I want to say thank you to Lauren we had an immediate need due to my husband getting out of an 8-week stay at the hospital 4 weeks on life support he did not want to be in a hospital bed at home. Lauren listened to all of our needs and she was able to find something that worked for us immediately. My husband is thankful that he is not only safe in our bed now but its comfortable and he can get in and out of it without having to have me every step of the way. Lauren was of great help in selecting a custom bed frame and upon delivery of the frame to the store, they delivered it to our house on a Sunday afternoon, and for a modest pre-agreed to fee, assembled it. Lauren was very unprofessional and rude.
