This company boasts of easy termination anytime. The Truth is Consumer Cellular refused to allow Port of Phone Number to Verizon or XFinity they then added numerous bogus and fraudulent fees Demanding full Payment BEFORE the Phone Number was released. Even after that Extortion Tactic Consumer Cellular has now sent three additional Invoices claiming charges for pro rated services from their refusal to Release or Port the Number. Even after I paid the first two ADDITIONAL Invoices Consumer Cellular has sent yet ANOTHER 3rd Invoice for an additional 47.00 Dollars Even though Services were Terminated in June and AFTER Payments were made for July August and September The most recent Invoice is dated October 11th 2021 again when services were terminated in June 2021Total SCAM and False Advertising

I tried to reactivate an account that I had canceled on the same day due to a medical problem of the subscriber. The subscriber was not able to function correctly. When I tried to do the reactivation I was told that I couldn’t do it even though I was the one that canceled. I tried explaining the problem of the subscriber and the need for a phone and still could not reactivate. What good is a phone for seniors in trouble when Consumer Cellular will not work with you?Don’t use them

Consumer Cellular use to be tip top but over the last 2 years spam calls outnumber legitimate calls 10 to one! Not one line but all 5!We got a new line and it started getting spammed on the second day it was activated.The loss of productivity fielding spammers is significant. Wish we could sue them... maybe we can.
