I visit this particular Dollar Tree often and they are just about always without cold and frozen foods as the coolers are just about empty every time I go in there. For that they lose one star. Its a busy store so the lines are usually pretty long and thats understandable. The staff is wonderful and very pleasant and theyre why I keep going back.

Always an extremely long wait to check out. One or two cashiers only with people waiting all the way down the isles. Frozen food coolers always breaking down. Stock is always low. No public bathroom. Not worth the hassle

Who doesnt love the Dollar Tree! I always check there before going I go to get groceries, plus you never know what you will find. I never go there with out finding things I need or can use. I spent over $80. today and could have spent more. Love the Dollar Tree!

The place is so congested! It gives the perception of messy & unappealing. It really needs some kind of revamping. The other 2 stores in my town dont look as bad inside. But they are newer. Worker are nice people

Always can find great things here. Only problem, not enough registers open. Employees shouldnt be walking around watching how long the line is without helping by opening up another register.

I enjoy the Dollar Tree because they have great selections. You can always find more than what you went there to get 😊.

The kids love it! I always find helpful items there for the kitchen or to help me clean & I love how many name brand items that they have available in the store & all of it is only 1.00$. You definitely need to wear your face mask but there are no lines to get inside.

Overall Dollar Tree is pretty good there better now than they were years ago got some pretty good deals guess what it only cost a dollar haha

Cashier hoarding disinfectant sprays at cash register claiming not to have any in stock. I asked if I could purchase the ones neatly placed behind her in which she appeared to be astonished by my questioning her. I made the purchase and then she replied sarcastically, maam you need to come in here early if you want these types of things. Why?? I was already there; you had the products...take care of your customers please maam.

Good selection. Staff- no so much. Seem to have issues keeping people to work register. One woman announced over speaker that she was ready to take her break and wanted a replacement. Another announcement asked this other woman stocking shelves to take over. Three of the staff leave and no one is there to check us out. One lady finally came and did so. Poor MGMT.

Today around noon i enter this dollar tree store #1154. I was beyond impressed. I have been in so many dollar tree stores around GA, NJ, NY and a few more states. I have also been a Store Manager of 1 myself in another GA district. So iv been there to know what it really takes to make a store a winning success in every demand. 1154 is by far the best store i had the best pleasurable experience to shop in. This store was fully stocked, clean, appropriately set signage n floor stacks. Other stores shrink items were fully loaded in this stores shelves. Bathroom impeccable, store use labels nailed even the bumpouts are perefect n clean. I thought i was in a NY Nordstroms.I was so floored i asked to speak with the store manager.. 1154 outshines some of the dollar tree training stores. The store manager n dm should be recognized for their 1154 team !!! Im also forwarding this to Gary Philbin.

Went there today and got a welcome. But the people there are always rude. My mom can barely walk and a employee rushed her out the way with the cart she had and almost knocked her over. They never have what we need.

I frequent the Dollar Tree quite often and have always been very happy with my service which is why I do not go to any other Dollar Tree in town the staff is very helpful polite and professional however today my experience was the complete opposite I dont know if the cashier was just having a bad day or intentionally being rude either way she was very unprofessional and disrespectful without any provocation from myself afterwards I decided to speak with the manager which I rarely do as Ive been in customer service for over 25 years but wanted the manager to be aware of how her employee treated one of regular patrons hopefully the associate will realize when you work in customer service you have to put your personal feelings aside and put on your game face everyone deserves to be treated with respect if I have another negative experience at this location I will use the other Dollar Tree in town

I come from downtown, this store is so much better than the Dollar tree store near my house. It has more inventory, its cleaner and just better. I wish the Lanier plaza store had frozen foods as well

Amber the cashier was super friendly and amazing. Always has a smile on her face and such a welcoming personality when you walk in.

Dollar Tree is my first stop. I love that I can order online, ship free to the store. They could use more help, long lines at the register, no matter what time youre in the store. Thats why I like to order online. The local store could use some deep cleaning.

I love going there. Every time I go its busy and they need to have more people on their registrars. Especially after 4:30 pm. People are getting off from work starting at that time and going shopping.

Love shopping at the Dollar Tree! Wish they would open additional registers during busy times. They also seem to be getting slower getting boxes unpacked and put away. None the less, its fun to shop here!

Management was very polite and there to assist the customer not just let them stand in line waiting.

The only reason I come here is because it’s the Only one near me. I used to live in Jax and what I’m noticing about Brunswick is since it’s still developing, companies here don’t have competition. But coming from a large city which has 100 dollar trees to choose from this one is pretty bad. I’m sure it’s the location too so I don’t expect much of it.

Never have any things that I see on the dollar tree haul . Need a bigger and better dollar tree here because the 2 here sucks

Most unprofessional interview experience ive ever had. got there 10 minutes before my interview was supposed to happen and ended up waiting an hour because two other people had interviews before me that were backed up. whole time she was interviewing the girl that went before me she kept leaving her alone in the room and i wondered if an interview was even happening. the management is obviously really bad

Need a store in my area. This one is great but sold out of a lot of stuff.
