Absolutely love this place! Staff is all usually very friendly and kind! Prices are unbeatable and there is always a large selection of everything in every size. They offer more than clothes like homegoods, bedding, books furniture, toys. Theyre friendly with my special needs son which is so incredible. They give you a discount if you donate items. Check it out if you havent!

Consistently one of my favorite thrift stores. I never walk out empty handed. Only downside is that items arent sorted by size, only by color, but I know this helps make things easier/faster for them, thus keeping prices low.

If you think that this place is another run of the mill Good Will or Salvation Army then you would be wrong. It is an amazing place with a wider selection then any other store. Cheap prices and fashionable clothes. Great nik nacks and other toys. And my favorite spot is the electronics, and holy do they have a lot of them. Love this place only down side is the lines are very small and cant be distanced well without taking up an aisle. But an amazing store none the less

Really wish clothing was sorted by size instead of color. My time for shopping is very limited, and having to go through racks and racks of garments, checking each garment individually forsize, is not productive use of my time. Since Salvation Army and Goodwill sort by size, I can shop BOTH the local stores, go through checkout and be on my way home in less time than trying to shop here. Too bad, as I would like to help support our Veterans.

Great selection of clothing, linens and household goods. Always a sale happening, with 25/50/75% off. Last Tuesday of the month, everything in store is 50% off. Not the cleanest store, but good prices and great selection.

Great thrift store. As an Ex-employe I know alot about the store and they strive to put out great clothes. Unless a certain aisle is almost empty. Its a great place to get something nice for dirt cheap.

Amazing prices, I got a pair of jeans and 3 shirts for under $10!! I can never afford brand new jeans bc they run for like $14 a pair at Walmart, which is ridiculous for poor people. The aesthetic of the place is wonderful, its so much nicer to look at since its organized by color. Yes, its harder to find your size, but if you know what color you want its really not that difficult to sort through it. The people who work there are just lovely, they make small talk with my grandmother and she always leaves the shop laughing. Overall, wonderful experience and I recommend this place to all my other friends who have money troubles.

They usually have loads of clothing which I like but of course as with any used clothing, you need to be careful because they sell some old looking stuff! Sometimes I come out with a item or two but not real often! I don’t like my clothing looking old and raggedy! However on the upside, they have great prices on the clothing! It’s usually always on sale ! I will say that they have better clothing than over here by me! Oh and make sure you have time if you’re going here for clothing because nothing is sorted by size which I admit, I hate that! Every time you find something you like, all to find out it’s ten times too big or small!! However the prices make up for it and do make it worth the time to go and look

I dont understand how you get free donations then sell the stuff for kmart prices. You can go to dollar tree and buy anything for $1 . Brand New! And your dumpsters are ALWAYS full.. Why throw your donations away?? Times are tough with the virus. Why dont you help and lower your prices?? Help the ones who out of work. REMEMBER you get your donations FREE! Has sign up that say Mon is Buckeye card day. Had card in my hand facing cashier before he started ringing my order, but says since I didnt tell him I had the card I couldnt use it. WELL PUT THAT ON YOUR SIGN!

The best thrift store around!The good: decent prices, a good amount of merchandise, and 25, 50 & 75% off everyday on specially tagged stuff PLUS 50% off everything on the last Tuesday of the monthThe bad: Its usually busy (especially on the sale days), narrow aisles, and you have to go through each piece of clothing to find sizes... but the thrill of the hunt is worth it!All & all its a great place to find used stuff you may need for cheap (and hidden treasures you didnt know you needed either!)

We were so excited to visit this store for the first time. We found a DVD player for $10, so we were even more excited to find such a great deal; however, upon getting the DVD player home, we realized it doesnt even work. The power comes on but nothing else happens. It wont open at all. I called them only to find out that theres nothing that can be done. No return. No store credit. Nothing. Needless to say, we will never go back.

Just another overpriced thrift store. All the good stuff goes home with the employees and the stuff none of them want gets put on the shelf instead of going into the dumpster.

Volunteers of America is the best thrift store Ive encountered. Its always crowded and the prices are very reasonable - always 3 different colored tickets are on sale. 75% off, 50% off, 25% off. A lot of people are from the East Side of Cleveland or even further - Menonites from Holmes county come here often. Very good selection of clothes and home items or outdoor items.

This is one of my fav thrift stores. They have some of the best prices compared to others in the area. Always organized and ready to have shoppers browse through everything. Employees are always friendly too. Thats an even better bonus.

My favorite local thrift store! Prices are great! It would be nice if they had more dressing rooms. You will be stuck waiting for one for awhile if you go during the busiest times.

My family just relocated from San Diego, and this awesome thrift store has helped us get ready for our fitst Ohio winter without going broke. I shop here at least once a week.

This is my absolute favorite thrift store...and Ive been to them all. Way better quality items, way cleaner and the lowest prices. Every last Tuesday of each month the entire store is half off, but any other day there are three different colored price tags, one for 25%, 50% and 75%. They have everything from mens/womens/childrens clothes, household items, electronics, jewelry, toys, luggage, etc.

I have family that lives nearby and a trip to Ohio is NEVER complete without a visit to Vs as we call it! GREAT priced items and selection. The staff isnt always the best but really, Im getting a deal so I can deal with it! Plus the proceeds go for a great cause!

I absolutely love this store! I go there like once a week and find so many brand names you’d never find at thrift stores! The only downside is it’s one of the most disgusting thrift stores, I always walk out feeling so disgusting. That doesn’t really matter tho because other than that I love it there so much!

The clothing is well organized on hangers by color and size. The store is neat in appearance and prices are clearly marked on items. They are advertising for new employees on the store front. Handicap accessible with plenty of parking.

This store has a great variety at great prices.The bad news is management permits the employees to smoke inside the store.That is against the law in Ohio .Wake up management think of the health of your customers.

Best thrift store around for miles! Staff is always very friendly and willing to help. Prices are great, much bigger and better selection than Goodwill and they have not one but THREE discount colors! Last Tuesday of the month is 50% off everything. It can get a little hectic on that day but otherwise is a peaceful thrifting experience! Only downfall is 3 small fitting rooms that can get full very quickly during busy hours. Wish they could add more!

I only called them to see if they were even open as its Columbus day, and the woman on the phone was disgustingly rude. I work customer service and if I had ever answered a phone like that, I would be fired immediately. Who ends a call after a customer says thank you so much with, Okay, buhbye. Love the clothes, love the prices, but customer service needs SEVERE work. So angry.

I have shopped here many times. In the last few months the prices on items that I like to buy have gotten to the point of being ridiculous. They get everything free and are charging so much th as t its not even fun to go there anymore.

Great place to find things on the cheap. Anything from college apartment needs to costume apparel, get it here without breaking the bank...and proceeds actually go to charity work instead of admin fees.

I had fallen in love with this sweater and when when i grabbed it and put it in the cart the tag had fallen off so i kept it to the side. When i was checking out i realized that the tag had fallen out of the cart and the lady said i couldnt buy it bc there was no tag. So i finished checking out and i told her i was going to look for it bc i just had it literally seconds before checking out. I went about 5 steps and found the tag.. I came back up to her and told her i had found the tag and she still denied that i could purchase it. I was highly pissed bc i am a mom of 2 kids and i never buy anything for myself. And she legit ruined my whole day, and yes i realize it is just a sweater but like i said everything i buy is for my kids so it really really upset me that she couldnt let me just buy the damn sweater.

Good deals on good items, if you dont mind going through the racks item by item.

I am very disappointed with this place recently, seems the prices have gotten so high all of a sudden, some stuff you can buy brand new for a couple dollars more. This stuff us donated free, and some of these prices are ridiculous. This used to be my favorite until the last couple months. Whatever was changed, change it back please!
