it is first come first serve. However, after leaving my car at 0900 and I called at 1030 and was informed my vehicle would go back in 10 minutes. 1.5 hours later when I called I was informed my vehicle would go back next. I went and picked up my vehicle and utilize another tinting service.

Went in about 2 weeks ago and got glassparancy put on my windshield, was a little hesitant on it but so glad I did. This stuff is amazing, Ive tried rainx before but it has nothing on this. Did a road trip up north and anything and everything that came in contact with the windshield just rolled right off (rain, salt, cinder) ALL of it. Definitely recommend this product. Best part of all is the 3 year warranty. Couldnt be more pleased thanks to coastal tint and sound for recommending this product!!!

I have an 04 Ford ranger that needed the front window tint strip done. I went to these guys and they had my truck finished in 15 minutes. I even brought my daughters truck up for tint. After such a great job I highly recommend them.

Lets start this off by saying I was recommended to this place by a previous customer of theirs.My first experience here was good went in May 8 to inquire about a sound system they answered all my questions and set me up a system the amp I wanted had to be ordered so did the box I also wanted to get my sunroofs tinted and we set it all up for May 22 to install the music and tint my sunroofs. They called me Thursday May 21 to verify that I was still coming I confirmed appointment. May 22 I drop my vehicle off at 9 am at 10:30 am I get a phone call stating that the audio installer didnt show up and the audio could not be installed. I asked could we reschedule, but the employee then informed me that they were no longer doing audio install after May 22. But I could still purchase everything and have someone else to install it she then asked if I still wanted to do the tint I said yes. Well 5 hours past and I get a call that my vehicle is ready. As I am already disappointed because the music wouldnt be installed I was okay cause the employee that called me told me I could still purchase the subs,box, and amplifier well when I went to pay I asked where the items were cause I would still purchase them and just find someone to install it well I was then informed that my amp had not yet come in and they didnt have any idea when it would be in. I dont understand why that wasnt brought to my attention when they called to confirm that I was coming to the appointment we set up two weeks prior. So I go back on May 26 because I noticed a stain(pictures attached) in my headliner that was not there before and I wanted to get a refund for the amp that was still not at their store but the guy that did my tint was eating and only said to me that he only used baby soap and water and the stain would come out but never stopped eating to come look at what I was referring to and then he said to me my wife handles refunds and she is not in but Ill take your name and number and she will call you needless to say I have still not received a phone call. Customer service was lacking in most of this process and will never do business here again

I highly recommend Coastal Tint. I came in this morning to to get my windows tinted and car stereo installed. The guy at the counter said they were slammed but hell do his best to get me in, I was hesitant because I was in a rush but it happened in less then a few hours and it turned out amazing. They were professional and courteous. There is so much to say but overall they did a fantastic job.

Not organized! Made initial appointment came in and they told me they were backed up. So I made appointment for following Saturday when I came in they said they would call when ready, they never called. I had to call them 4 hours later. Once again couldnt get to me, RESCHEDULED again! For following Saturday. I got here at 7:30am and they didnt even have me on the list. And then had the nerve to be rude with me.When I say appointment I mean they took my name and number.But clearly it was put on scrap paper and thrown away. And you dont tell someone get here at 7:30 and we will GET YOU RIGHT IN after not returning their call the previous week and blowing them off.You take one walk in the show room and you can tell from the owners response that they are not very professional.Georgia tint co was extremely helpful and even priced better.

Bright in my Nissan Murano to get it tinted. They were short handed, I wasnt in a rush and waited. Brandon got me back and finished in record time. He did a great job on my tint and Im looking forward to getting a aftermarket system, fog lights, and light bar soon

Called Wednesday afternoon to tell them I would be dropping my car off Thursday morning. I dropped my car off Thursday morning, no later than 9am, and they told me it would be ready by 2 that afternoon because they had 3 cars ahead of me. That was fine. I called back a little after 2pm that afternoon only to find out that they completely forgotten about my car. My name, phone number, car type, everything was written in their book, they just neglected to worry about it. When I went to pick up my car, the young man behind the counter told me he could do it in an hour if I wanted to wait.....Wait?! Ive waited all day!Extremely unprofessional and extremely unorganized in my opinion.

I had my tint done there and the back glass had bad bubbles and all around the edges was loose, so I asked about it and the guy gave me an attitude. A month later I went back for them to replace it because the bubbles still werent gone and they did another terrible job, Im never going back.

Sent in my mustang for tinting. Upon pick up, noticed a scratch in the tint and some bubbling issues. The employee said the bubbling would go away over a few weeks (went away in two days!!) They took in the car again and fixed the scratched tint within a couple hours with no issue and hassle.Car looks beautiful, the bubbling faded much quicker than expected, and the staff is overall courteous and kind. Very happy that they were able to fix the scratched tint quickly given all of the business around the holiday season. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided!!

Installs and repairs dont always go as planned and circumstances causes delays but staying the course to make your customer happy should be the goal. They did that ! Thanks to all

I got my speakers put in here in august of 2016. I live out of town and took my car into Nesmith to get it looked at because my check airbag light came on. Come to find out whoever hooked my system up wired the wires wrong and fried my airbag wire. The guy at Nesmith was very helpful and all around a great gentleman and fixed it for me. I called Brandon and told him the whole situation and asked to be Reimbursed for the 220 dollars I had to spend to fix it. He told me the he would have to talk to the main office and that he would call me back. I did not receive a call back. So I had to eat the cost of THEIR mistake. Very unhappy with the service they provide. Will never go here again and do not recommend this place to anyone. And, since Brandon owns this place there is no main office he had to ask. he lied to me, and thats enough to not trust this place to do anything to my car.

Would have given 5 stars but walked in 1st guy I spoke with act like I was wasting his time I had ?s. 2nd guy walked out and was informative was ready to spend $500 but was informed what to buy then come back and buy rest. Will update once i hook up coaxial 6.5 sundown!Hooked speaker up absolutely great only reason didnt update to 5star rating is because I ask everything in box I need to hook yesBut no needed special clips for speakers. But still best in town everyone has a bad day and may have forgotten something simple to him. I was straight up idk car audio thats why didnt order needed human help and I think I got the best.

Was told that it would only take 2 hours to do my Passat. My wife waited for 3 hours before getting an Uber to get to graduation. They told her it has to sit for 45 minutes to get the bubbles out... Figure that into your estimates and people wont be waiting unnecessarily. What a mess.

My son had a sound system installed in a 2004 Volvo and they did NOT do a very good job with the install. They did not disconnect the battery and his air-bag light is on and will cost an additional $200 to have Volvo reset it. He had several other issues and was offered a re-do, but my son didnt trust them to touch it again a second time since they did a poor job the first time. He asked for a refund and it was denied by the manager- If they did not know how to install in an older model car, they should have said so in the first place. Now my son has his first car ruined by a sloppy install job.
