I purchase a pair of shoes in store they had to be order. Because they was out wait on them to come in 3 days never came call out stock. Didn’t cal or email tell me nothing being calling for the past 2 mos. Haven’t got my refund yet will never buy from them again list my business.

A bit pricey on the shoes in the store. However good for what it is. Certainly one of the saving graces of this wasteland of a mall. Hope it gets better though.

Horrible, rude, impatient, overwhelming staff!! I like to get my family converse from there but never again. I will NEVER send another dime in this store at GLYNN PLACE MALL. Christmas time I have one of the employees suck his teeth at me because I didn’t make a quick decision on what I wanted to buy. This was after he stood over me and my kids breaking up are conversation about the shoes to ask us were we ready to try on anything. So I took that $200 sale to another store. Then my wife went in there a few days ago to return some shoes and the MANAGER was very rude to her because she wanted a refund because they didn’t have the shoes in the size she needed. I understand how the pressures of running the store go but your losing more money on horrible customer service then anything. Great product sorry ass help... Thanks
